This company was owned by a cousin Steve. Did a survey at 5487 Brunswick rd. Holton the front nw corner off by 30 ft. The back se corner off by 165 ft. You kidding me? So now neighbor at 5487 enjoying other peoples property at west shores mistake. Ive had a survey to prove this. I personally went to west shore office to complain with what seemed confusion on their behalf. With assurance they would contact me with results; never heard back. I had a fairly large and somewhat complicated survey need. The employees were super helpful and kind, and got it done very quickly considering all of the surveys being completed with the economy shift and everyone refinancing at that time. Super happy and would definitely call them again if I had need for another survey (or engineering and/or environmental assistance for that matter)!!!

What a great organizations. They have great attention to detail. They always make recommendations to what is right and find ways to get your job done. It is worth your time to check them out.

Too expensive not willing to do the only side that was nit fenced in.Did not understand why the whole property needed to be surveyed. Because its all fenced with the exception of one side.
