So you pay a high price for an excellent job yet that doesnt happen. I dont let them vacuum my car because it doesnt get done right, I always end up doing it myself. Its like theyre in a hurry to be done that they do it so rushed there are always spots left on the car and on the windows. We always have to re-do the windows on our own time.

This is not the 1st time but finally had to .. Pay for the most expensive wash and detail they have and this is how they leave my truck. Call the couple times because we have to get back to work and they leave you on hold. Do not recommend this car wash

Disappointing visit despite prior good experiences. They signaled that my car was ready. I checked the rear interior door knowing that was especially dirty, and it didn’t even look like they tried to clean it. They cleaned it when I asked them to, and then I drove off. I was almost home when I started noticing other dirty surfaces inside as well as the cloudy and streaky rear windshield. Got home and noticed that the front bumper still had dead bugs.

Terrible. Came in this morning at 830am. Told them I really wanted my windows cleaned, as my car interior isn’t bad. The guy assured me that my windows would be cleaned, inside wiped down etc. I paid 25.00 for my car to still look dirty. My windows are spotty, there’s a big two spots on my windshield. I would never come back here. Rushed and no attention to detail. My car honestly looks more spotty then it did before I even came !

Watched washing of vehicle through bldg window, saw that attention to all surfaces were lacking on driver side (use of brush to wheels also not done). Advised manager who curtly contradicted My concern with aggressive language rather than using appropriate tact to correct and address the matter.Having been a loyal customer for many years Im very disappointed by the attitude exhibited by this young manager, hopefully a correction will suffice.

Have a satin matte paint on my car. Told them specifically many times to NOT put wax on my car. They did anyway! I can only hope my paint job is not ruined now..

I come here often and they do a good job most of the time.. if theres a miss on something I simply point it out and they are happy to correct it. Also become a Diamond club member.. comes with cool perks!

69 bucks for a mediocre job. I shouldve just done it myself. Wax not fully buffed. I had to go over it when I got home. Dash board didnt get touched. Still had s film of dust and hair. He asked anything particular and I pointed that out and my cupholders being a little sticky and dirty. They are the same. Windshield had streaks. Not coming back.

I like coming here randomly it’s a lot better than most car washes I think they do put in a little more effort than the Temecula one. Overall not bad my car was filthy and they did a pretty good job for what I paid for. Either way don’t expect a detail job on a car wash a lot of people think 30 bucks is detailing all the stuff inside the car. But give them a try their pretty fast too 🚗🚗🚗🚗

If I could give 0 stars I would $27.00 car wash, dont believe they even vacuumed, things arent wiped down and when brought to their attention I was told If you want it that clean you need to pay for a shampoo and detail I paid for a vacuum and wash and now Im at my house running a vacuum and damp cloth thru the interior of my car after paying $27 + tip. Miss the old days where your location actually took pride in the work completed. Disappointed and feeling ripped off

I will never use this car wash again I will drive through a car wash before going here paying $30.00 and my car look like I NEVER wash it bugs on window on grill in front on side mirrors. Then I got an tell the man why is food still in my back seat he says we dont wipe leather down oh wow for $30.00 what do you do then. Called owner he said come back and let me see who has time to come back and go through waiting again it should have been done the first time when you are paying $30 this happen several times not just once first two times I let it slide third time i called and they will never get my business again. You would think they would of called me back like I am not sure if you came or not but we are checking to see if we did make things right. NOPE no call and NO SHOW IN INTREST that they cared. This was the worst!!! Asked for a basic wash and received a Emerald, thought that’s ok as I should have a free Bday wash. Not the case, that had to happen either 1 week before or after your bday. Irritated, I tipped the employee and when I got home spent the next 15-20 minutes cleaning the bugs off the front, mirrors and redoing all the windows. Definitely NOT worth it!!!!

Been going for year and now worst experience ever. Brought car in for oil change and car wash. They didnt wipe down and of the jams and still had sand in the truck latch that wiped right out with a finger. Was told thats what you get for a free wash included with an oil change by Lino in the car wash area and to never come back. Called to speak with manager Joel and he told me tough luck to pay for a detail. Ill never be back after spending $100 today. Beware of a half done job.

I paid the $ 33 . Nothing special just full wash and tires. The inside and outside was dirty and the guy had to take it and hand wash out. The car wash not that dirty

After the car wash, my car had so many marks and smudges left on it, it looked like I ran my car through one of those dollar car washes.

I had an issue with the oil change I had done. I found small puddles of oil on my garage floor when I got home, coming from my car. The car wash was very substandard. I had to finish cleaning my car when I got home as well. I drove my car back to have it checked for the oil leak

Truck Wash are O.K. But dont join the club member. You really have to keep track every time you go in. Ive been on 2 more and you get a free wash forever it seems. The last clerk told me I had 1 more the last visit. They should proved a stamp system for customers so that way the customers know how many REALLY they have. I think Ive given up on the free wash.

This place is hit or miss for a good return on the price. Today I got a free Platnum wash, I had to point out at least a half dozen areas that needed attention. I watched the entire process, half the workers seemed to care the other seemed to not care at all. Better supervision during the entire process would improve the end result. No supervision means I have to make sure they do a good job. On a normal Platinum wash, I expect a great job, without any input from me.

Lesson on making sure to read reviews before giving my business because of convenience. I say that because this location is within miles of my home. I met a young man by the name of Joel (highly doubt that is his real name) because on how condescending this young man was with me. I will admit I did keep my composure but was real tough with the way his sarcasm was. My wife and I have been told numerous times on a Buy one get one free when you are a diamond member, so we joined. After making this place our home spot to get a quick wash when not having time to do so ourselves we decided today to take both cars (not including my work car). My wife took the first car with no problems, the issue came when she expected to have the second one free as we have been told in the past. She goes with our second car expecting to be free since it has been offered in that way, and Joel (cashier manager) says our system will not offer buy one get one as my wife sees our car go through the car wash, she now feels obligated to pay. I went to try and correct the issue to see if there was a mistake but I now see why this place has negative reviews. I wont go into detail on how condescending Joel was, but I am very disappointed that a business will run this way in our city. This business needs to see the importance of customer satisfaction by understanding that you cannot expect any business if you treat people like they are new to customer satisfaction! Treat people right and honor what you say and your business will grow, dont and it will fail! This business needs to be shut down from what the reviews show. Read all reviews and see what they do!!!!

I drove by this evening at 5:45 pm at it was already closed. The chains were up and employees were walking away. Im sorry but if you are a business are your store hours are until 6 pm, the doors should be open until then!

I was absolutely DISAPPOINTED at myself for having a glimpse of hope after reading the NEGATIVE reviews. I paid $30 for a wash that DID NOT include Soap & water or any wax product from what I can see because my car looked exactly the same when I brought it in. The inside was “wiped” down with “supposively” chemicals sprayed on the rag, which is questionable, before touching the inside. The rags looked like it had wiped down several cars prior to mine. They said if I wanted it done “right” I had to pay more $$. VERY MISLEADING when I asked before hand. The whole experience was DISGUSTING!

Worst wash my truck has ever had. They put tire dressing on everything. My truck is brand new and should not have tire dressing on the dripping down from the fenders. They did not wipe down the inside at all. The truck had all kinds of water spots after and finger prints on the back window. Beware this place sucks.

They are nice here but could do a better job.... unfortunately I have to bring my car back most of the time. They never vacuum it out very well and leave water spots.

I told the man working that I needed to make sure they vacuumed my car well, i had some crumbs in the floor, and that I would like the inside wiped down with Armol All. He said I would have to get it detailed. I explained I did not have the time for a detail. So I said I would just get a basic wash for now. But to please vacuum the car well, I even offed to pay extra for a good vacuum. As he went to write my ticket up. I noticed on the signage they had an upgraded car wash for $15 more that included the Armor All. I asked him about it and he said they would wipe it down with Armor All. So I went with that car wash. After my car was done. I was disappointed that they only wiped my tires with Armor All for the extra $15. They did not wiped my cup holders, center console or the pockets of my doors at all. The car didnt even looked vacuumed. It was still dirty on the outside too. I asked the guy who gave the car back to what the deal was. He didnt have much to say. He offered to have it vacuumed. I was so disappointed and short for time I just left. I will not be back. And would not recommend this car wash.

This is to me the best car wash that Ive been to in the I.E. I used to wash cars myself, then i found a place that washes it for you but you have to clean the cars inside, and now I found a full service car wash (I been coming to this ever since I moved here) that has great service, great people, and a great reputation for awesomeness, courtesy, and respect. Way to go Cal Oaks!!!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE 3Xs IN A ROW. It seems I keep stepping up the price and wash package but get the same results. Scratched my door in the vacuum line against other cars next to mine, the guy driving my car through the wash had something on his jeans that ended up on my leather seats. Water spots, bugs still on the front brake dust still on wheels etc. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! MANAGER DIDNT SEEM TO CARE. HE OFFERED TO LOOK AT MY CAR THE NEXT WASH TO SEE THE WORK. CAL OAKS CAR WASH THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME!!

Took my car for a wash right now and when I got back home I found a really ugly scratch on the drivers door I did not noticed there because when the guy say it was ready the door was open and I just got in and drove away

Justin and the lube and oil crew did a fantastic job. Justin was very thorough, provided great feedback and was the consummate professional! I would have given 5 stars, but the car wash side needs to step up their game to Justins level before 5 stars can be doled out. I will definitely return my truck for all future oil changes.

I watched my car come out of the wash bay to the retailers and I couldn’t believe my eyes! It looked like a 5 year old washed it! I went out and told the detailer it was ridiculous. He sent it Back through for another wash and they detailed it. When I got it home I was amazed at all the spots the missed! Unacceptable! See the pictures I posted of my dark gray Ford Flex.

I have a newer car and I asked him to leave my car on when they bring it through the tunnel because if they turned it off my emergency brake automatically turns on and they told me they would leave the car on but they turned the car off and my car went through the tunnel with the e-brake on.this didnt just happen once but it happened twice and Im never coming back there ever again.

Well first off Ill give it a two star due to the lack of quality the car wash is. I expect my car to be washed and not returned wet inside from the lack of care they give for it not being their vehicle. They offered to dry the inside of the door/seat but its the issue if my windows wont working cause of them not shutting my door completely before running it through the wash. Quick lube is good though.

Best car wash Ive been to in a long time

Dropped the car off with the attendant at the vacuums and everything was fine go inside to pay the young lady working the register on 10/5/2019 at 2:00 was she was very rude. Literally told me the price, are you in the diamond club and that was literally it. No eye contact, no thank you and no acknowledgment that I was even a customer that just paid $50 for a car wash.I paid for the interior dressing and half the dash was not done, the center console wasnt touched, poor vacuum job and the seats were full of finger prints. Last time I come here. Ill no longer pay money to a business that has employees who offer poor service and customer service.

For 33 dollars they really should do a better job. Cup holders were dirty windows had finger prints all over them. I called and they had me come back but it was still pretty bad. Don’t waste your time and money coming over here.

They tried to get me to buy a detail job for 60 bucks. I said no and to just give me the 32 dollar job. They did it so fast and it was a very poor job! Not even worth 10 dollars! I could have done better job myself! I had to physically point out each dirt spot they actually missed on the panels and the carpet!! Needless to say if they dont care then nether do I! What ever you do don’t come here. You will waste your time. When we saw the car come out of the wash tunnel. IT STILL LOOKED DIRTY!They said our car was “ready” and it looked the complete same. They didn’t clean the inside AT ALL. They didn’t wipe down the seats. They didn’t even vacuum the carpet. I walked away because I was upset. I came back to the car and MY HUSBAND WAS CLEANING THE CAR.The manager Joel seemed like he was laughing about it and didn’t give us our money back. He didn’t care about the situation. He doesn’t care customer service. No wonder why they have bad reviews and everyone says the same thing.

This place used to be legit, I don’t know if they changed ownership or what but now the washes are half@ssed and The oil change service personnel are crooks. they always only conveniently have the super expensive oil available for your car...”oh we only have the 69.95 oil change available for your car” whatever they just lost a customer for good.

Terrible. Ive been to other places and get twice the clean for less price. My entire front dash was not even touched, dirt still all over my floors, and they didnt bother putting in the air freshener. Wont be going back and i suggest finding some other place to go.

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. They sprayed the wrong wheel cleaner on the wheels and it stained them! The worker admitted to this but the manager wouldn’t make it right and kept saying that there was no proof that it was their mistake!!!!!

The backseat full of dog hair and sand after Ruby wash. When I called to get revaccumed, manager said dog hair is hard and he cant guarantee. I will not be back.

I paid for the platinum wash and i asked what that included they said cleaning the outside as well as the inside.The outside of my car was great but they never touched the inside.My floor mats were still dirty as well as my dashboard and cup holders.I have gone here before and stoppped going because they do a poor job but i thought I would give them another try...Never again...

They could have done a better job, but Im content with the service. The cashier was vey sweet, as were the two gentlemen who worked on my car. The guys at the vacuum who help you figure out your service could be more helpful and welcoming.

Poor customer service. My mom and I went in towards the end of the day...the guy who takes the request for the service wanted was very short and sarcastic when questions were asked regarding services. The wash itself was okay. However due to how unfriendly some of the employees were I will not we going back.

I usually go to the Temecula car wash but thought Id give this Murrieta place a try. Got an oil change, much more expensive than the other place. The real kicker is when I got in my car and drove away I realized they scrubbed my steering wheel so hard that they rubbed the leather off of it... why would they even scrub my steering wheel?? then I noticed that they stole my I voted sticker out of my dash..why? I called and spoke to Joel. He was professional on the phone, but he offered for me to return right away for another car wash. What good is that to me? That isnt going to fix the leather on my steering wheel or magically make my stolen sticker reappear. Dont go here! If you are the manager and you read this tell your hispanic employees not to talk about females when they walk up to get their keys. White girls can speak fluent Spanish too. :)

Nothing to like about this car wash. We paid $60 for a basic wash (no wax) on our Sprinter Van and they did a terrible job! They left dirt and grease spots all over the van and we had to make them wash it all over again while we watched. They didnt even want to wash it again, they just wanted to wipe it with a dry rag, rubbing those abrasive particles into the paintwork. Also, when we called the manager over, he showed total disinterest in the problem and walked off without saying a word to us.We will not be going back to California Oaks Car Wash.

Got the diamond wash.. but it was not the best cleaning Ive had. This is the second time I go.. and for the price. I would have expected better detail and cleaning.

Just came back from getting my suv washed. Paid extra for the inside to be clean after weekend with grandkids putting feet on the back of the front seats, handprints on the doors. Left a 20% tip. Got home, the back carpet in the hatch was never vacuumed, dusty dirt still on doors, back of seats. Outside still had dead bugs and blue spots. Only thing cleaned inside was the dash. Never will go back. Time of arrival was 9:30, not busy. Terrible service.

If you aren’t going to clean the cars and still leave them dirty at these prices you better close your doors. Paid for the diamond wash and when they said it was ready there were patches of dirt still on the hood and the front end looked like they didnt do anything. This use too be a good place but seems too be going down hill.
