This is an amazing company to work for, they have so much opportunities to grow within the company and make a good paycheck. ( which is always a plus! ) They are not your traditional clock in clock out atmosphere they offer a lot more as they are very involved in your growth. I’ve been working at Expert Promotions for 7 months now and I’ve had an amazing experience so far. The work atmosphere is very friendly, productive and fun. The amount of effort the managers put into developing your skills is something I’ve never seen before. They actually care and check on you daily just to make sure each and every employee is enjoying their experience. Also the pay is GREAT! I went in today for an interview and the receptionist/recruiter (Heather) was nice but after 30 minutes of talking to her (while waiting in the front lobby area), and seeing the person I assume I was supposed to be interviewing with, multiple times, I was told that they would be unable to interview with me.The interesting thing is, I had been getting reminder email and text messages up until interview start time just to be told that they have decided they would be unable to conduct the interview due to the interviewer having to leave.This was very unprofessional and I am disappointed in the experience.This could be a learning opportunity or maybe I dodged a bullet, this kind of inconsistency is not a company I would want to work for or with.I wish them luck in their future endeavors and hope this was just a one off situation.

The owner talked super fast... Gave me 15 mins of his time (after I drive 45 mins to come see him), then told me we may decide to hire you, and sent me on my way. Was a waste off my time & his... He didnt seem genuine or really wanting to know me; just to sort the cattle so he could get someone to do all the grunt work.

The company has a great structure on growth & advancment to help an individual like myself becoming a marketing Director.
