I am not happy with this service. I have been working with them for almost a year and no real changes were made. They removed good history but yet collections accounts remain. Every time I request details about the disputes they mail out they say its private/ SCAM!!!! They bill me every month for no real progress. Im $800+ in the whole already. Been a member for 3, almost 4 months and I saw little to no change with my credit repair or disputes. They ask you to send in monthly credit reports which I did, and there is little to no communication between a member and the agents there.No emails, no text messages, nothing.Not only the lack of communication, but when I went to cancel my membership the agent straight up hung up on me! Like... WOW. Made me feel incredibly undervalued and just feel like a price tag.I recommend finding a different agency to help with your credit repair or just go to Experian to boost your credit. This place was NOT for me, but maybe theres other success stories out there.

I had to cancel these services. I am very dissatisfied with Dedicated Credit Repair. A huge disappointment. Seems like they only look on youre file when you follow up constantly. Most of what they disputed reappeared on my credit report. I DO NOT recommend them at all. Waste of money.They constantly call you to sign up. They charge you the high initiation fee and then you will hardly hear from them. Unless you switch credit cards and they need your updated card info; then they will go back to constantly calling and emailing you.

This company is amazing. I used a credit repair company before that pretty just stole my money so I was skeptical at first that this could work. My mortgage lender referred me to DCR prior to buying our home to be able to raise our score to get the best interest rate. The price was way lower than the other company quoted and they actually were very successful is raising my score. They since have helped my brother in law and many friends. This company is 100% legit and one you can trust. Thank you so much DCR.

Like others comments, seems like a hit and miss. $79 a month for a year and only about a 40% success rate. Then I question what the plan was because I felt like I was wasting money and if there was a clear path I would be canceling. No response... No communication... nothing, went to log on and my account is closed. Well, thats professional. For over a $1,000 I kinda expected a little better.

I would have rated them a ZERO if that were an option. Like all the negative reviews on here; a waste of money and a waste of time. I have to share my experience in case it helps someone else. First off, I came to DCR after being through the ringer with credit challenges after a divorce etc. I started the program in Feb and then by mid to late March Covid-19 happened and I was concerned that perhaps my timing was off trying to repair my credit. For the next 60 days the team at DCR worked hard to dispute my late payments and misc credit hiccups. During that time I stopped receiving credit reports in the mail and I was a little concerned. I immediately called to cancel my account. After talking with Their staff, I learned that this change was not a reflection of their ability to continue to dispute successfully. I received a few text message and email updates advising me of how to pull updated reports online and still forward the reports to the office to be processed. To my surprise I saw that not only were they still doing work on my behalf I was getting deletions like crazy! I have to say that I have since graduated from their program and I’m taking the time to post this because it is so hard to find ethical companies who truly care!

I was a customer for over 2 years paying $79 monthly after paying the initial fee. I thought I would have better outcome from them after 2 years. Not that many deletions and I dont recommend them. I was NOT satisfied with there service they have poor Customer Communication and Didn’t provide quality results I waited 7 months and nothing really changed on my credit ...I SPENT $860 PAYING THEM FOR THERE SERVICES AND THEY DID NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS ...TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

We are retired and through a combination of factors our credit score deteriorated and we needed advise on how best to climb back up and reduce our debt. We were referred to DCR by our financial advisor that manages our IRA. We could not have been more pleased. We met with Tiffany for our initial meeting and we learned a LOT about how credit scoring works. I have an MBA and I never knew this stuff. We left with a different strategy on how to fix our credit. In this case Tiffany determined that we did not need their program and that we could do the legwork ourselves -- I think this shows her honesty in not recommending a program that we didnt need. I highly recommend Dedicated Credit Repair if you need help with your credit score and credit reports.
