They were ok in the beginning and did good job cutting the branches we needed cut. Our work was done late fall and we noticed tire tracks in our yard but didnt see how bad they were & all the holes in our yard until Spring. I called twice to get recommendations to fix it (which I think they should have helped with) with no response. We ended up paying a few hundred dollars to fix the damage they did. They were cheaper than other quotes but in the long run we ended up more.

We used them last year and had a very good experience, but they were supposed to cut another tree for us last fall and the weather turned bad before they could get to it. When we called in March, after the road restrictions were off, we were informed that we were the first ones on the list. We have seen them out cutting trees so we called again and again leaving messages with their answering service, only to get no replies. We are tired of not knowing if or when, so they are losing our business.

Took down a tree that was difficult to get to.Was very careful with the situation and did a great job.Crew was friendly and answered any questions I asked.Crew was very concerned in doing what was needed.

Made an appointment with them a month and a half ahead of time. They were suppose to take four trees down on November 18th, never showed up, I called and left over 10 messages and no one returned my call. Sent an email and no response. This was a horrible experience with them. I am a reasonable person and I understand if they are behind, But to not show up, never call, is bad business practice! This was once a very reputable company and that’s why I decided to go with them. Do not bother calling them, they won’t call you back.

OMG!! No wonder they were recommended by two other services for the job!! They had all the right equipment and the workers for the job. They just left and you would never know they had been here, the clean-up was amazing!! Thank you Borgman tree service

Dan the operator, was prompt & removed 4 small stumps in front yard. He also cleaned up the mess very quickly.FYI, The machine accidentally threw a rock and poked a hole in our siding.Even though it was an accident, Dan Borgman the owner, promptly made everything right and highly recommend their services.Thanks for the great service.

Very disappointed I heard they were a good tree company but they choose not to return people’s phone calls it’s pretty sad on their part. Had two other people friends that needed to work from them did not return their phone calls either
