Very friendly staff. I love that you are able to book an appointment online. Appointments are generally received on time, but there have been a couple times that I had to wait a few minutes. Although that may annoy some people, this is perfectly fine with me because it means the barbers care more about giving you a good haircut rather than meeting a timeline. As far as the haircuts... barbers do a good job, are meticulous and careful at what they do.

Carlos is very rude, he cut my hair completely wrong even after showed him a picture. He did not make it a good experience and rushed the whole thing. If you come here I would not recommend getting it cut by Carlos.

The haircuts are almost always good here, but if Im being brutally honest, I dont feel that they respect your time enough... talking to other barbers, showing them videos on their phones, texting their friends and doing transactions all in the middle of my cut. Time is worth money. And sometimes its priceless. Please respect your customers time more. Other than that, great crew, great cuts.

Barber thought he was funny my 2 year old son was crying so he started to mock him and crying to. The man was acting like a child didnt make the situation better if anything made it worse for my son never going back there again no professionalism at all and talking smack about his co workers

Dropped off my 15 yr old at 2pm signed in.., and was skipped several times due to appointments.Honestly I never been there so I wish we knew the wait was over 2 hours.4:10pm and still didn’t get the haircut and he had to leave (we had plans). He sat and waited 2 hrs patiently hoping to be next and was passed several times. I think this barber shop needs extra staff to handle the high volume.We left to a family event with my mop head son and disappointed.Luckily, there are many other barber shops. But we hoped this one would have worked in our favor. Bummer!

First time here, great atmosphere for a barbershop, Charles aka Carlos did a Great Buzz Cut, he was a little worried that the wife was going to be upset with him for cutting all my hair off. No worries mate told her I was getting it SHORT..!!!!

This place is just a delight. First, when you walk in you a welcomed with a smile and directed to sign in on a mounted iPad. You can select your preferred stylist or first available.Your name is displayed on the a dedicated wait list monitor mounted on the wall for you and the stylist to see. I remember seeing at least 2 wall-mounted televisions to watch while you wait.The stylists here are very nice and from my observation, they really engage their patrons. I could overhear multiple conversations between the stylists and their clients.My stylist did a great job and yet this was my first time. My hair is difficult, but the guy was able to get it right the first time.I highly recommend this place 👌

Barbers are haircut saviors, they are magicians of the clippers and scissors. Ive enjoyed gong to Ritecut over my last several cuts, including for my wedding day. The staff is professional and conversational, so if need a good clip, heard there. 💇‍♂️✂️

Very friendly staff. Prices not to bad. My complaint is this. When a customer comes in and asks for a hair cut, or even just a trim. Take a look at how their hair is cut, parted, shaped etc. There is no reason at all that a customer should walk in to get a hair cut, and the barber changes the customers style of wearing their hair, unless they ask for it. Especially if the customer just got done telling you the bad experience of going somewhere else and getting a hair cut and that barber completely changed the hairstyle and cut almost all the hair off. So again. Take a min, looked at your customer, and see what look they have, and then cut their hair for that look.

First time Walk-in, about 9:40 a.m. on a Thursday. I left about 45 minutes later with a great haircut. Maybe the best one Ive received in over twenty years. Carlos said, You gotta respect the hair. I liked that. Bilingual too. I was not on my way to the airport to catch a plane - so they dont have a haircut express lane, so what? My experience here was muy bueno.

Excellent barber shop as I only trust Rite Cut. I go between the Temecula location and this one when I need a haircut. Being in the Marine Corps requires a trustworthy barber, which can be hard to find. I highly recommend Ever as he gives the best straight razor haircuts in my opinion. I highly recommend Rite Cut Barber to the casual family or military personnel

What is the point of advertising specials on certain days if you dont honor them??? My 12 year old son got a haircut today(Wednesday) which should have been $14 for 12 and under. Was asked how old he is and then said well its a holiday weekend.Edit to respond:I wasnt there it was my husband and child. It is advertised on your website as every Tuesday and Wednesday. Maybe change that if you dont want customers wanting the advertised price.It was never discussed before our sons hair cut so the price was never accepted. Once my husband went to pay he asked about the pricing.

Just took my stepson to get his haircut here today (1/15/18). Showed the woman a picture of what we wanted and asked for a 2 on the side and a 4 on top, she asked if we wanted the top long enough to spike, we said “yes” instead, she gave him a fade and cut it way too short on the top, then proceeded to tell us it was what we asked for. There’s no way my stepson can spike his hair!! Never going back!!! They are argumentative and obviously lack the customer service skills every business should possess. Terrible place!!

I wish there is less than one star to give this dumb owner.I walk in at 6:35 PM, I ask him if he is available to cut my hair, he is like yes if you do it now, I told him, I need to run to CVS for a minute and come back, but he says, we are getting ready to close. So I decided I will get a hair cut if he does it personally, I wanted to see how he does compared to his barber associates, I cut my hair three times there before and to be honest all three times were not that good not were they bad. Each time I tipped $4 so a total of $20 each cut.Anyhow, as soon as I walk in and decided to postpone CVS, he was like, oh I am working on a computer system right now and the other guy can cut your hair, I already started to see where this was going, unprofessional douchebag does not know the least etiquette of dealing with customers. He said to come in and agreed he would do it and then decided that his POS system is more important than attending to his customers. I would easily do the POS at a later time after closing hours and after sending workers home if I am courteous about my customers. I decided to leave immediately.The funny thing was, I finish with CVS in 5 minutes exactly, I pass by and I see he is working on another customer, so I poke my head in and I can see he was trying to avoid me but I couldnt help but ask him, so whats up brother? You have time to cut this customers hair?His dumbest and most stupid answer was, you didnt want to stay and that he was almost done with the stupid system.Yes buddy douchebag, unfortunately, you lost a good customer due to you great attentiveness......Not.Hopefully other good people and customers find better barbers out there, I am sure they exist and treat their customers with utter respect, unlike this Douchebag, the owner, I believe his name is Carlos or douchebag.I wish I read Evelyns, Alexs, Mikes, Edwards, Micahels, and everyones honest comments. By th way, Carlos called me a Liar on Yelp. Maybe we are all liars and are just conspiring against your business. I have no reason or intention to lie...you called me a big liar and want things my way in your response to my comment, what things?!!! Went there for the first time for a beard trim. Grew out a nice beard for 4 months, only to have it chopped up. My neck is all nicked up. They still wanted to charge $27. SMH. If you dont know how to cut or trim beard, dont say you do. I knew he screwed up once his hands wouldnt stop shaking. The transgender military talk is not something I am interested during a beard trim.

Im giving this place 3 stars for the great hair cut. But for the costume service was not to happy the way I was greeted when I walk in. I came in on 9/8/16 around 1ish. I waked in and asked the barber at the time on how long for a hair cut? And he replied by my me! Being next! I can clearly see that. I was the only person there plus two other customers getting hair cuts. So I asked once again and with a nasty tone he reply I was next again! I was going to walk out but i needed a hair cut. So i sat there for about 20 mins I was fine with that. So i went on and got my hair cut witch I was pleased with! I work in the tipping industry and I never like to stiff otheres. I gave him a good tip and was going to give him couple bucks extra...I didnt! In the business world every customer should always be greeted with respect!! Not know if Ill be going back....
