I have submitted four separate surveys regarding my assignment, have requested to be called about the issues I am having. My assignment was trying to have me wear USED robes, i was not given proper safety glasses(asked for prescription savers). Little to no training the first couple of days. I am always consistently putting my hands inside moving production machines that can crush your hand/fingers. I have yet to hear from my recruiter. If she reads this, please call me, I feel I should call OSHA.

This agency takes advantage of people. Applied for a $15 an hour position, confirmed it was $15 an hour with interviewer. Day before I started Reduced my pay to $13.50 an hour without saying a word to me. Very unprofessional, will not be working with again.

Dont go here. They only want to hire Hispanics. I applied for a job and went in for the interview, waited in the waiting room over 2 hours because the receptionist supposedly misplaced my application even though I just gave it to her 5 minutes ago. By the time I did have my interview, I was told that the job I applied for was no longer available, and the recruiter proceeded to offer me something I never applied for/didnt say I was okay with. Whatever you do dont take the lower end job!! They pick and choose who they want to place in the good jobs/lower end ones.After 2 weeks I called again about a position I was interested in, and was told that if the manager thinks Im a good fit then theyll be in touch with me. To make a long story short, the manager never called back, and the job I inquired about was available through another agency that placed me with no problem. Im thinking of reporting them to the EEOC for unfair hiring practices/racial discrimination.

They dont pay you the hours that you work, they even get mad when you call them and ask them to check your hours because they didnt pay you again the hours that you work, I dont recommend this agency

Ive been waiting a month and a half for a recruiter to call me to come in for a drug test and get started on work I called once in the morning on Monday and the lady started yelling at me on the phone saying I wasnt important and when they were ready they would call me. They wont even accept the tax write-off from me being a disabled worker so Im going to go somewhere Ill be treated with respect and helped for having a disability and be accepted and put back into work worst people towards disabled workers should be a violation

My experience with select staffing was not very good. All I wanted was a typing certificate and when I asked the staff there if they conduct this kind of testing they said yes. After speaking with the manager he confirmed I would get my money back. We arranged a time for me to get a refund but no one was at the office.Staff was pleasant but not resourceful

They got me a job 2hrs after I applied

Be prepared if your not Hispanic you will get let go as soon as new hires come in.

Spend more time in there office then at a job site

After your first assignment they really dont so what they are paid for, which is to keep you working. They use app to have you do the work as if youre basically applying to jobs like you would on a job engine like Indeed. So whats the point

Horrible agency. They use scam tactics to lewer you in with bogus employment.

Working for Select Staffing was a great experience.I reached out to Mariela for an opportunity I saw posted online and she quickly responded to me. During my interview the staff was kind and helpful. If at any point I had questions or doubts on my paychecks Mariela was always helpful and always had a smile on her face while assisting me.Never had worked for an agency but now most companies hire through them and my first experience was great. if anyone is looking for assistance I recommend Select Staffing.

I most definitely dont like this branch, gave me alot of run around. Ive been through several branches due to moving alot so i know how most of the process work. Idk whats the deal with this specific branch. I was working an assignment through a different branch and a few days later found out that the job i been inquiring about for weeks was available, not through the branch though they kept telling me it was closed then pending until i announced that i knew someone that they just started from there i knew it was some kind of BS going on. I kept calling and calling finally spoke to someone again who told me the only way i can get place there is if i close the assignment that im currently on and to call back and i can get place so i went ahead and did that but when i called back it was more bs and lies. Something need to be done about this situation. Who can i contact about this issue? Who is above the murrieta branch?

This branch is the worst. Very discriminating. They dont help you at all. They have horrible customer service. Very unprofessional staff of people.

My experience with Selecting Staff Temecula was a great one. A company referred me to them and they did the documentation, interview very fast. Though the company that referred me delayed in placing, my Recuiter OLGA CEJA will always inform me of any opening to see I am available for it.
