I love MaidPro so dang much! They always do the best job and make my house look so amazing! They are so professional and very thorough. Every time they come, I am so impressed with their work. Can’t recommend them enough.

My first experience with Maid Pro was last week. Sadly it couldve been better. I am disabled and have IHSS clean weekly, and my plan was to have a professional service come in and clean quarterly. Im not sure how you can give an estimate without seeing the property, but she did, she quoted me $189 for my small one bedroom casita, which I thought was highI went ahead and booked it anyway, excited to get it done professionally. This is not what I got. Nothing on my countertops had been removed before cleaning, same with the bathroom. Blinds were not dusted. Baseboards were not dusted and most corners still had spiderwebs. Area where trashcans are kept (inside) floors were not swept or mopped. Floors beneath dining room tables and chairs were not swept nor mopped.Management took no responsibility for their employees actions and basically made me feel like I was a nagging customer. They did send someone to re-clean the areas in question. and I was trying to explain to the new cleaners that you cant re-clean something that was never cleaned! The ordeal cost me an entire day of waiting for them to show, clean, on top of the original day of the 3 hour clean, etc, etc.Management apologized for the frustration but never apologized to me directly, never held their employees accountable to the awful cleaning experience and never offered a discount on this clean or any future cleans. Now thats out of the question.Thumbs down. Swipe left. There are other fish in the sea. Have a nice day :)

Utilizing a home cleaning service is definitely a luxury for us. We have been having renovations done in our home over the past year and are finally at a point where we are taking a break. We hired Maid Pro for a one-day deep cleaning service and boy! Did they deliver and then some!Bobbie and Carrie arrived with all their tools and cleaning equipment and got right to work - one in our master bath and one in the kitchen. The girls did an amazing job cleaning out our fridge and oven in the kitchen and deep cleaning our old, scummy shower. From baseboards to moldings, the girls went around the house wiping blinds, dusting, vacuuming.In fact, our house was sparkling from top to bottom when they left. It was cleaner at the end of the service than when we moved into our house and cleaned it ourselves.I wouldnt hesitate to utilize or refer Maid Pro seeing first-hand what care and attention to detail they took. Thank you Carrie and Bobbie. We appreciate your hard work and attention to detail.

If you are looking for a good and reliable service, go with MaidPro. I have been using them for several years now and am so satisfied with their quality cleaning. They are dependable, professional and very thorough, even working with your personal preferences. They even have a 49 Point Checklist that they leave when they are finished cleaning. I have the same person each visit (TRACI). She is very friendly and even loves my dog!!

This is the second time Ive used MaidPro. While it was a different team that showed up, it was the same professionalism and quality of service that we received. Our team of two women were very communicative and did an excellent job of cleaning every detail of the rooms we requested. I cannot recommend MaidPro highly enough. The customer service has also been phenomenal and I really appreciate their sincerity when I call with questions.

MaidPro has been cleaning the house for several years now. They are highly attentive. Always on top of the schedule. Mrs. Elise makes the house sparkly clean! The bathrooms and kitchen always shine when she is done. She always puts every thing back in the correct spot. My daughter loves how she makes her bed each week with the stuff animals nicely placed. Since we have online distance learning now we have to be home during cleaning. Mrs. Elise is always smiling, cheerful and respectful! Melissa has been cleaning our home for some time now and has done an amazing job every time shes here. She is personable, super friendly, meticulous and fastidious in her work. Our Akita babies love her and she does an exceptional job cleaning any fur they leave behind on the floors and furniture during their shedding season (which seems to be always)! They are beyond professional and I will never use anyone else!Bella was my cleaner. She called when she was on her way, brought all her own supplies and even sanitized everything before walking in. She took a tour with me and discussed any areas I was concerned about. My kitchen was sparkling when she was done! So much so, that we ate out for the next three nights so I wouldnt have to dirty the stove!They even use a 49 point checklist and mark things off as they go. Bella advised me when she was done and asked me to do a walkthrough to see her work and be sure everything was to my satisfaction. It looked incredible! I will not use anyone else!Also, the owner Trish is such a kind and caring woman! Not only does she ensure the safety of her staff but she also does background checks on all her employees to ensure the safety of her clients. I also learned that during Covid, she made food deliveries and fresh fruit and vegetables available to all her employees as well! This is more than just a company - they truly care!

They came out on short notice & charged a very fair price! The ladies that came out were very nice & did a really good job. Very happy with the whole experience. I will be using them again!

Specifically asked multiple times to NOT vaccuum because we were getting new carpet but they did not listen. I come when they are done and see dust all over my blinds, my floor has a chip that was not there, and several items have gone missing or are broken. Nothing smells clean. My new home had basically nothing in it and they still did not clean everything enough to warrant $400.

I would not recommend that you use MaidPro! Their staff is very competent but the managements approach to pricing your cleaning is bazaar. I used them for a few years, did not experience a logical pricing of housecleaning, but hung in there.But this year I have been faced with a 30% raise in our rate, from $111 to $155. 30%??? Furthermore, we have a rate that is hourly: we pay $111 for 3 hours of service, even though I can document that one house cleaner is able to clean our house in much less time because we have a security system that includes a camera also records the time they enter and leave our home. One person is able to clean our house in 2 hours and 20 minutes.I judge that raising our rate from $111 to $155 is a rip off and very poor management. I have discontinued their service and do not recommend that you use them.

I am always pleased with their work. Pleasant and thorough. They go out of their way to accommodate schedule changes when necessary.

Whenever I am going to entertain I call Maidpro so my guests think Im always this neat and spotlessly clean! They do a fabulous job. I like that I dont have to be on any kind of schedule with a cleaner but can call when I need them . You should too!

We have been customers for many years a the results are consistent: a super-clean house and friendly service. In the rare occasion weve had to discuss something... (Weve had maybe 2 of those types of calls in 8 years?)... its been handled swiftly and with a level of service I wish I could find in other industries.We have had a couple special requests/changes to make over the years and all of them were met with kindness and professionalism.My suggestion for the best possible experience is to communicate. The staff does a great job listening and discussing how they will meet those expectations.MaidPro truly cares about their customers. It shows in their work and their communication.

There were even a few times where I had to leave town and the ladies in the office were more then accommodating to my last minute rescheduling needs. I purchased a new home & asked for a price for exactly what I wanted cleaned prior to moving in. Keep in mind the house was not messy or very dirty to begin with & the house was empty since we hadnt moved in yet! The day of, they call me saying it will be an extra $100+ dollars on top of the hundreds Im already paying! I felt taken advantage of with them knowing I would not be there to see what they were doing & how long it was actually taking. I would never use them again!
