I would highly recommend a visit and working with Dave. He went far beyond what I was expecting. I am someone who knew nothing about pianos and was trying to get my wife a Christmas gift. Dave was a wealth of knowledge and made the process simple and pressure free. Very straightforward.

I went in for a basic keyboard for me but I was upsold to a $3,500 piano that maybe my kids could play too. I regretted buying it and requested a refund less than 24 hours after buying it only to find out that they don’t accept refunds. This was a total surprise since I was not told that before I purchased it. Their Facebook page even says satisfaction guaranteed and their website offers refunds like any other business, but I was not satisfied and they would not refund the money. The response from the salesperson when I requested a refund was, in part:“…in my 25 year career, I have never dealt with a customer as unwilling to take responsibility for a decision to make a purchase as you have been, so I had no reason to suspect it would become such a huge problem for you as it has never happened before.”Before leaving this review I called the owner to make sure they understood I was not happy with my experience to make sure I gave them every opportunity to meet their satisfaction guarantee and he told me “we can’t please everyone”. Instead I had to sell the piano and was able to get $3,150 after having it listed for two months. They offered to deliver the piano to the new owner so I took that offer. Next time I will buy online to get a fair price with a return policy as well.

Great place: professional, honest and no hard sale. I bought a used baby grand. Two people who helped me (Dave and Jeff) were both really nice to interact with and made the purchase experience fun. Im only learning how to play, so it was critical for me to have someone who can give the right advice and doesnt take advantage of my ignorance.

Twas two nights before Christmas when my son discovered that our piano, which had recently been moved, was not working correctly. The damper pedal did not get reattached, and every note played just rang on and on. I called the Piano Gallery to see if there were any chance for a quick fix. They said that Randy, the owner, actually lived close by and could drop by the very next morning. And he did! He came by, took 15 minutes to put it back together, introduced me to some new possibilitites regarding my disklavier, wished me Merry Christmas, and was on his way. This place is great! We have been looking for a piano for a long time. My husband is an amazing pianist, and now that our son is old enough he and I are going to do lessons together. SO, we need a piano. I was super worried that getting a digital piano would mean talking to slick salesmen, and getting something that was more alike the kiddie beat box type of keyboard I knew growing up. My husband, I feared, wanted a grand piano. BUT when we got to the Piano Gallery I found out their salesmen are NOT slimy. My wife and I went to the gallery in Murray just to look... They had an great selection of pianos and we found one that we loved! It is a beautiful Kawai upright piano. Rich is the best! We came in looking for something my kids to learn on and for me to practice on. We thought we would want an acoustic piano because of sound, but Rich found us a keyboard that sounds just as good as an acoustic.

To walk into your store, looking to purchase a new instrument and I was completely (let me repeat that) COMPLETELY ignored. I understand the employee who was there was alone...from what I saw...and was helping people that had entered before me.But, to not even be acknowledged, or given a simple hello? The recital hall was clean, quiet and the stadium seating was really nice. The stage was large enough for my students and the area below the stage was also useful for some of the kids performances that needed more space. I was there 3 separate times with 3 separate classes and it was always a pleasant experience. I plan to schedule there every year.

Came by interested in buying a piano. After playing for about 20 minutes (I had a full music scholarship to University of Kentucky), was rudely told to buy it or leave. What a joke. I make over 6 fig as a software engineer, and was going to buy a 30k+ piano from this location. Instead I will buy from a different company, and they have lost the sale entirely. One of the whole points of buying from a small local place like this is good staff and service. Perhaps they are used to small children playing chopsticks before their parents buy the piano, but an decent musician needs to spend at least a half hour before deciding on a specific brand and model. Crazy!

I cant think of a better group of people to do business with! Stan has been gracious beyond belief. The repair men -Chris and Richie have been outstanding. Today, we went into the Piano Gallery to look for a piano for my two daughters who are both just beginning to take lessons. Not having played an instrument myself, I was not sure which type of piano to purchase - an acoustic or digital. The sales staff greeted us promptly and began to explain the differences between the various types of acoustic pianos. They showed us different types of acoustic pianos - both old and used ones of various styles and at various price points. As we were also interested in learning more about digital pianos, we were introduced to Joe who specialized in digital pianos (he also works at the Orem location). Joe was very knowledgeable and took the time to show us the different models that they carried in the store, explaining their features and the advantages of digital pianos over acoustic pianos, especially for a family who is starting to learn the instrument. We were completely blown away by the level of service that Joe provided! He was very patient and answered all of our questions. He even gave my kids some time alone to try out the piano privately. After about 20-30 minutes of playing with the Yamaha CSP150, I could see that they were genuinely interested and engaged. The whole experience with the piano was so interactive! We were so pleased with the level of service at the Piano Gallery and with the features of the Yamaha that we decided to purchase the piano on the spot. But the icing on the cake came in setting up the delivery. As we were trying to schedule a delivery date, it became somewhat challenging to schedule around our work hours and travel schedules. But Joe stepped in and looked into the possibility of delivering the piano that very Saturday (just because his delivery crew was still there)! We drove home and within two hours of the purchase, the piano was set up in our family room and the kids were so excited about playing on it! Thank you so much Joe - this was truly an exceptional buying experience! I would not hesitate to recommend the Piano Gallery (and Joe) if you are looking for a piano.

These guys are great! Know their stuff! We replaced a 1990s Disklavier with a new C-3,and we could not be happier with our new Yamaha Disklavier Piano. The sound is great, quality superb, and it is totally mesmerizing. We spend hours and hours listening to it. Pretty much the ultimate in home entertainment. Yamaha is the ONLY way to go.

Absolutely love my new Yamaha C5x. I originally had my heart set on some day getting a C7, but had never played the newer Yamaha x series with Bosendorfer influence. I was blown away by the C5x. The x factor really does make a difference. Beautiful tone and well balanced piano. I came in to the store several times and worked with different people and was very impressed with the knowledge and proffesionalism of everryone I worked with. Best piano buying experience ever! I have been shopping for (and saving for) a Steinway grand for years, and was about to buy a pre-owned Steinway D, but I wanted to play one of Piano Gallerys Bosendorfers before making my final decision, because I had played a Bosendorfer several years ago and was blown away by how rich and full it had sounded. As soon as I played the Bosendorfers in the gallery, there was no turning back. They were stunning. Mike and Stan worked together to get me an amazing deal, plus free delivery...and now I have a beautiful Bosendorfer in my living room!!

I just purchased a Yamaha PianoDisc Baby Grand piano. I love it! The sound of the Yamaha is so clear, full, and rich. I especially love the PianoDisc system over DiskLavier.
