Wish I could give ZERO stars. Ive wasted so much time driving here to find them closed during business hours and I cant even get my packages sent to my residence. This company needs to crumble.

Was notified that package was delivered at 4:49 pm. Was home at that time and no ups truck showed up. Call 4 times to finally get information at 7:30 pm that the driver was already off duty and would try to recover the packages the next day. It has been raining all day and most of the night so both packages will more then likely be ruined by the time I get them if they can even recover them. Very poor customer service and very poor work ethic of the driver who seems to not be able to read a address correctly.

Closed on Saturday, so i cant stop by and pick up my package. I have to wait till they attempt delivery Monday

Nicole, Nicole, Nicole!!! Long story short I was in a pinch with a package my customer desperately needed and she went above and beyond to help me out in receiving it. All with an upbeat attitude and smile on her face (I could tell even through a mask). Thank-you!!

At 5:37 I received an email stating UPS attempted a delivery at my home at 5:08. I was sitting in my living room that has a huge window. I can see the whole street!! Not a single ups truck was on my street at this time! Tracking notice says they will attempt to deliver on the next delivery date, IN A WEEK!! Thanks UPS for ruining my Father’s Day gift! Customer service is a joke! I want to talk to a person not a computer that asks for the tracking number over and over! 40 minutes on the phone and never got a human.

Service absolutely horrible. A glass package was delivered to our home in July 2020. I stood outside and watched the driver attempted to get package off truck. The struggle was unreal he finally got the box off the truck by dropping it on my concrete driveway. All I could do was just freeze I heard all the glass shatter in the box. The UPS driver just left it a my open garage door. The next item delivered August 2020 that was destroyed of mine was a very expensive item that was delivered to my home in a box completely damaged including the contents damaged. So I had to return it to the store I purchased it from. The UPS store employee charged me for taping the box that UPS damaged. I complained I should not have to pay for the item that UPS damaged to be sent back. The employee was rude when mention the UPS store employee was rude when I complained. Being a professional I have always treated people respectful in the business/work place with the focus of making sure service was satisfactory. I see now that’s not true in today’s world.

The driver that takes care of Witham Road in North Muskegon consistently does not deliver packages. I have spoken to their customer service repeatedly as well as the facility manager. He has refused to deliver 13 packages to my residence. Today there was supposed to be a package delivered and is showing delivered in tracking but he did not deliver it. I believe that he is falsifying company records. DO NOT Do business with this company.

Zero stars! Mattress couldnt be delivered Friday because business was closed. Address is a home, not a business and I was here all day. Notice online also stated redelivery on Monday before 8pm. Waited all day...no show. Called and was told Tuesday morning it was out for delivery. Sat home all day AGAIN...no show. Called Wednesday morning, item lost in transit and cannot be replaced.. Funny, they had it Friday, wasnt delivered to ANY address, draw your own conclusions as to who has my bed. Hope you enjoy it.

Weve been using this hub for a few years now and the service has always been good. Very friendly and helpful. To all the complainers...YOU are not the only person expecting a package around here and are NOT their only customers. Get over yourselves.

Terrible service. Calling customer service does nothing because apparently they can’t give you any more information than what a robot already emailed you! What is the point of them even having a job. I have to be here to sign for a package but can’t be given a time better than “by the end of the day at 8pm or later if he’s busy.” Then I have to wait three consecutive days of missing my package before I can schedule a pick up! Should have just sent it to the store because I would have gotten it faster. If I ever have the choice to choose who delivers, it will definitely be Fedex, at least they are helpful. Would give zero stars if I could!

Great group of folks both the morning and evening crew have been extremely helpful to me for years. Ray in the morning and Jeff in the afternoon are both very pleasant to work with. Really appreciate this UPS hub.

The absolute worst. UPS is okay in other areas but this place is horrible.

Waiting for amazon package for 2 days, then get a message from UPS claiming that they tried to deliver my package to business, but that the business was closed. Funny considering the address on file was a RESIDENTIAL address and closest business for 2 miles is a bar. Had to call Amazon and do a conference call with them and UPS. By the time UPS was able to figure out the issue they claimed all their drivers already left for home, but that I was welcome to come to the UPS shipping store and pick it up from there. I was nice and gave 3 stars only because I will be able to pick my package up still and the lady I talked to was nice about it. Their drivers need to get on the ball, though.

Yesterday 12/5/2019 at 4:43pm, a driver of a UPS package delivery truck blew past our house at full throttle at least 45mph and accelerating - in a 25mph neighborhood. Trying to report the issue, I am required to have a package tracking number. Cant report this driver to anyone.

Your driver that delivers on or around 1473 scenic dr, is driving on our newly repaired 1/4 mile driveway is driving like its a race track. Who do I contact, before he hits a child or a pet? This is ridiculous it is a private drive and is posted at 15 miles an hour not 25.

Disappointed that in this day & age that UPS can’t find our home and reports that our address is wrong and doesn’t deliver our packages. We live on a main road, we’re not in the sticks! It happens at least 3 or 4 times a year.

My dad works here and so does my fiance.I was trying to go in to give a bag to my fiance before he started hopping and they helped me out. Very friendly.

UPS sucks!!! 10 days & still no packages!!! Everyday for 10 days theyve been saying it will arrive by 1pm, STILL NOTHING!!! They say severe weather in my area, there crazy! Weather is fine, roads are pavement!!!!

If you want your packages at all hours of the day with no real set time then this UPS delivery service is for you. Some times 9 am and some times 5 pm. It is a joke with these sub drivers where i live that they do not consider it an actual route. Since it is not an actual route with one selected driver we get all kinds of subs and they do not know the route and there times and effort to deliver packages varies. What a joke!

The store was closed during assigned open hours. Will not come back.

Ive lived all over the united states and this hub is the biggest joke. Ive never had a problem until i moved here and have to deal with these clowns.

UPS in Muskegon is REALLY POOR! Too often note they attempted to deliver but for some reason dont??? Even USPS is better than UPS in this area!!

Said they tried to deliver a package and i was here waiting all day. Called customer service and he said well the new drivers dont really knock cause they dont want to disturb you i said well wouldnt they leave a slip if they were actually here. He said well sometimes they blow away...0 wind today.. maybe it was aliens.. terrible service. Guess i will waste my gas to go get it.

I went there to see about picking up a package and the doors were locked, then a worker told me that they do not help consumers in the building any longer.

The staff was extremely helpful and informative. Friendly, considerate, patient and kind.

Worst delivery company ever! They constantly deliver my packages to the neighbors. Every time I get a package I have to walk around knocking on doors to find out who they delivered to.

I have heard some stories about this location from some of the delivery dudes and let me tell you lol ill never use UPS Muskegon.

I was home all day waiting on a package I had been tracking since it left store and it was never delivered but they said they tried they lied I was home all day.
