So I went to the Verizon store today. I was very happy with the current phone I had but it was having a serious issue. I had to trade it in for a different phone. Kato who was the only employee working there at the time went above and beyond to help me while at the same time answering work calls and assisting other customers. He made a 100% sure I had everything I needed off my old phone. He helped me set up my apps and was able to help me with my passwords. His multitasking abilities were phenomenal. This dude definitely deserves a raise he had actually waited on me once before and was able to get into a phone and get pictures for me that I thought were lost. Awesome customer service experience today!!

Coming here for curbside pickup was a waste of time. We pulled up and checked in digitally per instructions. We waited for over an hour during which time we saw other groups come and leave without anyone checking with us (like the message we received said would happen).Finally went inside and saw they were using a paper sign in - not only was the digital check in pointless, it led us to believe incorrectly we were in queue. We could have waited all afternoon. Has we just been instructed to sign in inside we would have been gone in 5 minutes. If you can’t figure out digital check in, don’t list yourself as a *curbside* pickup location.

Lauren waited on me at the Muscle Shoals AL store and she is awesome. She went above and beyond to get me going.

CON ARTIST.... duped my 84 year old mom into purchasing a defective home phone device. Then wanted to charge a 60 dollar restocking fee upon return. After giving up On the level of intelligence here I agreed to pay 3 dollars to return the device and they would not accept my payment because it was different that the original card. Girl working on Saturday 06/06/20 slams my card on counter and says “ you can stand there until we close .. I’m not waiting on you” Buyer Beware. We will keep you all posted on the small claims court action we are filing

Went in to get a phone swapped over. It was 30 minutes before closing. The guy there was really nice but wasnt very helpful. He told me to call the 800 number and get them to swap it because It was be easier that way. Well I called Verizon and the guy on the line was really nice too. He informed me that he couldnt just activate my phone without a new SIM card. He asked why the Verizon store didnt tell me this. The only thing I could think of was this guy was wanting to get rid of me that way he could leave. So now I have no phone for my road trip in the morning. Wasted my time.

Its not everyday that you can walk into a retail store and NOT feel like the person helping you isnt just trying to push you into the next best phone, BUT thats just what I get everytime I visit this particular Verizon store! Its like Cheers, where every one knows your name! All of the specialists will greet you by name and treat you like an actual person instead of a dollar sign! They always take the time to sit down with me and explain the questions that I have about my service and my phone. When I did purchase a new phone and an iPad they transferred EVERYTHING over to the new devices and made sure that I was comfortable using it before leaving! I will never use another Verizon store but this one! Give them a try and I promise you will not regret it!! Thank you Renee, Olivia and Matthew for always taking care of all my Verizon questions, needs and wants!
