Everyone here is amazing! They take their time with their patients and are very attentive to their needs. From the time you walk in the door to the time you walk out, you get a sense of ease. The hearing aid retaining arms did not fit when I went in. I was told they all come straight and are shaped to right and left ear.After I left both of the arms became left ear. The right ear sticks straight out and will not stay in place. Verry poor. Seems as they only want to make sales.

Great attention to detail and answering any questions that I have on my hearing. I have spent a fair amount of time with them fine tuning my hearing aids and they have worked with me to improve the quality of sound.

Ive been going here for a few years. They even told me at my last checkup that I didnt need new hearing aids, my current ones were just fine! Honest people. Its a great place and Cassie is the best!

My hearing has been slowly getting worse, but it wasnt until i was at the gun range with inadequate hearing protection that I needed to seek attention . i randomly choose muskegon hearing and speech center. i am so glad i did. they are professional, thorough, very friendly and helpful. they continual to make adjustments to get the most perfect setting foe me thank you thomas bell and the staff.
