Kristi Robles should be avoided at all costs. She is unprofessional and has no business practicing any type of therapy or counseling. She marked her previous Google Business listing as permanently closed so old reviews could no longer be seen.I met with Kristi in March of 2020. I had a poor experience, and left an honest Google review. I didnt plan to have any further interactions with Kristi after that.In June of 2020, she came across my review and was apparently unhappy by the content. She sent me an Invoice for $2,500 claiming that my Google review constituted professional/mental/physical/emotional harm to the therapist. The invoice also stated that she could be entitled to up to $1,000,000 in damages.After receiving the invoice, I updated to my Google review to talk about these developments, and included an image of the invoice (also attached below). After my update, a second person came forward with a similar situation. Kristi responded by sending this person an invoice as well, but for $5,000 this time.Ultimately, the other reviewer and I both had to hire attorneys to fight the ridiculous invoices. We also filed complaints with Utah DOPL, and an investigation is still in progress. As a response to our DOPL complaint, Kristi escalated the situation further by filing a report with Murray Police Department requesting felony charges be brought up against myself and the other reviewer. (Image attached)Im sure this new review will once again draw her wrath against me, but the truth is important. Im not okay with her hiding this mess behind a new Google account. People go to to a counselor looking for help and support. Instead, Kristi provides anything but that.Attached are images of my original review with her response, as well as other reviews from Kristis old business profile, a copy of the invoice, and a handful of other things. All names other than my own and Kristis have been removed from the images for privacy.
