We used Stanley Steemer recently to clean air ducts and vents as well as two white sofas. Both sets of technicians were professional and courteous and did an excellent job. We appreciated seeing the before and after videos of our ducts/vents...they were covered with sawdust and drywall dust from a remodeling project prior to our purchase of the home. We are so relieved we had this cleaning done!We have used Stanley Steemer in the past for furniture and floor cleaning, and we certainly plan to use them in the future!

We had two crews come to the house on Saturday. The first crew cleaned our ducts and vents- and we asked about our dyer vent. Which they had no problem cleaning at that time as well. The second crew cleaned our livingroom carpet, family room carpet, carpeted stairs, and sectional. Both crews were quick, efficient, professional, and friendly. They discussed with me what they were doing and showed me before and after photos of the ducts/vents. I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer to my friends and family!

Wilson and John worked thier butts off and got my carpet like-new. Bought a house and old owners left it nasty! But they made quick work of it and I couldnt be happier.

Carlos and Jason arrived on time, both professionally dressed and wearing masks during this COVID 19 Pandemic. Jason smoothly assisted Carlos who is smart and experienced, and worked efficiently, not fast. He concentrated on heavier soiled areas by using numerous products. He explained what he was using and the process. Carlos is a perfectionist who I really appreciate, and Stanley Steamer will always be my first choice for carpet or furniture cleaning as long as I can get Carlos, or someone of equal knowledge and work ethic.

I chose the clean and deodorize option. They cleaned the floor fast... almost too fast. Not really much attention to the stained areas. Cleaned the whole floor in 25 minutes. My carpet doesn’t really look much different, and it smelled nice for about 30 minutes and that’s gone now. I guess I expected a little more for my money.The first review was from 2 days ago. We got a new crew back today and they did a tremendous job. They took their time treating the stains and deodorizing. I appreciate the courtesy call and sending another crew out when we were unhappy with the work. Thank you for making it right.

Called and detailed my services needed. I was quoted a price, very reasonable. They scheduled me 2 weeks from the time of my initial call. They arrived at my home and stated they didnt know how to do the job. Its a tile floor... Steaming and waxing. Then wanted me to wait another week.......... Very disorganized company.

Two employees came out to my home and “cleaned” my carpets. The lead guy was very nice but wow poor job done. Every stain came back not even 24 hours later. We were very upset we spent $300 with the company to have our carpets look like then never came out.

Very disappointing - - had family coming out from Mass. so though I would have the carpets cleaned professionally -- Well I was not happy at all - they flew through the rooms - didnt move all the furniture and I had people there that could help move too - - the edges of the steps wasnt clean at all - - told me they didnt have to move the beds they could go underneath them - - if they got just under the edge of the bed I was lucky - - - furniture wasnt put back where is started from - - paid for a spray to kill bacteria and smell fresh for all the rooms and maybe 2 rooms got it put on - - carpets appeared clean until you looked at edges, corners and under things. Would never hire them again, nor would I recommend them.

I thought Trevor and James did an amazing job! Not only were they quick, professional and neat they were very courteous. I enjoyed the various before and after pictures. The two young men (Jared and Jason) were here on time this morning. I showed them the furniture that needed cleaning and some spots wed like to see if they could remove or improve their condition.Once I showed them where too hook up for water supply, they got right to work. This is our third time using Stanley Steemer Duct Cleaning and we have never been disappointed. Just like our previous visits, the technicians today were friendly and professional from the phone call letting us know their arrival time until the equipment was packed up. They used boot covers, blankets, wall corner protectors and other things to protect our property. They showed before and after pictures upon completion. I would recommend their services to anyone and be truly confident in full satisfaction.

Settle in and Ill tell you my story, grab a beer or a soda, sit back...relax. First off I would like to thank their call center for working with my many rescheduled appt. and I mean many.Lets be honest..wedding planners get less hassle than I gave these people. Once we settled on the perfect date, a Saturday in July that was coveted by many, with bright blue skies so begins the saga of the carpet cleaning.In a small town hidden away the team they sent out was an hour early and very friendly. We warned them of the two Burmese Mountain dogs that used the carpets without shame; the fur....and the unspeakable horrors that my little carpet fairy was no match for. This team took it in stride and went about their work. This team was quick, in and out would be proud; but they were concerned about the traffic and their ability to lift it from the carpets fiberus hold; they tried, deodorized, and they brushed up the Bernese hair afterwards.After they left we put out the fan as recommend and we waited. Sunday it dried, monday it was brown. Just off...just meh. Tuesday we get a follow up call, much to my surprise, to ask about the quality of service. I thanked them for their time and the friendly staff but the carpet still was brown and dingy. The CSR said not to worry, he wanted to send out someone in a hurry, they were booked but they found a man who could fit my familys worries into his schedule. In 30 minutes they arrived the off orange/yellow van; and Stanley..well they sent out the brother of Mr. Miyagi and Mr. Cleans. Along with his super cool tatts, his kung foo cleaning was strong. This guy had flames coming up his neck to highlight his glowing dome, a family trait to be proud of, and his skill with the carpet wand was a sight to behold. This carpet jedi, used the force to lifted out and banish the dark left behind by the first young padawan who felt much despair and fear during the initial battle with the Burner Carpet. As the saga comes to a close...the battles were fought, and some stains just cant be erased, but it was a victory and Ive gained much knowledge. The carpet is clean..or as clean as a two 100lb bernese mountain dogs, 1 cat, two adults, and a child can be...we are MUCH happier. We were not charged for the second cleaning but we wished them a safe trip back to the city and tipped them for coming out. Thank yall soo much!

Rushed job! Had couch, loveseat and chair cleaned including 15 cushions/pillows. One guy cleaned everything in less than 40 minutes while the second guy basically did nothing. Was told by company this is standard timeframe . Cant see a noticeable difference after cleaning.

We had Sam and Trevor come and clean our air ducts. They had never been cleaned before so I wasnt sure what to expect. We had just had some new dry wall installed and painted so I was a bit nervous about scuffs and kicks. Both Sam and Trevor did a great job! The used corner protectors and were very conscientious of the hose placements. I was impressed and happy they acknowledged my concern. Both were very professional, respectful and kind. I recently had Stanley Steemer clean our duct work - it hadnt been done in decades. Sam called with an arrival time and when he and Trevor arrived, they went right to work. They were very efficient and thorough and Sam kept me updated on their progress. What a difference this has made. All of the pet hair carpets in the duct work have been removed!! Ive used Stanley Steamer at other homes and had tried another local company prior to using Stanley Steamer here in West Michigan. I found their service to be top notch. They removed all the dirt and stains on my heavily soiled carpets (I have animals and the areas I cleaned were my high traffic zones). They even were able to remove stains that I thought were permanent and the previous company did not. My carpets look good as new. I wont venture again when I need carpets cleaned. DO NOT USE THESE UN-PROFESSIONALS IN MUSKEGON MICHIGAN. I paid $651 to have 5 area rugs returned in worse condition than when they were picked up. Stains, smell, and white debris rolled off the rugs. These were not cleaned!!! They refused to give my money back and are not focused on pleasing the customer with quality work. Look on the Consumer Affairs Reviews, many, many more unhappy customers!
