They were thorough. They came back to ensure all items were completed correctly and working. Braden made sure that everything was up to his expectations. All of the employees had great customer services and made us comfortable with them being in our home. They had great work ethic and we highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. Great Service & Experience, we had duct work repair in November of 2020. Christmas Eve Night 2020 our Heating Unit went Out. Brayden had us a New Unit put in within in a Few Days.

I called Price Heating and Air Conditioning on a Sunday to set up an appointment to troubleshoot my unit. We made an appointment for Monday morning and he arrived on time, which is rare these days. My technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew my problem just from hearing me describe the issues, which inturn saved me money!! Great service from a Great company!! Would recommend to anyone!!

Moved into a new house air didnt work, Brayden came out same day after his long day of work and hooked it up so we could be cool that night and came back the next day to make final repairs. His price was very resonable and refused to take a tip for the great service. My suggestion is that you call this company and have them do all your heating and airconditioning needs met. I put in a service ticket through my home warranty on a Saturday February 6th and waited until the following Saturday February 13th, still no response. Called home warranty company and explained, they then called Price Heating and Air and he told them he must’ve over looked the service ticket and the he would go to the office and contact me that day but he never did. So my home warranty company tried to contact Price Heating and Air again, this time they would not answer. Not only is my home warranty company who is providing the work being lied to, the lack of professionalism, complete negligence, and lack of consideration to at least call me the customer and tell me that they won’t be accepting the service ticket while it is the coldest time of the year is ridiculous. I’ll be making sure that my home warranty company does not assign Price Heating and Air to my future service requests.

Mr. Price is one outstanding gentleman! We had to make an emergency call to him on a Sunday. It was no problem to him, he was here within 15mins and got us up and going. He fixed what was wrong to cause our unit to stop, plus went above and beyond by fixing mistakes that another local business had done a few years ago.
