Very unprofessional. The staff never gets back with you, had an interview, called them up 3 weeks later to see what was up, and they still didnt know. Bait and switching tactics as well to get you in the door.

I accepted a job and was supposed to start the following day ihad someone take me there based on the directions i was given turns out directions were wrong we ended up going way out the way due to that fact plus she never told me anything about road construction or detours. my ride said that was out of their way which i dont blame them even the work van didnt go there. so i had to call in they deactivated my profile and said i couldnt use them for 6 months even though they gave wrong information. not once did the recruiter accept blame she put it all on me saying its nothing she could do i pleaded with her like its your fault how are you blaming me for this all she kept saying is sorry its company police theres nothing she could do. if i had to name this review i would call it unprofessional.

Workbox of Muskegon ....... If I were anyone looking for work dont use this place .there shady unprofessional and only look out for them selfs . They keep the working wage low to there employees while filling there own coffers off the backs of there worker..... More over they dont follow there own rules or regulations ......

Wonderful place to find employment. The wonderfully respectful staff helped me from the minute I walked in the door. They help me find a job that would be suitable for me. They even offered the required safety supplies for the job which is nice and makes you feel valued as an employee. They offered me clear instructions and description of the job as well as providing directions to the location I started working.

They are very very Shady!!! Unfair with jobs, and who they call back dont ever step foot at workbox In Muskegon its not worth the time if your serious about trying to find a job!

The receptionists usually display indifference to most men whom walk in. If you come in to do anything on the computer, apparently, youre supposed to know how to do absolutely everything that has to do with Workbox operating systems. Pay close attention to your time sheet and payroll, because, they are not. They also cant be bothered to update their systems nor look to see where you currently are working through them when they call to offer you a job with them, it happened twice to me.

Its weird to me to see so many negative reviews, its an awesome company to work for....Theyre process was easy and the staff was most helpful. If youre looking for work but want to avoid the hassle of job searching. This is the place to go! Lauren was a fantastic recruiter to work with!

My husband was able to find a job in no time! Interviewed one day and was working within a matter of the next three days. Might take a day longer than other services but they truly listened to what he was looking for and found the ideal job for him!

Workbox sent me to a job to meet with the supervisor . When I arrived at the work place no one was there to greet me so I called Workbox . I was told they couldn’t do anything about it and instead of finding me a new job they deactivated my account . I called later that day to get things sorted out they didn’t even want to hear what I had to say when it was obvious I was at the work place . I let them speak to the Supervisor that was there and they still didn’t want to work with me on finding a different job or contacting the supervisor I was supposed to meet with .

Do not let all the mix reviews fool you! The ladies in the Muskegon office are amazing! They work very hard to find good people work at awesome companies!

A complete waste of time. I had a job lined up and they refused to work with me after passing all there tests including my drug test. Dont waste you time, go to another agency. Overall worst experience Ive had looking for a job. What a joke. Please go anywhere but here. I’m amazed they can afford to keep the lights on.

Went thru these guys in 2015 had 3 assignments 2 of which they said had ended when i later found out from others who worked there that the supervisor had veen looking for me and was mad i wasnt there. Now they are claiming 2 years later that i quit but wont show me my file and when i called coorporate to complain all they do is say oh the manager is either on vacation or will call me back by end of day been waiting for 2 years on that call pffft what a joke dont waste your time or gas on these people

Unprofessional. Theyll offer one position to multiple people and then give it to the first person who shows up. Meanwhile, youve wasted time and gas for no reason. They have pushed start dates back 3 weeks from the original start date. As if people arent eager to work. Just go to Manpower, Forge, Staffing any place but here.

Its a joke. They dont have no respect for no one they offered me a job and i couldnt take it but my boyfriend called 5 minutes later and there was no position available they said all the girls down there are rude and unrespectful. Honestly I wouldnt go there go got manpower forge staffing or addeco at least they dont give u a run around

Workbox solid and legit will not give you a job if you didnt stay at least 6 months at your (any) previous job, i mean i have 3 years of carpentry under my belt and they wont give me a job because i didnt stay at meijer for at least 6 months

The staff at the Muskegon location are always friendly and helpful.

Extremely uncooperative and not willing to help anyone. Theyll make you run around in circles for paperwork, wait hours before doing anything and then blow you off.
