I recently had some issues trying to get a PC I built to work properly and Tom took a look and instantly was able to figure out the problem with it. Very low prices for the great quality of work shown by him. He is also extremely responsive and very patient with people who dont quite understand computers like he does.

When I moved to New Mexico I used them again, I made a phone call, Tom got into my computer with a downloaded program and here again took care of my problem. I do a lot of photography work and take thousands of pictures. I was looking for a solution to edit my photos and back them up in case of data loss. Geeks Inc. set up Picasa which has a built in backup system, and uploads all of my pictures safely to the cloud. I can now edit, organize, and have the peace of mind that my photos are safe. Also my customers love how much faster I can get their wedding and event photos to them!

Tom Jensen phoned me at the agreed time. He remotely corrected problems in my desktop Mac, and installed new Apple software. As always, he patiently and courteously dealt with my lack of computer know-how. The charge was appropriate to those three tasks! Tom always is a breath of fresh air...and skill!
