My mother passed away in 2009 and all I had left was her old ring. These guys took all her old stones out and built the most amazing engagement ring. They absolutely killed it! Best customer service, best service I could have ever asked for.

This place is great! Marco and Danny are kind, professional, and their store is clean and has so many great options for all tastes and budgets. I would highly recommend them, they are a small family business who deserves local resident support. Not to mention, they know their stuff, true experts!!

What a waste of mine and my fiancés time. We went to this store based on reviews and the fact that we wanted 3 custom diamond rings. We were greeted by Marco without a mask. He brought us into the store and asked us to sit down. I immediately asked if he would be putting a mask on to which his reply was, I dont have one.Marco, you are not wrong for your answer, I get it, its your store, you can do what you want. Just know that you have lost two new customers and very large sale. If you really cared about your customers, you would keep a mask on hand or find a way to cover your face if a customer is concerned.Never coming back.

Marco took our custom order and had us pay upfront in January.I had to called for weeks to get my first rendering. I didn’t like it and it took another two weeks for him to get back to me with another.We finally got the ring in April.The ring is ok but I believe Marco bites off more than he can chew. He admitted to me that he had a lot of walk ins and this is why he didn’t finish my ring earlier. I payed him $4500 and he had $8k worth of my diamond just sitting there in his shop for four months.I already found another jewelry shop to fix the scratches he gave me the ring with.If you’re willing to have no communication with someone you’re about to hand thousands of dollars to, this is your shop.

I had big expectations on this place, unfortunately I couldn’t do more than say Hi because Marco is a person that doesnt use mask and when my fiancé asked him if he would use one he said I don’t have one. I will never trust in a person that doesn’t care the concerns of the customer.

True Story! I saw a necklace on actress Kelly Ripa and after finding that she paid $8,000 for it I looked through my own jewelry to see if I could create something similar. I found JBD on Facebook and took a chance. Marco and Danny did great work and I absolutely LOVE it. And it looks better than hers! I also had them replace the setting on my engagement ring and tighten my wedding band. Quality work and great customer service.

Bought my engagement ring for my now fiancé here. I brought in my grandma’s diamond and had a custom setting made for it. These guys were amazing in helping me design the perfect ring. Not only that, I was on a tight schedule and they made sure to have built and ready on the day they said it would be ready. The ring came out amazing, couldn’t have asked for anything else. Was an overall great experience here, highly recommend to anyone looking for that special piece of jewelry.

Not a place to go for watch repair. We were leaving for a cruise. Hand came off wifes watch and she wanted a link taken out or band. Charged $40.00. Gave them my credit card. Tell me it will and additional 3% to use card. Will never go return. Ronnies Jewelry charge me $5.00 to remove link on wifes watch just a month ago. No credit card extra charge. If had time would have went there. Wife wanted watch for Cruise so I paid the outrageous price.

Weve been using Jeweler by Design for more than 4 years now. Marco and his dad have done an amazing job on every piece theyve made for us. First My husband used him for my engagement ring. He has also made a Mothers Day ring my sister and him designed together for me. I went to Marco with an idea of a giraffe and elephant necklace for my sister and I when I moved to Texas came through with yet another cherished product. Marco and his dad are more than accommodating and I always get compliments on my wedding ring. We live in Texas now but still use Marco!

Youre not going to find a more trustworthy and honest jeweler. Danny and Marco have been my jewelers since I was 18 years old. For over 10 years I have trusted them to handle all of my needs. From custom one off items, to repairs of my late mother in-laws engagement ring and cleanings. I cant say enough about them. I found a lovely light blue ring at a thrift store in British Columbia and while visiting in Wildomar decided to see if it was worth re-setting. Danny told me it was a genuine aquamarine and re-setted it in white gold in the exact same setting as the old worn silver ring which I couldnt wear due to nickel sensitivities. He did a beautiful job and I am so happy I did this. His craftmanship is second to none. Thanks SO much.

Unfortunately I purchased my wifes custom wedding ring from these guys. Marco can be very personable and seems to be quite honest up front. He cant hit a deadline inside of severl days to a week. Zero stars for comunication skills, emails, phone calls or text.Get all promises in writting because his word, handshake or verbal promise is totally worthless. He wear a cross around his nech, talks about being a strong Christian, acts more like a thief in sheeps clothing in my opinion.I think unless you want something off the shelf, or straight out of a book you would be better served going to a more professional jeweler. Additionally, I would not recommend buying uncertified stones from them no matter what he promises about their value, clarity, color, symmetry... He is a straight up liar.Rebuttal to Marcos Comments: Marko, you can write as long of a response as you wish. In my original comments I never mentioned the certified center stone. My concerns from the start were regarding the accent stones, which were not certified! Additionally, I expressed great concerns to you regarding their proportions to what GIA stipulates are the correct dimensions for a triangle diamond with specifically sized sides.Your a consider yourself a jeweler, you should understand the reflection of light from a set stone. A loose stone reflects light from all sides and facets not just from the face. A set stone for the most part reflects light only from the open face. Hence, the necessity for proper dimensions.The accent stones you assured me would match the pop and brilliance of the certified center stone, even though they were way thinner than GIA specification. Here is were you shook my hand and promised if they didnt match the brilliance of the certified center stone you would take them back and we would look for better stones. After spending $23,000 on a wedding ring, one would think you would back your product, work and promises. In your case you lied.FYI, my happiness in getting the ring, was you completing your work before the engagement party. I contacted you before we left to get married with my concerns regarding the dullness of the side stones. In an email you suggested I bring it back in and you would find other stones that would cost more and I agreed to pay the difference and for a potion of the additional work. But I could not take the chance of not having the ring for our wedding, due to your ongoing shortfalls in meeting any kind of a deadline.Following the wedding is when your true colors were exposed. You would not credit me for the dull stones and I would have to pay all additional work. Marco you are a bold faced liar, look in the mirror thats what you will see in the reflection.BTW I still have the emails of my continued attempts to get you meet the deadlines you set and your agreement to make the ring right.
