I recently had my vehicle impounded. Once I got the vehicle back, it had mechanical issues it never had before. The owner of this business refused to acknowledge that it took place during towing. It has messed up my power steering and transmission. He refuses to fix this issue or even own the fact of the matter. I will NEVER recommend this this company to anyone. They are unprofessional and down right rude.
We were in a wreck on Sunday morning driving on I-40 west through Oklahoma to New Mexico for my mothers funeral. Our truck was totaled, but could be made safe to drive with some repairs. Our wrecker driver knew Dale Jr. and called to see if he could help us. Dale Jr. went and got parts for our truck and met our wrecker driver at Dales shop. Dale fixed out inner and outer tie rods, found a rim that fit our truck and put our tire on the new rim. found tail lights that fit our truck and replaced both the tail lights. He also manually aligned the front end of our truck to within a 16th of an inch (my husbands a mechanic and checked it on the alignment machine when we got back home). Dale did all this work in less than an hour and had us back on the road. this was all done on a Sunday morning when the everything was shut down for blue laws. Dales work was amazing and we couldnt believe how generous he was with the price. there was barely any markup on the parts and he charged us next to nothing for his labor. Dale was a true angel for helping get back on the road so quickly!!
Awesome guys and great mechanic too! Very reliable and honest!
I highly recomend these guys. I am not from here after I dropped off my truck they took me back to my camper and picked me up when they were done. If you need work on your Ford truck take it to them.
Very nice and understanding
I understood that, when I got pulled over for driving under suspension, they were going to impound the car. I get it. That wasnt the problem. I told the owner my registration, title, and insurance were in the vehicle. I told them exactly where to find it. The owner told me that none of that was there and that I would need to bring current insurance verification, as the one they found expired last year. The insurance is paid directly from our checking account and is always current. The verification was with the other legal documents in the car. We had to go by the insurance company to get a copy of our current insurance, then go to the Cherokee nation tag office, in Tahlequah, to get a copy of the registration. Once we had all the needed paperwork to pick up our car, we went straight to the impound to pick it up. When we got our car back, I opened the glove compartment to find ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS that the owner had told me were not there. I personally believe he was trying to pull a fast one, thinking it would take us a couple of days to put the paperwork together. I feel like he was trying to make a couple extra days storage fees. I hope our car never winds up in this gearheads impound again.

This business did not adequately repair my truck and when I had another mechanic finish the repair they refused to reimburse me for the cost. Do NOT have them work on your vehicle, it comes with no guarantee/ warranty and they do not care if you have a problem after the work is finished. Never have I had a shop be so blatantly rude and disrespectful.
The guys were great!!
Good service
