To answer Andrews 1 star review.. His roof was damaged to the point that replacing it was more economical than repairing it. Thats the insurance companys call, not ours. The new roof was on a very long back order. The insurance company kept calling us to check on the status of the roof, we kept calling the dealership checking on the status. After approximately 8 weeks the insurance company decided that the new roof was going to take too long to arrive and they authorized us to repair the customers roof. At that point the repair went fairly smoothly. The black rear bumper did have green paint transfer on it, but it was not repaired or painted during this repair. The green transfer could have been on it prior, or it could have happened while it was here. Either way, we agreed wed take care of it.. We also agreed wed take care of having the window re-tinted. Neither was at a cost to the customer. We just need to have them bring the vehicle back, which they havent done yet. The confusion with the finish date and the insurance company was simply one employee talking to the customer and another talking to the insurance.. it was a miscommunication on our part between employees and for that I apologize. This repair did take an unusually long time, but the majority of that time was waiting for a part which is out of our control. The customer did have a free loaner vehicle to use during this repair with unlimited miles. Im not a big fan of 1-star reviews unless there is a legitimate issue that a business refuses to make right or handle. Thats not the case here. We just need the Jeep brought back and we can take care of this.

I’ve had my car into Bowman’s Body Shop twice now and can’t say enough about how great they are. The level of professionalism and workmanship from the office staff to the repair guys went above and beyond my expectations. Always super polite on phone and in person. Fantastic communicators, car was completed when they said it would be, Fabulous repair work and painting, my car was washed and interior cleaned and vacuumed when I picked up. This will definitely be our “Go To” place for all auto body repairs for sure. Highly recommended!

I dont see how this place has so many good reviews. After getting my jeep back today, after it being in their care for SIXTEEN WEEKS, we get home and find new damages to the vehicle. Green paint smeared on my freshly painted by them black bumper, and the tint is now ripped on the inside of my passenger window. Customer service has been lackluster from the get go. Constantly running me around. Your jeep will be done Friday at the latest. Hang the phone up and five minutes later get a call from my insurance company. Just spoke to the body shop, they said your jeep might be done by Friday, but more than likely its gonna be Monday afternoon. My wife called up there and asked why we were told one thing, then he immediately told the insurance something else? He literally couldnt do anything but trip over his own tongue lol. This whole experience was a joke.
