Recently Ive been trying to get my debilitated father started on medicaid so that he can get some more in home aid, which has been a very lengthy cat and mouse game of contacting various companies, fetching and supplying documents, and then turning around to fetch and supply more documents. Its been a nightmare. Heather King at Ben Vanbiesbroucks State Farm Office has been and indispensable aid during this process. She works quickly, efficiently, and effectively. I think I can safely say there are several deadlines we may have missed if not for her promptness, and believe me, after being in touch with several different types of insurances offices, this is not always the case. I cant thank this office enough for all that theyve done for my father and I.

Ben was great, but the ladies up front horrible customer service…. This the second time and both times very rude the lady by the window (6-09) looked bothered by me walking in and her having to do her job. Didn’t make me feel welcomed nor comfortable to ask a question I needed to ask and looked mad to give me change (which she again reminded me that on July 1st exact money needs to be given no change back, which I told her I read the sign and she rolled her eyes) Seriously worse customer service I’ve ever had in an insurance office, they are at the front for a reason to have great customer service, not to look bothered to do a job they signed up for. Guess I’ll go back to paying my bill online and avoid the bad vibes.

Ben Vs SF Insurance Agency is the best Ive dealt with. They have taught me everything Ive needed to know from the moment I first started taking care of my own insurance needs. I was new in taking care of my own insurance responsibilities, and they were so patient and kind in helping me learn what I needed to know and making me understand what I needed for coverage on my vehicle (and to put my other vehicle in storage instead of replacing it altogether). That was great info, and I expect nothing less from them. They are definitely here to look out for their clients. Great people!! 100%.
