Ive had Frontier for years. At first, several years ago, they had a good service for a reasonable price. However, for the last 2 1/2 years Ive had nothing but problems. For instance, my service cut out this morning over 40 times before 10am. Its been a constant battle to get service people here. They fix the problem, only to have the same issue again. I have been without service so often its ridiculous. Its so frustrating. Last summer I was without any service for 3 weeks but the bill was still the same. I would switch to another company if I had a choice.
Cant wait for good rural service. They are always working on something and we have many outages. Internet is very slow
Never showed up for service call. Said the computer determined my issue was resolved. Never followed up with a phone call to confirm Just canceled the appointment.
Live in rural Michigan. Bought house in August and called to install internet. Tech came and put in router but found line to box on road not working. They dug and buried cable to that box.., not working. Found line to box half mile down road not working. Called and kept sending techs not bury team...November, finally nice tech laid a cable on ground from box, up a tree over neighbors drive and then to box. Yeah have internet connection and can finally work from home. Snow so put on winter hold to bury in Spring.Called in February to take off hold. Called in April and found out dropped out of system. New burying company so told will crew would be here early June. Its mid June. Today received text notice it could be up to 60 days. If truly 60 days, that will mean July. So it will have been one full year from when I started this. Too depressing and my poor neighbor still has cable hanging over driveway.
Worst service ever. Worst internet provider overall. It took more than a week to come the problem.
I have consistantly been billed for 2 accounts when I only had 1. I have called and been assured it has been corrected every 2 months or so since july 2020. It has not been corrected. I cancelled in January and sent the router back in the box they sent. Then i get another box. I called again its been resolved again. I just got another bill in the mail for a router that doesnt exist for an account that doesnt exist. Worst company ever

$90/Month for land line and 6mbps dsl with atrocious ping. Dont waste your time with them. We have been stuck with frontier for 20 years due to the unreasonable cost of getting a cable line ran to our house.
If you can help it, do NOT use frontier! Their connectivity is a joke! Their customer support is terrible! They truly do not care about customer service! Unfortunately, I have no other choices. Id give zero stars, if possible.
Holy cow what can I say about Frontier. I have been told it is available at my house only for it not to be. Again and again I am constantly told how it’s available only for a technician to come out and tell me it’s not. Two weeks ago a technician came over and told me all he had to do was run a line and we would have internet, and he would call him in a couple days to set up this line. I knew the second he turned away I’d never hear from him again. And guess what? It’s now going on 3 weeks with no response. So frontier, please come set up this line at my house, I want you to do all this work so I can tell you I don’t want your service when you’re done and waste you time like you’ve wasted mine.
Made me pay an installation fee to install myself, then made me wait a week with no service before they could get a technician out to fix it. Speed and capability were not as promised and the price they quoted me had an additional $20 of fees on top of it. Not happy. Definitely would not recommend. We called to see if they could lower our price since we were having so many connection issues or if they could upgrade our service to a higher speed, they could not do anything to resolve the problems we were having, without us paying even more. After that phone call, our service got drastically worse and eventually completely shut off. We have gone back to Spectrum and I would suggest you do the same.
Had this company for almost 3 years. Service is spotty, usually it doesn’t even work or goes out very easily and continuously. We don’t have cell phone service out where we are at so we rely on the Internet to be able to call anyone. This last month we had so much going on, especially with our job situation, and missed the bill payment. Apparently they have NO grace period and the late fee is an additional $10. They informed both me and my husband, “everyone is going through this, not just you” and wouldn’t help us on it. I’ve never been late the entire time I’ve been with this company and this is how I get thanked? I will never recommend. Looking at new providers now. I cannot believe how horrible they are with customer service and don’t have compassion for what is going on. Disgraceful.
The internet barely works, at best we get 270 kbps, and at worst we get about 10. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ive been having issues since May 2019. Ive had SEVERAL techs come out. Ive spent HOURS and HOURS on the phone with customer service. Ive had little to no service and told them I would not be paying until I actually had service. I am disputing my $700 bill, because I didnt have service for SEVEN MONTHS. Why the hell would I pay for a service Im not getting?!?! If we cant get this settledI will DEFINITELY be switching to a different company.
I called to cancel service today and one it took forever the customer service rep did not want to cancel it... he offered $50.00 credit to stay. I declined. Two they are charging me for the whole month when its the 12th of May I asked if my bill could be prorated and that was a big fat NO. Three they charge $9.00 for you to cancel. So not only are the charging me for the whole month, but they are charging me because I do not want their service anymore. I wanted to put no stars on this but it would not let me post unless I click a star.
This company is a scam. They do not even offer internet. There is a strange series of questions. It charges extra money and when you call to claim the money back they use a different number and ask for your credit card number to give you a non existent $100 rebate. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!
They dont deserve any stars!!! Things went pretty good for a few years until my the internet service began to slow down and kept dropping the signal. Called for service and it was 10 days before a tech was able to respond. He never showed up for the appointment. When I called I was transferred to several others. It was a joke. I was unable to communicate with the individual because of the severe language barrier. Was unable to understand 90 percent of what he was saying. Read the other reviews and decide. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Obviously I am looking for new service.
Because I live farthest down my road and 2 homes have recently started using Frontier Internet ( one for their home real estate business) my broadband signal has dropped to an average of 5. I am paying for the highest level, but Frontier tells me that if I lower my level and rate - I will probably have nothing at al . Used up before it gets to me

The gas company has apparently cut my.phone line and the frontier service tech will not be in my area for another 6 days! Thanks for nothing. This company gets worse by the day. Absolutely unbelievable!!!!!

This time around frontier has been awesome, before nope.. The customer service lines are ridiculously long and most times, transferred all over or hung up on after spending a half hour on phone with customer service. After dealing with many customer service representatives all over, their are few who do their job correctly. Better training I suggest highly. The fact when switched all over nobody has a idea of what the issues were in past, a screen with notes or something so everyone can be on same page a little bit would be a little improvement.
My internet worked for about 24 hours after the initial install. MY install date was cancelled without warning or a call twice before the tech called 2 and a half weeks after my initial install day to say he was on the way.Luckily I had someone able to be at my house. now, 2 weeks later and I cant get anyone out to make it work again. Zero stars should be an option.
I feel disgusted even giving 1 star. Absolute trash service. They are lucky they have no competitors where I live and they can slack off and continue to provide the absolute most garbage service. Shame on whoever is in charge of this company
Frontier (not the store, but the company itself) has the worst service Ive ever dealt with. The last straw was when their 24/7 technical support apparently went home after I waited an hour for live chat. This was after I initially tried calling. 47 callers ahead of me. Then I tried online troubleshooting. Not operational. So far with this company, I have had trouble with the following:- Setting up an account- Getting them to set up service. (They changed, then cancelled the appointment without notice. I had to wait about another two weeks each time the appointment was changed/canceled.)- Appointment notifications (they sent three reminders within 5 minutes of setting the appointment then stopped communicating about all appointments)- Getting them to run the mandatory credit check in a timely manner (twice I unblocked my credit report and twice they cancelled the appointment because they didnt run the credit check on time)- Billing (they had set up two accounts and only sent a bill for one, then charged a $9 late fee on the unbilled amount.)- Service (internet service is intermittent, keeps dropping out)- Web site (billing services were down, troubleshooting button doesnt work)- Technical support (as described above)I just wish I had another option where I live.
I wanted my mom to have better internet in her rural area so I hooked her up with Frontier. I think I caused her more headaches than she has ever had in her life. The initial order was easy. Then it came to the installers. Either the installers have no idea what they are doing or dont really care about the customers. Probably both. The installers would rather close the work order saying service is not available rather than actually do an install. Five attempts later we finally got internet installed. But of course not at the speed we were originally told. We received a credit of the shipping of the hardware for our headaches. Cant believe a company actually charges you to send their own equipment out so that you can use their service and send them more money. Today we tried to call and set up online payment. The person on the phone tried to put us in a new package, changed our phone number (which isnt even through Frontier) and then said it would be $8 more a month to do online bill bay because technically we are changing our service with them. We said no thanks, and will just mail a check or do an online bill pay. Everyone that works for this company should be in a factory and have no contact with any customer ever!!!! Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Cant wait to see what pathetic apology comes next from this company.
When canceling services be aware that they dont prorate the bill. They bill a month in advance, yet if you cancel no matter a day or a week into the month, you still owe for the entire next month. Will NEVER do business with this provider again.
I wished that I would have read the reviews before hand and if I could give them a negative star, I would. I paid a deposit, had them coming out on Wednesday. I called the day before to confirm and tried to get a time frame, they said between 8-5. I took the day off work and waited. They never showed up. I called, talked to a couple different people, they decided on Monday that the box wouldnt support the Internet. So they didnt come or even call to let me know. I requested my money back, 10 days later, Im still waiting. Apperantly someone didnt complete a form, now I have to wait an additional 7 business days. Their customer service is the worst. For a communication company, they dont know how to communicate. Do not use this company, find someone else!!!!

They deserve zero stars. I moved here from out of state. Dte set me up with frontier. Was supposed to be here yesterday to install between 9am and 1130. I spent 2 hours on phone was disconnected 3 times. Transferred to 5 different people and still havent heard or seen from installation tech. Lost wages waiting for tech all day for no good reason at all. After leaving all zeros or unsatisfactory remarks on customer survey i get a text saying they will be out today. Not a great way to start business with a new customer. I should be compensated for having my time wasted by frontier. Customer service is definitely not a requirement for their over seas non english speaking customer support techs. Calling was useless and a total waste of time
Never had anything bad to say about this company until I was rudely cut off the road behind one of their drivers this morning who was going 10mph under the speed limit and I went to politely pass, the van speeds up and cuts me off the road forcing me to get back behind him so he can go slower. Rude and unprofessional on all levels. Your drivers need to take some road rage and responsible driving training, where they realize that actions like this morning put lives in danger. There were no vehicles in front of the driver where passing him would not have been a big deal, and I wouldnt have to leave this negative review to your company had I just continued to politely pass the vehicle on the road. I will never recommend your services to my family, friends, and professional network due to this volatile behavior.
If you ever wanted to call for help, and have someone promise you that they will call you back, but not follow through, then this is the company for you. Not only will they not call you back, but you will wait on hold for long periods of time, where they will create a ticket for you 2 weeks out. They will test the line, find nothing wrong, and then close out your ticket without ever calling you to see if everything is good on your end.If you ever need a headache to get out of work, to skip out on a wedding, to miss a family reunion, then just give this company a call. They will gladly take your money, and give a poor excuse for customer service, internet that disconnects repeatedly through out the day, and phone service that is laughable.All in all: stay away from this company like the black plague.
If you can use a different ISP, do it! I got the service because it was the only hardline service in the area (Not a hotspot). I found out that frontier has somehow kept other ISPs out of this area (49442), which wouldnt bother me to much if frontier wasnt so dishonest about there services. I was paying for the premium internet service and had it for over 14 months. That service claimed to have up to 45mbps. I ran many different connection test through Google, Microsoft and Norton programs, never once did I see anything above 7mbps download speeds and 2mbps upload speeds in that 14 month period. I got the run around everytime I called, and when my service was out for 11 days at one point I was pretty frustrated with them not crediting my account. Ultimately this is what made me switch to AT&Ts unlimited hotspot internet, which I have been much happier with. All in all do yourself a favor, if you do any streaming or gaming or if you NEED a service that works consistently, do not get frontier internet services.
We have decent internet speed at our home the working with the corporate service department is terrible. Dont expect them to be able to do anything for you. The local service techs however do a great job, the trouble is just getting one to be able to come to your home. Right now we are without internet and it will be over two weeks until we can get a tech here. As someone who works from home and depends on internet this is terrible service.
In the the past year and a half I rarely have had a full week of service. A constant exercise in complete frustration and wasted time. I will compliment the people answering the phones for repair requests, they are pleasant and I think doing their best. Must be tough given the lousy company they work for.

Buy different router its not compatible. We have spent 2 days on phone to be told we can get an appointment the following Wednesday. LEAVING 9 days with no internet. My husband works from home where the internet is essental to his job. Horrible customer service and follow up 😭😡 and they will give a 10 credit for our trouble! Plus we get to pay the $70 service technician
Every time I call customer service its at least an hour and a half. I get transferred at least twice and the issues never get resolved. Im pretty sure the company is run by idiots. It shouldnt have to be this flipping hard.The latest in the never ending saga that is terrible customer service with Frontier. Our normal bill was around $48 a month. All of a sudden our bill is over twice as much. Between my wife and I we spend 3 hours in an online chat. Get transferred at least 3 times. Somehow our services got changed without our consent or a benefit in speeds.If it was possible to give Frontier zero stars I would. Well be switching to Ncats this week. Ive had enough of this joke of a company.WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY FRONTIER INTERNET SERVICE. Youll be disappointed. Guaranteed!
Basically a scam. Speed is less than 1/3 as advertised on average. They have specific boxes to return equipment in, but never sent the box and charged me for the equipment instead. Best scam, worst service.
We have not had internet for the month of Febuary, we have called multiple times for updates but all they answer with are empty promises. Also they are the only service provider that comes out where we are, trust me we looked. We are stuck in this awful cycle, if you can get anyone else i STRONGLY urge you to do so.

Ive had frontier dsl for years. No rental fee for equipment and never had a problem with bill jacking up. The field techs and service reps have always been fine, just slower speeds vs cable net.

I has internet at home. it went down once per week. sometime we could reset our self sometimes we called in. We hated it. Now we have comcast. it is 99 % up. It gets slow once in a while. we are pleased. I have a business phone and the started at 29,95 now its 106.00 . I am not happy with frontier
They offered a phoney $200 rebate upon signing. Said itll be delivered within 60 days of contract and only good for 90 days. Never received it as of 4 months into contract so far. Frontier has said itll be mailed within 2 weeks, for the last 8 weeks. Look at their BBB rating, itll tell you all you need to know about this company. I have now submitted complaint to the attorney general.
Can not count on the internet service, It keeps getting slower and slower. 1.6 once in a while. Trying to return a goggle hub for the last week. Over 5 hours on the phone and they lied to me and never put anything in my account..Was lied to on what the product would do and now after two hours on the phone was informed again that they would take it off my bill and send me a box to ship it back in. I only need a ups mailing label to attach to the same box it came in. I have only had the product for one week, what happen to the 30 day return policy. My next move will be a letter to the Michigan Att. Gen..They are suppose to call me back Monday morning around 10am. I hope they do but I wouldnt bet on it

Called to ordered the cheapest internet package available. They talk me into a higher package. My installation date gets changed numerous times. Once the installer showed up but didnt bother ringing the doorbell or knocking. Just left a note saying he missed us. Then finally after getting my installation date changed 5 times they tell me the reason they cant hook me up is because THE PACKAGE THEY UPGRADED ME TO ISNT AVAILABLE IN MY AREA! So I instantly cancelled the entire service and Im going with Comcast. Dont talk me into an upgraded package that isnt even available in my area. I would never recimrrec frontier to anyone.
If I could give zero stars I would, they shut off my internet 2 weeks before the due date online and after I made the payment kept telling me it would be on within 24hrs its not and I was told I have to wait another day at least save your self the hassle go with comcast!
Awful internet service. Originally ordered 12mbps, took 3 days to get it installed and working due to bugs. The techs worked very hard to figure it out and were very polite. The techs did a great job however we were told that we could only get 6mbps. No problem we wanted to see how it worked out. Unfortunately it doesnt work very well. Only one device can be connected at a time. I ran a speed test on my PS4 and it looked like the actual internet speed was half of the 6mpbs. Again no problem we can just try to upgrade to the faster speed now that it was installed. However we were told it would cost us money to have a tech come out and upgrade the internet to the original 12mbps we wanted. Seems unprofessional when you call in. Will be switching to a new service provider ASAP

Two no shoes to fix our internet, constantly lagging.. was told we could run 10 devices when we purchased, and it wont even run our game console!! Do not use this fraudulent company!!! Others charge half the price for twice the service!!! Someone should sue this company!!!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I called in May to get service no one ever came out to hook up, but the monthly billing started and I have called every month to get it straighten out and I get nowhere they eventually hang up on me now they are turning me into collections. They cant possibly stay in business much longer.
I canceled after having this service for 4 days(didn’t work) this company has been sending a bill since October 2018 for 99 dollars I have been calling, deputing this amount each time. The rep reads the notes for the rep before saying Dnt worry it’s been taken care of but I continue to get billed, one rep said there’s nothing he can do it will go on my credit(why) i got bill in the mail today for Jan-feb for 99 for service I DONT HAVE!! I call every month to have them fix this in the system but they continue to bill months after... Why do u keep billing me for a service I had for four days and didn’t work in September?? Biggest BS scam ever.. was told they offer 18 mbps service in our area, waited two weeks for them to come service our new house. Well they never showed up so when I called to inquire their excuse was that they didn’t have that speed in our area. So they bumped it down to 12. Waited another week and they did the same damn thing. Now it’s 6 and have to wait another week for them to most likely not show up. Place is trash. I sincerely hope you file bankruptcy.
Let me preface this by saying they SUCK!!! I wish I could give them negative 5 stars. They SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK SUCK. I have been without phones and internet for 6 days and I just received an automated call from them stating they wont be able to make the service call for two more days. I have nothing but problems with Frontier Communications and they treat me like Im stealing from them. Dont use Frontier Communications for anything unless you have no other options like me. As soon as someone else provides service in my area, I am gone.
It doesnt even deserve one star. I waited all day for them to come out, they said they called and went to vm. So couldnt make a house call!!!!!! Well I have no missed calls and no messages, this isnt the first time...there have been many repair tickets written and no one has ever come out. My service is constantly in and out. Ready to switch.
I was sold a service with a working date although they couldnt deliver what was required to use the service 10 days later. I was directed to pick one up at the local office. The clerk was very discouraging of my taking a kit from her location but she did. Only to have me I have to return because once I got to where I was to connect this device I realized that there was no power cord who takes the power cords out of modems Frontier
Absolutely the worst internet I have ever used. I attend college online and I can never guarantee access to the pages I need. I have better internet service when I visit Mexico. Worst part is, this is the only company that services my area unless I want satellite internet service which is sketchy when the weather is less than perfect.

A Frontier service tech severed the phone service at the marina on a Friday. Frontier left the marina without phones through the weekend- a holiday weekend! The best example of the worst customer service possible, one star doesnt do it service.
Awful customer service.I cannot understand half of their employees. When trying to do anything related to my services they are always trying to sell a promotion before my problem is even fixed.My wireless internet did not work more than it worked.The list could go on.. Slow internet speed, I have good days and bad days with it. Some days I watch Netflix and I’ll watch something and it stops like it’s buffering.It’s a terrible internet service. I had nothing but problems from November through June of this year. I didn’t even get credit for all the times It didn’t work. Then if I needed a tech to come out to my house, I had to wait 4 days. ( every time)!!! It’s unreliable. And when the time comes, I’m changing to Hughes Net. Frontier makes money hand over fist, and there to cheap to upgrade anything. The monthly price is great, but it’s getting old with problems I have.
I dont even want to give them a star. They were aweful. They didnt come on my scheduled day for the installment, and hung up my call TWICE after I said my name. Pretty sure they are aweful when they deal with troubles, even after you are luckily able to get the service from them.
Oh Frontier. No company can have a slower speed. I ordered the 6 mbps. The Speedtest showed .56mbps. I cant even open a web browser to search on google. This means you cant do other things. It uses the phone line technology. This is the oldest technology used. I would give 0.5 star if the rating allows.
My internet became very spotty had 1 guy come twice to fix it and anther guy after and its still spotty called several times to have different people go threw same steps and 45 min (each time) its still not working and they want to charge me to have another guy come out and maybe fix it. We signed up for Frontier in South Haven, MI and had a horrible experience. Do not make the same mistake we did.There was not one reason, there were a series of reasons that led us to drop Frontier.First, I was told I could get up to 24 mbs for $39.99 per month. My bill showed $69.99.Second, I was signed up for some security service that I didnt approve. I only figured this out after receiving a weeks worth of spam from that service.Next, I was assured the cable to my house would be buried when the tech arrived the first time. It took at least four different conversations with Frontier customer service over a four week period to finally get the cable buried about six weeks after my call to initiate service.Next, our service never worked as the technician never went into our house to test the system. It was only when I was trying to rectify my billing problems that the problem was identified.Fifth, I wasnt able to sign into my account despite having the login and password for six weeks. Finally, when that was solved I realized we were being over-billed and was late for the first bill.Next, I tried to solve the billing problem with a customer service rep who seemed either incompetent or unable to assist, yet asked for my number and promised to call me back to assure me the bill was straightened out.Sixth, a tech was supposed to come to our house on Monday, 5 June to fix our lack of internet access. The tech not only didnt show up, but never called to explain why or to reschedule the appointment.Lastly, another appointment was made for Tuesday morning, 6 June. The tech didnt arrive in the morning so the service was never installed and never worked.That led us to cancel our service with Frontier.
Worst internet service we have ever had. We have lost internet the past week in the evening for no reason. Why are we paying this monthly bill just to use our phones data up because our internet isn’t working? Set up auto pay yet they shut us off for not paying because they didn’t take it out numerous times, changed it back to a paper bill and they never mail it. Do not use this service!! We will be finding a new internet provider!!! I’d give them no stars if I could.
1/2 a star.Their customer service is almost as bad as Comcast. They raised my bill without notification, then say theyll lower it, but I still have to pay the raised rate. Even though I am totally unprepared to spend more. I asked if I can pay it a bit late. Sure! But then you get a 24.99 late fee! Idiots.Their internet also goes out intermittently for random amounts of times. I have been documenting it for around 6 months. Sometimes it can be extremely slow.
I can never get anyone to answer or solve my problems. The internet service is extremely poor. I need to reset my router multiple times per day and its extremely frustrating. My bill was supposed to be discounted for using the online billing system and it never was, now I see it has increased with out notification or explanation. Very disappointed.
Like everyone else, I would give 0 stars if possible. Worst internet service ever. Infrastructure is completely inadequate and out dated and cant handle the amount of customers they supply. The only reason I have their service is because they have a Monopoly in my area and I have no other choice.
After waiting all day with my dog locked up waiting for someone to come out, spending at least 4 hours total on hold, constantly being transferred, turns out, they dont run to our home. 12 hours of my life wasted because they told me they could service my home and they cant. Whoever dakota out of georgia is, hes the only customer service rep who knew anything. I had to call a total of 9 times. Got hung up on twice, left on hold so long i figured they werent coming back 3 times, and the rest the reps were useless. Trash service.
Was amazing! This lady helped me right away and looking to get internet real soon.

If you want internet service that reminds you of the good old days when you used webtv and a dial up internet connection to get online, Frontier is for you. Totally crappy internet service for a premium price.
For everyone with a negative comment about Frontier, you clearly have not had Comcast. I have had no issues with Frontier and Frontier was recommended to me by several others who left Comcast and their criminal fees!
Amazingly easy customer service with their online chat. Got my internet locked in for 3 years at 19.99. When I asked what it would go to after that he said 34.99, but I could come back to get deals to make it lower.I left Comcast and was happy to do so in the Muskegon area. Comcast implemented a data cap on my service right after I first signed up with them, while Frontier has no data cap. Comcast was finally only willing to negotiate to my terms after I had already signed up with Frontier when they knew they were going to lose me as a customer. Glad they didnt come to my terms initially because Im already happier with Frontier.Update: Frontier Internet is running and works just as good if not better than the higher advertised speeds I was getting from Comcast. Also worth noting Comcast has been really annoying with calling me trying to get me to come back and I also had two 15 minute calls trying to unsubscribe from their internet service. As of this point Id recommend Frontier over Comcast in the Muskegon area.
I do not know why anyone would write a positive review. Frontier DSL is terrible. It is extremely slow. I reset the router all the time just to keep marginal service. I called technical support and they said they could not help. Very poor quality and Frontier does not care.
$85 for internet and phone. $70 to downgrade internet one step on top regular charges.. $100 to disconnect.Communications very poor. Dont tell you of charges to any changes you want to make. Totally disgusted. Went back to Charter.
I called for business phone and internet service. It will only take a few minutes to get you set up Sir they said. After 2:45 minutes, 3 transfers and 4 NEW employees later I had an installation appointment. They recorded my contact phone number wrong, my billing address wrong and the installer could not call me because he had a wrong phone number. Over the 2+ hours on the phone, NONE of them bothered to ask me what phone services I wanted set up so once it finally got installed i had to call back and place 3 orders for them to get that right. The Internet service kept going in and out and it to 2 times to get that right and Im dumping them after less than a month because Muskegon currently has no internet service and the is no estimated repair time. Dont wast your time with them. The prices are not worth the headaches and it will cost you more in the long run.
Just got internet service.The slowest service ever.Ordered the service. Got set up. Noone showedCalled to ask why they didnt show. Said they will be there soon.Never showed!. Finally days later get hooked up.I cannot open a webpage. I have a brandnew computer cannot download the drivers...This is a complete nightmare!!!Every 800 number is set up to only sell and setup accounts!!. Had to call local number to get thru to customer service! The worst service ive EVER recieved from any company whatsoever.I want u to come get my box. Unhook my service and give me my deposit back. Never got to use the service. Just horrible!!
This is the worst company Ive ever done service with I wouldnt recommend them to anyone I waited 3 weeks to get installation and then they dont show up and then I keep calling and they lie and say that the technician is 5 minutes away from my house and guess what he still never showed up....
The internet is almost always at least 2x slower than they say it is and the best internet they provide in my area can only handle 2 users, so basically just me cause I use my phone and computer at the same time and if a family member is on the internet goes even slower. The ping on video games is usually around 300 when it should be no higher than 50. Costumer service is terrible, every time I complain about the internet speeds down they tell me that they cant do anything to fix it. Get more reliable internet, faster internet, better Costumer service, and start saying the true.
Unprofessional, rescheduled 3 times still noone came out to hook up service. I wish i could give less than 1 star
Three times not a charm. Horrible customer service, and I never became a full customer. Was rescheduled and rescheduled... took a day off work even. Go elsewhere.

I am only getting .88 mbps and paying for 6 mbps. The last time I called about this problem they came out and fixed it. This time I am told that I live in a high traffic area and will not get any more than I am getting. I am still getting charged for it though. Ditch everything frontier and go with someone else.
Absolutely terrible service. Unstable and slow infrastructure matched with poor customer service and two day repair times makes Frontier a terrible choice for business or home. Their very existence is an advertisement for competitors.

We lose internet on a daily basis, multiple times a day. Just today in the 2 hours Ive been awake Ive barely had internet! Have tried calling customer service multiple times and have gotten hung up on before I even get to talk to a person!
I have been on the phone with customer service for nearly an hour now, this is my 4th attempt in getting a refund from almost 2 weeks ago. If it takes this long to sort out where my money is they so abruptly took from my account, they should have offered me a call back instead of wasting an hour of my day... annoyed
The worst customer service I have every received. Had problems from the day I ordered service only to find out I can only use 1.56 of the 6mp I pay for. No thanks. Canceled service with in a week of having it. Dont do it.
Had an appointment set for today to have Internet and phone service set up and got a call right before they were supposed to show up that they wouldnt be coming today. My husband and I work a 8-5 job and they are not able to make it anytime after 5pm or on any weekends so I took the day off. What a joke. Why make an appointment with customers if you cant commit. They can shove their Internet and phone service up their ass we will get something else

Awful internet for an awful price. Where Im located, Im forced to use it. Internet disconnects all the time, goes offline for hours at a time, and at time is so unusable that I use my iPhones data instead of my laptop. If you have an option to go with someone else, do it!
