Did what theyre suppose to do, and on time. The driver I had was perfectly friendly.

They were supposed to pick me up at 10:45 am. The guy assured me he would be here but never showed up. So I had to call someone else. When I contacted him he said he was trying to get someone here asap and they were just very slow. I would never call them again.

Scheduled a pick up for the following morning. He didn’t show up, didn’t respond. Look elsewhere for reliability.

If i could give zero stars i would. Do NOT USE THIS SERVICE. He was the cheapest rate and seemed very cool and understanding on the phone. We needed to get my ex wife and two kods from Newaygo to Grand Rapids. Texted hik the night before to confirm. He showed up 37 minutes late, stopped at the gas station, took my ex wifes full far and got coffee and cinnamon rolls, spent over 30 minutes with them in the car and him nowhere to be found. He was told multiple times they were ready late and would miss the flight. He spent the entire time hitting on her while she made it known she was uncomfortable. He gave her his personal Facebook to add because he loves girls from Texas. They were dropped off within one minute of the flight departing. What was supposed to be a 53 minute trip took almost 2 hours AFTER he was already 37 minutes late arriving. He will now not answer calls or texta, and when called from a different number he immediately hangs up. PLEASE FOR YOUR SAFETY AND SANITY DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Stole my money- didnt return calls/texts nor returned to retrieve me from drop off location after pre payment..Picked me up from initial location with a random woman driving a sedan, saying his van was broke down. Car wreaked of smoke.Ive called 30x...no reply. Your phone goes toVM and its full. I gave you $20 to pick and drop me off from Planet Fitness on Apple. You agreed you would return at 8:30. I called at 8pm to remind u and you agreed when you answered . You never came and didnt answer my calls or texts. You owe me $10 for the return trip. You need to return my calls and money.

We requested him to bring my ex from Newaygo to the airport in grand rapids Airport. We were scheduled for 6am, the flight was at 8:15. He showed up 45 minutes late, stopped at a gas station for over 30 minutes with her and our two kids in the car, requested her to pay right then for gas, spent the whole time hitting on her and being rude, then got her to the airport at the exact time the flight was supposed to depart and will not answer calls now. do not use this service.

Charged Me 40$ from south sharidan to asian buffet did not come back to pick us up and still owes me 20$ I would not call this man again

Car broke down, blocking our friends from giving us a ride home, granted later on a Saturday night,called and was told to text the address, waited an hour and a half,no call, no text, nothing! Do Not call this company! We live 4 and 1/2 miles from their house! Just say cant make it if you dont want the job!!!!

I called to set up a ride and he said he would be there in 30 minutes. An hour later still was not there. Tried to call and find out what was going on his phone was turned off. Never ever try to use this service.

I called after midnight when a ride was needed. He was polite and got to the pickup destination in the time he told me he would be there. Very professional. He will get all my business in the future.

Jeff was on time, knew the Area extremely well and struck up a conversation like we knew each other our whole lives. His car was clean, and he made me feel comfortable the entire ride. He was telling me about a new van he was about to pick up and i ended up being his first ride in the new vehicle.. I would gladly recommend him to anyone.

The driver ( Jeff ) of the cab showed up with another person in the cab. Telling me there wasnt time to get to walmart for beer before they closed because he was already on a call. He then said if i gave him the money he would return with my beer. I gave him a 100 $ bill and he never returned with my change or the beer.

The reason Im just now leaving a review and comment is because I called him at 2:50 in the morning and he was asleep, but was more than willing to take my fiancee to the store and showed up promptly. Jeff was my driver and he was great. Got me where I needed to be on time.

He drove recklessly, over the speed limit using his knees to steer whilst he was on the phone the whole 20 min ride. I was with my children 1 and 3 years old. He spoke the entire time about how he had to hurry and be in ludington to make $100. When we arrived at my home he manhandled my possesions out of the van so he could leave quickly and some of my things fell out into the van. I have called 5 times to have him return my items and he acknowledges that he has them and will return thwm but never follows through.

Jeff was a cool guy got me to where I wanted to go fast. Very entertaining at times I will definitely use him again!!!

When biking at Grand Haven we lost our car keys, Jeff was awesome guy to drive to our campground which was 90 miles away for the reasonable price and keeping us entertained with his awesome stories at 1 am in the night.

Best cab driver in Muskegon... Very similar to high end luxury car service. Driver has many entertaing stories.

If you think youre going to get in this taxi and not be hit on or begged for money or talk to rudely or the driver is on the phone the whole time or he picks up another Fair wow youre in the car or you asked him to take you to Burger King and the lines too long and he says no hes not waiting and youre paying your good money for the ride and then he whips out a crack pipe start smoking with your four-year-old in the car ..... Then youre worng!!!!!!!

As long as you dont call 2 cab companies for a cab and take the first cab that comes to waste drivers time Im more than polite to people

Too bad I couldnt rate a Zero. Its my bday called and asked start rate and per mile charge was told the dispatcher didnt have time for questions rudely and got hung up on. Called back he answered rudely with I dont have time for questions! I wouldnt recommend this trash to the Devil himself.

I just moved to Muskegon and called this man for a ride to work because my car broke down and he told me that he does not give rides to just anybody and needed to ask me some questions to see if I met his criteria. Im not sure this is how a person should be doing business. Very sad!

Aaa lakeshore taxi sucks do not call them he is unprofessional he smokes in the car he answers the phone while he is driving and he is always late I have called him 32 times this morning alone he was supposed to be here at 3:30 it is now 404 and he is nowhere to be found.
