Nice store, great variety of items for all types of animals n fish/Aquatic animals.Offer dog trading classes n shampoo n hair cuts for dogs. There are rescue animal for adoption, Staff very helpful n quit helpful. Only complaint, music over intercom is extremely loud ! Hard to hear trainer in the dog classes.

We love petSmart. Our new puppy got a treat on the way out. Lol

Nice place but some of the workers are not friendly. I was waiting for brooming and I heard the cashier radio the manager and say that I was sitting on the bench and he walks up and ask did I need help or was I waiting for someone. Then I finally get my turn in grooming and the cashier in there was dry talking me like she didnt want to answer my questions.

Used a new groomer for the first time on our pom-a-poo. Said she couldnt do her head because our little 17# dog would bite her???? Really? Could it be you were hurting her? Have been coming here for 13 years and never again. Dont go with the groomer that has multiple open appointments. There could be a reason for this.

It is good as far as a pet store. Good selection of animal needs products and a pretty good selection of pets.

Selection is considerably less than it used to be. General conditions were not what I was expecting either. This is based on past visits that were much cleaner.

Went there today and their bathroom was very dirty, there was cut hair on the floor(looked like public hair) and someone left poo in the toilet and didnt flush. No paper towels to dry hands. It was not clean at all. Hope next time it will be a better experience. I know they can do better they got this!

Looked all over the store to find allergy stuff for my cat, seen a bunch of different workers and not one person asked me if I needed help. Left without buying anything, plus side my kids loved looking at the animals they had.

Jo was amazing. Would recommend to anyone. Her ability to taper longer and shorter/shaved hair was terrific and spot-on! Buddy looks like a whole new pupper!

All of the groomers were so friendly and I could tell that they definitely loved on my pup throughout the whole process.Their app is very easy to use and lets you add on any additional hygiene options that you feel is necessary for your pet.I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for reasonable rates with friendly service!

Just went to look around, looking for a small dog to adopt/buy; all they had was kittens/cats. Looked at birds but their stock was very low, limited to parakeets! I enjoyed looking around.

This is my go to spot for Crickets, Mealworms and just anything I need for my grumpy boy.Every time Ive gone in the employees are very kind, my Grandmother has gone in by herself on occasion to get crickets if I am unable to get here.The images were taken at home obviously, but my grumpy child is very happy to have his crickets when he gets them.

Found the food I needed as well as some other goodies. Big, bright clean store.

Always courteous employees there to help with whatever you may be looking for. They just started back with their regular fish orders maybe a couple months ago so havent made a purchase here in a while. They are conveniently located just off the highway across from Walmart on Sherman.

Came to get a couple fish.I received probably the best customer service experience Ive had in 2020, from two different employees. The woman working the aquatic section was super nice, and astoundingly knowledgeable.And the gentleman working the register was fantastic, and extra nice.

The manager was absolutely awesome. Helped me find what I needed. Suggested the food I was really looking for. And wouldnt have gotten a coupon book but man was it worth it. That trip alone I had like 5-6 coupons that were applied. Thank you so much it was a bigger help than you know.

This review is specifically for the grooming department (although the general manager of the store was involved as well). Our dog was injured while waiting for her turn at the grooming department; in their care not ours. The staff at Petsmart automatically put our dog’s health above all else when they couldn’t tell how bad the wound was. A staff member personally drove our dog to the animal hospital so she could be looked at, while we were notified by phone. It ended up being a long night in Grand Rapids, but our dog was taken care of and her health was put first. We are very happy with the level of care she received at Petsmart, for what I am sure was a worrisome experience for them as well.

Dr paperella and her staff were fantastic with my autistic son It was more then worth the drive to have him worked on by a fantastic dr and wonderful personel.

I go here every now and then to stop and take a look at the animals or to get pet supplies. Overall, its a nice place if your considering adopting a pet or purchasing animal products.

I always go in here about every two to three weeks for pet food the representatives are courteous friendly and willing to help!

My experience at PetSmart was excellent it was a very friendly and inviting atmosphere and Hailey was very friendly polite and done an excellent job making sure I had everything I needed and was able to find it with no problems. I strongly recommend this place.

I recently purchased a harness for my puppy. However, when I got home and put it on, she immediately slipped out of it because it didnt fit. I returned the harness and the salesgirl helped me to fit another one. No questions asked! Great service, a huge selection and a caring staff make you smart to shop at PetSmart!

Me and my fiancé (who is a former petsmart employee) rented a bissel. We cleaned two areas of carpet (that were thoroughly vacuumed before) upon arrival Jeff told us that we would have to pay a 20 dollar cleaning fee for it being dirty. There was thick layer of hair and buildup in the machine that was in there prior and a bit of snow on the wheels from wheeling the machine in. The employees did not check the machine before bringing it out to us. Because of this experience it has left a bad taste for us going back. We have employees that work there who have let us know that Jeff has been talking bad about my fiancé to other employees. I do not appreciate that after all the times we come in there. I do not recommend dealing with Jeff if you goInto the store.

If I could post 0 stars I would. I just had a nose job and cannot wear a mask and the associate screamed at me to get out of the store. Ive had to wait over a half an hour there before someone asked me if I needed help after several associates walked past me. I will NEVER step foot in that store again.
