Right before turning 21, I decided that I wanted to learn more about life insurance. I walked in and spoke with Ben, who explained it all to me in terms that I could understand and I never felt intimidated or pressured (which is what other companies and adults made me feel in past experiences). I decided to open a policy and he guided me through the process. His team kept in touch with me throughout the years.Even through this pandemic, they always made sure to be available for their customers. I was able to contact them through phone, email and in person for all my current questions and needsFast forward to June 2021- I needed help gaining access to a few documents as well as starting a policy for my husband, all what I would consider to be last minute. Anthony was able contact State Farm who unfortunately took a while to mail me these papers. Anthony followed up throughout this process and without hesitation Anthony provided extra help and also wrote us a very important letter which was life changing in our situation. Ben Goode and his staff were an answer to a prayer. Our original State Farm agent retired and we were transferred to a useless agent who had no people skills. I made a couple calls and had a great conversation with Ben. Over the last year plus, Ive spoken to most of his staff and they have all be incredible. I cant say enough about the agency. Weve been with State Farm for 40+ years and have been well taken care of.I realize I might shave $20 off somewhere with another company but really its not about $20. Its about the responsiveness and answers Ive received over the years with State Farm. I trust the company to help me stay safe, and I trust the company to keep me competitive. For business purposes, we have 20+ current certs that have to be updated each time a policy renews (approximately every quarter). Hi my name is connie I have sate farm house insurance. Thank God! I accidently burn the build in barbeque!!!! I rent this house! I was in a panic! I looked up how much it would cost ot was almost 5000 dollars !!!! Then I remember state farm!!! So i called them and told what had happened! I was so scared what my deductible would be....to my surprise everything was covered! I got reimbursed for the bbq cover 150$. And the owners were paid full amount for the grill!!! Thank God!!! Worse experience with insurance. Recently changed all my policies over to state farm. That is 7 cars plus house. Paid homeowners 1 year upfront. Then after 11/2 months I get a letter saying they will no longer cover my home because it dosnt have stucco eaves it has wood eaves like every other house. Seriously a joke do not go to this insurance. I have never had a claim of any kind house or car. Now I have to start over moving 8 policies worst insurance co ever. The worse part is they never said anything to me just got me to move all my policies to them, said they insure all the houses in my neighborhood I never heard from my agent just got a letter from state farm corporate saying that my eaves were not stucco so they would not insure me. I had to call the agent and fill him in. Dont go here.
