Scary rats eating the wiring sounds like the roof getting chewed up matter of the time water lines. Its a roof over your head . People who work here are great . Maintenance will get around to it when its convenient. After hrs hope its not on weekends. Secure on the most part not much drug activity. There paying for good reviews and some of the review dont live here. Ps Im not getting payed. Building is clean laundry. Trash shoot is scary at night rats. Like a Alfred Hitchcock movie

They have very nice people that work here. They do their best to keep us safe and try to have a secure place for us to live. They have activity and fun things when holidays are here but the covid-19 has stopped that for now but in the future Im sure that will start back.

The staff Is nice and the apt are in good condition peaceful environment a + all around

Fairhaven offers clean, comfortable and private apartment living. I am a veteran and also disabled and finding Fairhaven was truly a Godsend!I WAS living in a place that was so unsafe, loud and scary. They are also pet friendly so I was able to bring Bunny (cat 😂) SO grateful to be safe!(Those of u who know me know how shy/introverted I am but I am comfortable here)In a nutshell, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you check them out.

Its very clean, nice and roomy. elevator. Washer and Dryers on all 3 floors. Not sure about the rowdy neighbors. Id love to live there.

Not a bad place to live

Ive been here for almost a year in nov and when something is wrong they help me right away with anything i need help with especially the maintence they are respectful and so nice. And the front office assistant helped me when i lost my keys so many times thank you fair haven for a great year living here❤❤much love and support

This is a good place when you are on a limited income and all Bills are included. Its maintenance free and clean and up to date on the appliances. They have a laundry mat in the building.coke machine and food for the ones who live there if you want it. Its all good.

Its good to have a place where you can pay one flat fee and have all your utilities paid these are one and two bedroom mostly for the disabled and elderly we have a good security system and they keep the yard and they fix anything that goes wrong it might take them a little while but they get er done

Stove vent fan did not work after 3 1/2 months of living there Also reported to management that the heater went out February 10th. Went 17 days with no heat. Decided to move. Asked about security deposit; was told (wont get any back)! Would not recommend this appointment complex.

Family member moved in a few months ago..Nice and clean apt...Great security with helpful management and maintenance.

The staff helped me get into my apartment within a week. They r very comprmised.

I like Fairhaven because all bills are paid and its a cute little apartment sometimes you have a lot of roaches but they do free bug spray killing and it takes care of it sometimes part of it burnt from somebody in their own apartment as for the people theyre good people as for the Neighbors I pretty much stay to myself I dont like meeting new people but there is good people out there some of the elderly love talking to you and sharing things like cookies or advice and stuff like that and they all love bird watching and feeding Birds and theyre good people and its good to be there if your elderly because at least youre not alone even if your family dont come visit you you have friends God bless everyone

A nice HUD apartment complex with key security at the entrance of each building. Dedicated to seniors and disabled. Pets are allowed. Quiet.

It is a nice quite place to live. The security is fine. Maintenance is top notch. But the management like to impose their version of the riles. If they take a disliking to you they will nitpick you. Need to follow the federal law on Hud assisted housing. Lets not even go into the rodent problem,

I love my Apartment. Everyone is so nice here .

They advertise meals in the Kitchen...Kitchen shut down. Advertise recreation room...pool table broken, television cable shut off and doors to sitting/recreation room locked at night. On site emergency night maintenance only shuts off what went wrong..gets fixed.. someday. Pay your rent on time..get a Rent Due​ notice. Enjoy your stay!

Great place to live

Fair Haven is a quiet, pet-friendly apartment complex. It caters well to seniors as well as disabled. The tenents are friendly, and apartments are clean.

Manager is hateful. She kicks people out for having people live with you when elderly people have their family over often to help them maintain a healthy stable life... sigh

Very neat and clean. Has an expensive look inside. Very roomy and not confined. Lots of places to go and things to do.
