Long story short I was a handful for 2 days at Davids Bridal but the team was exceptional. Everyone was polite, attentive and really listened to my needs. Ari was so patient with me and always had ideas. He was there giving me pointers and adding extras to make my dress perfect! I am very happy Ari was helping me! Julaphone was so wonderful to work with. She took her time helping us with selection and helping me into the various dresses that I tried on. She has a wonderful eye for design and truly listens for the features you do or do not like in a dress. She was never pushy and truly wanted to ensure that we all not only liked the dress but loved the dress. Overall it was the best experience ever and I cannot wait to go back and work with her again when it is time for the Bridesmaid dresses and mothers outfits.

I knew finding a mother-of-the groom dress I felt comfortable and beautiful in was going to be a challenge. But, Alexis Willis, Sales Manager, helped me select a dress that was not only perfect for the wedding but that also could be customized (with my own seamstress) so that I will be confident at my sons upcoming wedding. She was knowledgeable about the products, availability, and colors, using her resources to help me come to a decision I am happy with. I waited till the last minute to get an outfit for my sons wedding. I expected my appt to be meet with, you waited too long but instead they offered me the most helpful, kind and professional treatment. The experience calmed my anxiety, I found something beautiful and now looking forward to the day. Walked into David’s Bridal nervous and very worried but VANESSA, my stylist, was so accommodating and welcoming that all my worries were put at ease. She was very helpful in terms of the dresses I wanted and getting different sizes so I can get a feel of what’s comfortable and what looks better on me. She was very knowledgeable of all the options that I can have with my dress and was able to get my dress come at an earlier date so I didn’t need to get a rush fee. Thank God for Vanessa cause it felt like if it was anyone else, I wouldn’t have been so comfortable. And even when I brought my two nieces who was just everywhere, she was still so nice about it! Thank you so much Vanessa! I’m so glad to have worked with you in picking my wedding dress.

I had such an amazing experience both times I went to the Murrieta location! As a to-be bride who had never tried on dresses, Annabel made it easy and fun to pick and try dresses of all kinds. She was extremely accommodating and knew which accessories to pull to add just what the dress needed for me. Annabel was very sweet and knowledgeable; she made saying yes to the dress such a fun experience with pictures and laughter. I highly recommend her personally, however, all the ladies were amazing with their compliments as they walked by. The store manager, Mikayla (I believe) was amazing as well! So sweet! She introduced herself right before my appointment and made herself available at any point in both my appointments. Overall an amazing group of ladies and of course the dresses are to die for 💕

Got excellent customer service from the girl who checked us in (Madison ) and our assigned consultant (Ari). Our consultant was amazing! Hes a very good listener, listened to what we were looking for exactly and after he had the idea of what we wanted, he pulled amazing recommendations! I wasnt shopping for a wedding gown. I needed a dress for our sons wedding. Most of the dresses were longer. There was not a huge selection. It was pretty much the same style in different colors. I did not see a huge variety of styles. The one style suggested to me is something my grandma would wear. It kind of reminded me of old school velvet patterned wallpaper. Im no spring chicken but seriously???I did schedule an appointment but I had to share the dress fitter with someone else. Therefore, she was unable to spend much time with me. Needless to say, I talked myself out of the dress quite easily.Overall, Ive had better experiences elsewhere.

Jenny fitted me for my dress and she was amazing! I was a wreck because I couldn’t find the right undergarments. My top is shear and lacy. Long behold they can sew a braw into the dress! She was super sweet and explained everything. I had my toddler with me and no help, her coworker gave him a treat to keep him occupied. I felt like I was in the best of hands and I left there happy and rest assured the dress will be even more perfect for the wedding. Thank you so much Jenny!Update: Picked up my dress 7/15/21, Irina helped me out today. She was so sweet and helpful. The dress was perfect, it fit so well and she showed be how to button the bustle. I had the bustle extra custom. They put the dress on a fancy holder so it keeps the shape well and doesn’t wrinkle.I also found the perfect pair of earring, bracelet and a cute present for my flower girl.I left so comforted knowing that the dress will be stunning and perfect for our wedding day.

Just wanted to leave a nice review for the David’s bridal in Murrieta. I went to get my dress altered there and the head alterations lady Irena was really helpful and truly wanted to make sure that my dress was altered just right. She also took care of my moms and mother in laws dress. They had great things to say about her and the alterations staff. There work and and friendly attitude is appreciated and won’t go unrecognized. I would recommend this David’s bridal to anyone. Also the stylist Amanda there was beyond helpful. She even remembered me coming in a few weeks later and followed up with me.

Make sure you look online before you go to your bridesmaids dress appointment because the stylist that helped us only showed us the more pricey dresses and after all 9 of my girls purchased their dresses did I see a whole other wall of dresses that were cheaper and more of the style I was looking for. She definitely played us. She showed me 2 different kinds of dresses and made it seem like that was all we had to choose from.

My stylist, Julaphone, was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly helpful with helping me every step of the way. I went in with only a rough idea of what I wanted and she helped me perfect every element down to the opal belt! I felt very confident with the final look and she made sure every piece went together perfectly. I’m super excited to get to wear it on my special day!

I knew I was a size 6 or 8 and the consultant put me in size 10 and 12 dresses. They clipped up the back and told me that Ill need alterations. Thank God my Maid of Honor asked to see me in the dress I loved in a size 6 and it fit! No need for all these alterations they were pushing me to get. My suggestion for any future brides going in there is to trust your gut. Dont let them put you in dresses you know are too big and then tell you that you will have to afford alterations. If you know your size, go with your size.

I had a very good experience working with Davids Bridal in Murrieta, CA. I am the Mother of the Bride and needed to find a dress for the wedding. I didnt have a babysitter so I brought my 4 month old twins with me to the appointment. The staff was so kind and patient, they didnt have any problem with me having the babies and took their time with looking through dresses and trying on dress after dress. I did find the dress!!

Julaphone was so amazing. She had the two dresses that I specifically mentioned wanting to try waiting for me, and even a few others that she thought I liked. She immediately nailed down my style and look, and I felt zero pressure to try something/buy something. It felt like she really understood me and what I was looking for. She always right there when I needed her, I never had to look for her or wait around for her. She had an amazing personality, and it felt like she had known me my whole life. She just really instantly knew my vision and what I wanted.

Everyone was friendly. The seamstress was patient and worked with me on the alterations to get it my MOB dress just right. I had purchased the dress elsewhere, and they were all very enthusiastic about how it looked on me.

What is the point of having an appointment if the stylist has to support 3+ brides? How can my stylist support me at such an emotional time in my life? The stylist did the best she could but the company needs to do better.

I had an appointment at 6:00 pm that I had scheduled for over 2 weeks & confirmed 3 times. I arrived with my bridesmaids 15 minutes early & we began to look around at dresses. Around 6:20 we were finally helped out by Delphine who seemed to be in a bit of a rush. The appointment started out okay but it quickly tuned bad. First of all, my maid of honor got walked in on by another employee while she was changing in the dressing room. No one even bothered to knock they just opened the door. None of the dresses I asked for where shown or brought to us for the girls to try on. Delphine said what I was asking for was “impossible” so we offered to help her find the dresses we wanted. The manager quickly stepped in to help us which was great! Towards the end when we had finally found the right dress, Delphine was guessing everyone’s dress size so I had to get the manager once again to take measurements of the girls so we could get proper sizes. She also seemed annoyed every time I would ask her to bring a dress for them to try on. Overall this experience was not great.

Amanda, my stylist, was very helpful and friendly. I didn’t find anything I loved (reason for one less star rating). But I wanted to post about how helpful Amanda was! Thanks for a nice first experience shopping for a dress.

I am sorry to say that my experience was not what I expected. The sales rep did a great job in getting me a dress very similar to what I was looking for. The problems started with the alterations.The dress they had in stock that I tried on fit really well and need minor alterations in the chest area. The sales rep suggested she order a dress one size larger to commodate those alterations. When my dress came in it was in fact 2 sizes bigger and I ended up paying more for alterations than the dress cost to begin with. Each time I would go in for a fitting it was a different seamstress, all alterations communication got lost between 4 different seamstresses. When it was all said and done this dress which was ordered 2 sizes larger than I needed had the exact same issue that the 1st one had. The dress did not fit like it did when I first tried it on it was too loose and baggy and if they took it in and it created a bump at the end of the zipper on my on butt. The seamstress told me (no one notices but you) it was rude and made me feel like she didnt want to fix it. The front of my dress was cut too short and did not touch the floor as I requested. What they got right.Replacing the tie string and taking in the lace around my arms. At the end of the day I spent a lot of money and time finding the right dress and paying for alterations, it should have fit properly and good and mind did not.

I got my dress here a few weeks ago and had a FANTASTIC experience! Amanda helped me and she was so kind and helpful! I went again a few weeks later with my bridesmaids and our experience was ok. Our stylist was helpful but she took 30 minutes to get our dresses and when my girls were finally able to start trying on the dresses she was rushing us.

My second dress fitting Mom of the Groom. I didnt like how loose the straps fit. It 2 weeks from the big day. I live far enought away that its just a hassle coming back again. They were so very nice to alter it if I waited. I was glad to wait was able to take the dress home today. Thank you again

This last week I had my first bridal dress shopping appointment. The new covid guidelines were simple and clear. My stylist, Micellah was so knowledgable, kind and patient and really understood the style and vibe I was going for. She was also great in helping me stay within my budget. I love that she had already looked at my favorites and had an idea of what I liked. With each dress I tried on, I got closer and closer and ultimately, I found the one! The experience was so fun and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Davids for a first-time bridal appointment.

David’s Bridal in Murrieta is doing a fantastic job, I would highly recommend anyone to go to this store. My maid of honor and I went to this store on July 1st and our stylist we had was Aubrina. Aubrina went above and beyond to make sure we found what we were looking for as she was so patient with us and helped us the entire step of finding the perfect bridesmaid dresses.When it came to sizing my maid of honor I mentioned that I was not sized when I went to different David’s Bridal location where I recently bought my dress. When I mentioned that she was quick to help me to make sure the dress that was ordered was in my size. The previous store ordered me a size 10 and when Aubrina took my measurements she told me I was an 8 so the 10 that I ordered from the other store was going to be too big and I would have to pay way more for dress alterations than needed due to the size difference. When we realized that she was going to have me try on an 8, but in the Murrieta store they only had the dress I purchased in a size 6. I tried it and it was a good fit. She told me what they could do instead of me purchasing the size 6 and waiting months for it to be ready was to take the current dress I tried on that same day. It would be of no charge as they were doing an exchange for a smaller size. I was right on board with this decision.I want to say thank you to Aubrina and the store manager for helping me out with my wedding dress situation and for be patient with helping us find the perfect bridesmaid dresses.

Staff was really friendly when I came to look for my dress. I ended up saying yes to the dress and the associate that helped us was amazing. The problem I had is that I had my dress altered and set an appointment. I came to my appointment and my dress was not ready. I drove from far to pick up my dress and it wasnt ready. It was a waste of my time. Now I have to come tomorrow to pick it up. I was so excited to receive my dress today, Im just a bit disappointed.

Amazing! The best experience I have had shopping in my life! Which is want you want when getting your wedding dress, right? All that helped were kind and considerate, especially during pandemic times. Consultant Michellah was thoughtful, sweet, and really listened, even when I wasn’t listening to myself. I didn’t know what I wanted. She mentioned a dress I noticed and completely forgot about. That dress turned into “the one”! Michellah was very helpful to my attending family, helping them with their camera to take photos, and all together making it the best appointment with her skills! Also, Maria in alterations was simply the greatest when it came to helping me understand timing and pricing for my close wedding date. Another perk: the flabbergasting deals... My future mother-in-law and future grandmother-in-law were impressed... with every facet. That’s extremely hard to do folks!

Only thing that was great was Amanda:) went in and was fitted in a beautiful dress size 14 but what was ordered was a crazy 3 sizes too big ... after 2nd time there Amanda helped me find another dress but at this point was afraid it also wouldn’t fit like I’d like .... went in yesterday to 15 ladies one not even aware my dress was “There” was greeted by “are you sure it was this location “ OMG YESSSSSS !!!! At this point I go to try on what I thought Would be the 14 was a 16 so had to pay up to $600 for alterations because “NO 14 available in all of California tell after my wedding day “ when this was told to me my ❤️Dropped !!! Now changing my wedding date so I don’t have to worry about dress of my dreams so instead of June 1st I will change EVERYTHING TELL 3 weeks later !!! Super not happy that my special day was treated like just a number :( I was eventually helped my manager who took of 15% off because of purple spot on my gorgeous wedding dress

Delphine was a delight!! She was very helpful and honest and searched every dress until she found my size. I really enjoyed her energy!!!! From the moment I walked in to the time I left everyone and I mean EVERYONE there were so cheerful and happy to help. I enjoyed my short time in David’s Bridal. I cannot express how excellent and friendly everyone at Davids Bridal was!!! Most especially Irina. She made the whole experience so pleasant and enjoyable. Very honest, meticulous and all around a fantastic person. I will be a mother-in-law in a few days, and Irina helped me to feel comfortable and confident with ALL her skills.
