I purchased a vehicle that needed a transmission rebuild and made arrangements to drop it off late on a Sunday evening. These guys got it finished that Wednesday and I picked up on Thursday. Communication was good and my vehicle runs/drives as it should now with the transmission work completed. They did a nice job and got it out several days earlier than expected. Price was what we agreed on. Good transaction.

Bill Jones did not get his transmission rebuild by Howard Automotive & transmission repair. Tims transmission because it was a Ford aod.Howards Automotive did nothing but the labor to take it in and out. Just wanted to clarify that. Yall have a wonderful and bless day

Told me it would take 2-3 weeks. 3 months later, the said it was done and told me my transfer case slipping out of 2high, which is the problem I was having to begin with. still they rebuilt an evidently good transmission and I got another transfer case to out on. cost me 950$ for 3 month rebuild I didnt need. 5 days after getting truck back, transmission went out. most frustrating business deal Ive been involved in, ever. dont go there!

These guys are amazing, not your typical mechanics. No B/S! Darren was quick and professional. I highly recommend this place.

They took an entire month to do our transmission, changed the price, had us pay extra for the torque converter. Then they rebuilt the wrong truck. When we finally got our truck they had done burnouts and ruined a tire. They smoked in our truck and the next day reverse went out. This place is the absolute worst place to get your transmission done. They are a joke and have no idea what they are doing.
