Great service went to get a ssd on my laptop it was quick and fast 100 percent recommend

Sat in the waiting isle for 30+ minutes with no line after being told to wait there. no help came even when called out by employees and you could hear multiple people talking in the back but they would not come help. once they did come out from the back they neglected that we were even there. terrible service.

The best at there job super awesome. Will be going back many more times in the future.

If you get a insurance plan, Its a joke. I was told I would have to pay more than my phone was worth to get it replaced, I bought it for $50 after they messed up on my original phone when it was about $110 with no discounts, I thought that was awesome! Then I dropped my phone and went to use the plan and was told it would be almost $50 to replace it and they wont even attempt to repair it. I will never buy a geek squad plan again, waste of my time and money. I get why a deductible has to be charged (New phone comes out, and an Accident happens, Rendering the old phone unrepairable and then someone gets a nice new phone for just about nothing.) but please bring it up when buying the plan.

Dont get a protection plan through them. Dont get a protection plan at all. Its a waste of money, just get a really good phone case if youre thinking about insuring your phone. Geeksquad is terrible. I seriously would never recommend it to anyone! I cannot stress this enough.. I youre thinking about getting a geeksquad protection plan, DONT. I purchased one and ended up cracking my phone screen, so I went in to get a new one, and I was told that I would still have to pay about 160 bucks for a new phone (which isnt new at all.. Its a refurbished piece of trash that just looks nice). In conclusion, please save your money and do not purchase a geeksquad protection plan. I hope no one has to experience what I have with this company.

NEVER AGIAN! I will never agian insure my phone through geek squad! They charged me 159$$ for a replacment device, that was a refurbished phone, when i was yold in store when i got the insurance on my contract that its replaced in store for 150, not tge case, i did my service request, they said my money would not be deducted until my device was shipped, it was taken out the 19th. It is now the 27th, i called geek squad and they havent even gotton my phone yet. I went through 3 different people and a supervisor to findd out they dont have it in stock and i will get a goft card but they dont know the status of when or what form.. very upset! So much mis informing! Never agian. Just add the insurance through your contracted company, much much easier!!! Also u get a new device in store with ur contracted company. Its been almost 2 weeks with no phone and no gift card, just rediculous!

Never again using their warrenties, 12 days still no phone or gift card and just keep getting the run around, dont buy from them period unless you want nothing but hassles and bills
