Been here before but today my battery died and I was able to jump it and get here without an appointment around 330pmTRAVIS the service advisor and Sebastian the tech were friendly and got my battery replaced (Guys got jokes) but Im thankful they were able to set me up with a new battery and they did a complimentary fill of my engine oil.Started writing my review and I didnt even know they did it that till he came over to tell me.I think the place is chill and they came through on a pinch

I had to come here because the dealership I bought my car from, Moreno Valley Volkswagen, wouldn’t help me. The people here were so kind and helpful to me. They got their whole team together to find out the issue with my car and educate me on it. They helped me quickly and promptly. They educated me, informed me, and told me what my next steps should be, and fixed one of the issues. I’m so grateful to them and if I ever buy a VW again, I will be buying it from this dealership. I received 5 emails, texts and phone calls reminding me of my appointment. When I became an adult I became responsible and have not missed an appointment for at least 25 years. I think reminders are a total waste of my time.I was also told my tire status and one was down to 1 /32. This vehicle has less than 20,000 miles. Received an estimate for new tires and alignment. I measured the tires they are totally legal and safe. Either the technician put the wrong measurements from another car. Or did all of the measuring on the wear bars. I have restored cars for many years, taught auto shop, and taught safety inspections for commercial vehicles.

Dealership and customer service were great but the product is a disappointment. I have a VW Golf Diesel that continues to have DPF light come on. They replace parts only to have the light come back. Recently, they performed a regen and light goes away so they charged me for this. This should have been covered under warranty as this would fall under emissions. They blame my driving for the DPF light. Told me I need to drive 63 mph for extended period of time for regen to occur. I am not sure how VW gets away with now blaming customer on their driving for light instead of fixing my gross polluting car.Response to comment.Yeah you can be of assistance. Can you explain why warrant item DPF light comes with diagnosis fee?Why must I drive 63 mph for 30 miles to trigger regen? Why is warranty item not covered instead blamed on driver for not triggering regen? Where can I get a copy of emission warranty that was sold? Based on your previous reply I would rate 1 star.

Just letting everyone know, the Murrieta VW Service agent Anthony Briseno and their VW mechanics, did an outstanding job performance/service with my 2019 Atlas. VW Team took only a few days to get me back on the road . Our VW had a electronic steering and park safety lock down problem, which was very unusual for the VW Atlas. I couldnt start the vehicle or get the VW out of park or out of our garage. I keep getting a red steering wheel lock out on the vehicle dash board . I read the Atlas manual and it stated, to get the vehicle to a VW dealership. I then had the vehicle towed to Murrieta VW and on arrival Service agent Mr. Briseno, assured me VW would take care of the repairs. Within a couple hours the Murrieta team found a couple of modules not functioning in the steering column and started the repairs. After the repairs, VW had the vehicle reprogramed with the new parts. Mr. Briseno then acquired me a ride to VW Murrieta dealership to pick up my vehicle. The VW Murrieta dealership showed concern and made things right. Thank you all, John Wallace

We purchased a used Jetta that soon gave us some problems. After several weeks and several thousands of dollars at a different VW dealership, we took it to Murrieta VW. The difference was night and day. They were extremely professional. They went over the entire car, finding issues the previous dealership missed. They found faulty work from the previous dealer as well, which they were able to fix under the VW service warranty (not car warranty). They laid out all the issues clearly and explained things well. Just ok. Below is my reasons and maybe I’m too critical-but they asked for my review. You can decide if this is a standard you would accept.1. I found the car online and it was the exact color I wanted and I tried to purchase/put down a deposit.I was told I could do that. I called back to place the deposit.then told I was not allowed.- I offered to put down $500/$1000/$2500 to let them (VWM) know I was serious and reasonable. Still was told no--I live out of market and the model and color was exactly what I wanted.2. As a secondary measure-Was told that if I let VW of Murrieta know that I was on my way they would hold it for me. I let them know I was coming-and to prepare the paperwork-I show up and they are sitting with another client on the vehicle they were supposedly holding for me. So I literally have to wait while they are leveraging my vehicle and now my time.-please note I left work for this-soIt’s literally costing me $ to spend $.I was told that it was what it was and if I didn’t like the deal-I could leave.3. The price, Gabriela, and the finance guy Norm were awesome. Gabriela actually worked with me until almost 9pm Friday night. Norm is hilarious.Just those couple things left a bad taste in my mouth and if my wife didn’t want the car so bad I would have bailed based on the service alone.. Frankly-I wanted the Telluride because it has a better warranty and was car of the year 3 years running but my wife said it was “mean” looking. Happy wife happy life.The rest was buck average and I wish my home dealership in San Diego had been more competitive on price. I respectfully chose not to put this salespersons name in writing because not everyone wants to see their name in writing in this context.

We had a failed air bag sensor on our 2019 Atlas. We bought the car used from a different dealer. Upon inspection it was found that a significant amount of water had been spilt on the passenger seat at some point. We knew we hadnt done it but there was no way of knowing who or when it had been done. Our service advisor Emma Dowdy went above and beyond in getting Volkswagon to cover the damage even though it was not a warranted repair. Thank you Emma and thank you to Volkswagon and the Hendricks auto group for your incredible customer service! Customer for life!
