This is the first time i have used this appliance shop. They are a little mom and pop shop. I always try to give these type of businesses my money. They sale both refurbished and new appliances. I have to say at fair prices. I bought a new G.E. washer and they had it for less than Lowes. They did on most of their stuff. They also deliver and remove your old appliance for a fee. They also offer financing, i didnt take advantage of it so i cant speak of it. When they delivered my washer and removed my old one the gentlemen was very respectful of my property and belongings. I must say that the delivery guy didnt remove all of the packing tape from the washer or remove all of the trash from delivery and set up. Other then this i recommend if your looking for an appliance look here.

I bought a Samsung refrigerator from them and it stopped cooling and making ice within 6 months. I paid them $250 bucks to fix it and they came to my house 4 different times and never got it fixed for me. It would work for about a week andgo right back into what it was doing before they came. Now they are avoiding my phone calls and won’t refund my labor money or return my phone calls. They have lost my business. They do not take care of there customers or make things right.

I found these guys on the internet and so glad I did. I called them and Jose helped me troubleshoot my front load washer over the phone. I brought it in the next morning they fixed it and had it back to me buy 1pm. I highly recommend and will use them again.

Called JBs Appliances to repair an undercounter icemaker. They were great! Came right out to pick it up. Kept me in the loop. Did a great repair and reinstallation. AND their prices were way lower than I expected. Truly they give great high quality service at very reasonable prices. Try them. You wont be sorry! Five stars all the way!

Wonderful customer service and friendly staff! Purchased a new gas stove. He told us how to change out the gas fitting over to propane and we were able to do it once we were home. Great deal on price and absolutely LOVING our new stove!!

Very good customer service and value. However they could be a little more careful with their dollies and not scratching up appliances other than that everything is great.

It is about 2.5 hours from my house but totally worth it! Very friendly people, good selection of new and used appliances at a fair price. Stop in or give them a call, you wont be disappointed about anything but the long drive, maybe thats just me lol

Wont be goin back to buy anything from these guys! We bought what they told us was a brand new fridge. We had it bout 6 months n they had already came out n worked on it 4 times. N never fixed it. We still cant use the fridge cause it do t get cold. N they refuse to answer our calls now. N we they came to work on our fridge the 2nd time he slipped up n told us it was remanfactured n not new after telling us it was brand new theday we bought it. So just beware. N weve bought a couple things n never had a problem until the fridge started acting g up. So now were out 1500 n gonna have to buy another fridge cause they wont answer our calls. N weve been extremely patient n kind waiting on them but ill never buy here again!

Hey everyone, moved to muskogee and needed very good appliances on a budget. JBS APPLIANCES hooked me up. A washer and dryer set and nice refridgerator back in March...with warranty. No issues everything works great. They deliver as well. Really nice family operation. GOOD PEOPLE ALL THE WAY!

Very nice and polite. Call and J sent someone right out. Repaired my washer and was very reasonable. Highly recommend for appliance repair. I have also bought a fridge from him for my daughter. This was years ago and it’s still going strong. Thanks for the great service.

Very unprofessional. We purchased parts from him to fix one of our stoves didnt work he sold us the wrong parts. He took two stoves and delivered one stove and that was it. Then his son started calling me wanting money so we asked for our stoves back and we would pay he refused to give them back and went to the rent house and retrieved his stove. This company us very unprofessional and in my mind they are thieves. . Do not do business with them.

Bait and switch. Daughter replies to messages from school supposedly not knowing what is in stock. Try to send you to Talequah store for more expensive appliance. Went to Muskogee store to get stackable washer dryer and stated it was sold an hour before we got there knowing we drove over an hour to pick it up having messaged them that we were on our way to purchase. Buyer beware.

I recently bought and new washer from here trade my old one which worked it was a front loader and I wanted a top loader they delivered it to my house the next day then I called then i called the day after and said my washer wobbles really bad he said we are gonna come trade you out is that ok I said yes he said send me the address and picture so Ill know what washer and I did then the guy called said Im sending my son over to fix it I said oh I thought u was trading it out he said Im sending my son to look at it and when he got here the son argued with me and said his dad didnt say that I just said ok and so he replaced a part at no charge which was cool but he was very rude and said the next 24 hours is on me and left even though it still wobble mind you I have proof of a 60 day warranty signed Ive seen older washer with replaced parts that do not wobble
