Great place, friendly helpful workers BUT, they need to update their phone number here! The phone number listed here is no longer in service. They have MOVED locations to a building just north of the old address, arguably a better place and nicer than the old spot!

Super convenient. Been in this store multiple times as I live nearby. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. They always have answers to my questions and make sure I’m doing everything right. They also have lower prices than other packaging stores.

Had a package dropped off here for pickup. I appreciate that they have some close spots to quickly pop in and the staff were very quick to get my package. Ive waited many times at the UPS store, where it always tends to be crowded, but this place seemed well staffed and had a big selection of shipping supplies. Ill definitely be back to use their services.

This guy is awesome... I went here 1 year ago to get boxes that no one seems to have .. he have them ... the owner is a great and helpful person.. Now Im going back to get a special shape and size box that I know he has.....

I havent had great costumer service quiet like this before i came in not knowing how to ship my item and they didnt have a box to fit it so they custom made a box no problem very professional and courteous i highly recommend the packaging store!

Amazing resource for reliable shipping, shredding, and EVERY supply youll need. We use them exclusively for all our business needs and have never once had an issue. One package sent to Florida encountered damage, but they jumped to action with the insurance I had purchased and handled everything perfectly. A must for anyone looking for a reliable company that aims to please each customer.

As other reviewers have mentioned, Roly is one of a kind. He is incredibly kind and helpful. I came in today to ship an odd sized item and he helped cut boxes he had to a specific dimension to lower the cost to me. This is my new and only place to ship items.

The owner here was very nice and helpful. I came in looking for a large bundle of boxes and he didnt quite have enough, so he offered to order some in and gave a great price. Ill be back next time we run out of boxes!

I have never had a bad experience at the Packaging Store in the 15 years I’ve been going here. Most of the time I use them just as a drop off for prepaid USPS and UPS. Even though I am not buying anything they are more than helpful to make sure I’m taken care of.
