Other than the hearing test, my issues were not addressed nor was I given any treatment for my concerns. I was scheduled a CT four weeks out and the office called me a few days before to cancel my appointment despite me having waited a month to be seen for this CT scan. I wasn’t even given a reason as to why my scheduled appointment would be cancelled. When I was seen four weeks prior, the doctor knew I had a sinus blockage and yet decided not to treat me. (I’m assuming he wanted to wait until my now cancelled appointment.) In my experience, they don’t seem to care about the patient at all. Who wants to go to a place like that? Yikes!!!! Get it together y’all.

I went into the Hearing Instrument Specialist Alice Lilly with my own reservations of that this place was just going to do something fast and scoot me out the door. From the moment I stepped into the office I was greeted so professionally and kindly that it started it off with such a great feeling. Alice allowed me to describe everything that I was experiencing and she really listened. She said we are going to get this right. Alice took her time and was so thorough and thoughtful during this whole process. It is hard to find people who really care about their patients nowadays. I have to say that Alice was the most professional and personable nurse / technician that I have ever dealt with. California Head and Neck specialists have a staff member that represents them so well. I would highly recommend any of my friends to go to this facility and with hearing definitely go and see Alice. Great experience.

Dr. Tint is first rate! If you want a fresh perspective from a doctor who remembers who you are and what your issues are from visit to visit, Dr. Tint is your doctor. He really listens. He engages with your medical questions and responds intelligently; he considers with you the possible treatments. His diagnosis was accurate (after seeing 2 previous doctors for the same condition and not getting any results) and his treatment and prescriptions worked, resolving a condition I suffered with for 2 years. He is the right combination of medical excellence and personability. Thank you for practicing medicine with integrity Dr. Tint.

The girls are nice but not very competent. I had a visit with Dr. Donaldson and liked him, but he ordered a CT scan to be done 4 weeks ago, I get my HMO takes time, maybe no longer then 2 weeks. I come in to do my audio and ask them why I hadnt received a call or notice to get my scan done.. Looks like they never submitted the auth or whatever the reason. Still have not received a call about the status and also left two messages for the office before my appointment no one calls back. Very dishearting being I work in the medical field and feel like I have been put on a backburner. Maybe I need to find a new ENT

Took 2 weeks to send an order for xray and that was after repeated calls

Paid $250 and got no help!! Sorry, thats not a doctor I was looking for. Will definitely never go back.

Excellent care and gave information that was easy to understand about my condition

After I made an appointment with the Doctor Mathew Leach I told him exactly what I needed to do to my nose and after looking at my nose he said he would submit and then my insurance will decide if it’ll be covered or not and he told me since I have to remove the bump on my nose then Ritvik Mehta will have to do the surgery instead since he doesn’t remove the bump on my nose. So we end up making another appointment with dr Mehta at the same facility to check it out and see what needs to be done. After seeing dr Mehta we talked about it and he mentioned he would need to do four different things to my nose, remove the cartilage, make it straight, make room so I can breathe better and most important thing was to remove the bump. I specifically told him I didn’t want to change the shape of my nose (nostrils, tip of my nose and he told me no problem and he told me exactly that he would remove the bump but not enough where I’m going to have a scoop on my nose so I told him that’s exactly how I wanted and told him I wanted it to look straight from the side profile. He told me he would cut it from the bottom lift the skin and shave the bump off. He told me he will take pictures of my nose and submit it to the insurance. I heard back from the office in about a week and told me that my insurance has approved the surgery and we end up setting up a surgery date. Long story short a week after the surgery when he removed the pad from my nose the bump was still there and he told me it would take some time before nose fully heals. After 4 months later which was my post up appointment I asked him my bump is still there which I had previously mentioned many times he’s like he didn’t remove the bump because my insurance wouldn’t cover that so please try not to go to him because he’s a complete liar and the whole surgery cost was almost 15k but I had to pay 1800 out of pocket. He denied everything and said he never said he was going to remove the bump. I will be taking this further with my insurance and will hopefully be seeing him in court as well. DO NOT TRUST HIM.
