I have been completely happy with their service. The owner and employees are very nice, super helpful and also very knowledgeable about vehicles. I have 3 including a foreign truck.They are also honest about the vehicles issues and they are reasonable on the price of repairs.I highly recommend RPM 😊

I had such a pleasant experience. Tod at the front desk explained everything my car needed done. Call me when any plans changed. Made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Most places treat me (personally) different because I’m a girl. I didn’t feel this way at all at RPM. They will be my go to from now on.

I have been going here for years, friendly and informative staff along with the quality of work is why I keep coming here. Pricing is very fair and they always try to get the lower prices for parts (they put in two engines in a few of my old vehicles). Also very very fast service depending what’s wrong with your vehicle and what time of day you get it to them, they will have it back to you the same day. They always go above and beyond

If you want your car to smell like you smoke 3 packs of cigarettes a day for a several weeks then this is the place for you. The work they did was well done but the price was mediocre especially when I have to clean the interior when theyre done. Will not be going again.

The customer service I received was awesome. Mark Dewitt the owners son and ran the front office very professional. Very nice and willing to help the people who called while I was there. He was willing to explain a couple things about tires.

Went in for ignition switch. Ended up with a fuel pump that don’t work and a battery that they didn’t repair. Please don’t take your car there .They are dishonest . Filing a complaint. Yvette Rone

I went here trying to get my truck fixed. They kept on lieing and telling me they cant find the part and other b.s. they kept giving me the run around. The kid up front doesnt know what hes talking about. Not a good experience . I dont recommend going here

Like my new tires, and the general inspection for the other repairs I needed done. I didnt feel over sold. My repairs and tires were done the same day I dropped my car off. The food at the restaurant next door was fast, friendly and very convenient. Did I mention good?

They fixed what needed to be fixed I guess. While doing so they broke my running light and put a dent in my fender. They fixed the dent and replaced the light.

As far as mechanics go these guy were great!!! Upfront and honest and decently priced!!! Hard to say that about mechanics sometimes I think....

It was totally horrible. I brought my truck in for a simple heater core hose changed. Then get it back drives fine till Im driving home from work and all I smell is oil and antifreeze mixed. Then my check engine lights flashing. I was also told Id be called when my vehicle was ready. I had to make a call just to see if it was after having a friend drive by. I would rate it lower but I cant!

Went into this shop with them knowing I had a coolant leak and it could possibly be a head gasket. They did diagnostic test after charging me over 300$+ dollars for a battery. Told me I had coolant in my oil and I needed to do an oil change and that it was my water pump that was leaking coolant into the engine. So I told them okay go ahead and fix the water pump if that’s the issue causing the coolant leak. No longer get my vehicle back, the same day took a 59 minute drive for it to have the EXACR same issue as before. Called them told them the exact same issue was accusing that it wasn’t holding coolant but I couldn’t find any leaks anywhere. They had time come into the shop did a pressure test and then suggested to me that it was a head gasket.... so you guaranteed me that my car was fixed, That I HAD NO issues with my engine anymore. Just to find out that I leave your shop with the exact same issues and now you’re telling me it’s a head gasket and that my whole engine is ruined. I’m out over 1,000s dollars and no running vehicle. Not to mention when I called them to let them know the issue was still reaccuring they were rude wouldn’t let me finish what I was trying to say, and wouldn’t give me back the parts to my vehicle. If I could rate this place any lower I would! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS! I would NOT ever recommend these guys to fix ANYONES vehicle.

The guys at RPM are experienced and do quality work. My family has been taking their vehicles to RPM for years.

I have been using RPM for the last five years. I took four vehicles there over the past five years every time they fix my vehicle it seems to be working just fine for the time being then I bring it back and they always find new issues that were not discovered initially. I have found this new tool called fixd what it is is a tool that goes into the port of your vehicle and I will tell you what is wrong with your car by communicating to your phone. I was purchasing a new vehicle and I brought it to RPM as I normally do for them to do a full inspection. they quoted me over $1000 worth of work that need to be done but failed to mention the exhaust pipe and muffler have been rotted out and needed to be replaced. I replaced those items with a different mechanic cost me 200 bucks to get that all taken care of and the vehicle runs perfectly fine now the vehicle was also inspected by this different mechanic and all the things that they told me that needed to be fixed were not necessary issues that was discovered by the new mechanic. RPM charged me $45 to do inspection on the vehicle to tell me things that need to be fixed they really didnt need to be fixed. I know longer will take any vehicles to them because they dont care they just want money.

Id have to say Rpm automotive is one of the best of shops in Muskegon and id certainly encourage others to go there they do quality work and get the job done right.
