Beyond what Id expect from a stranger, you guys have a great atmosphere there and I sure walked away happy!

This is where we buy all of our exmark lazers with 60 decks. Buy them with the kawasaki engine. Way better then Kohler, thats just my experience over the 7 years Ive been working on them. The kohlers that are carbureted are fine and will last easily 2500 hours if you take care of it. The fuel injected Kohlers are complete garbage. Theres absolutely no reason to have a mower that is fuel injected. Sterling is great to deal with. Carter is another good one. Both are honest and knowledgeable with all their products

Have been using Als for 14 years. Sterling, Craig, Daryl, Carter are extremely helpful with our 5 commercial mowers and assorted Snow blowers, trimmers, blowers etc. They have an incredible inventory of parts on hand, & order quickly if needed. Helpful in explaining how I can repair myself & are able to do all repairs when I need them. Friendly & Courteous. Good sales inventory of new equipment also. They are always there when I need them. (Weekdays, they do have an outside life!)

Al’s Auto is one of the best supply houses I’ve ever been to in my entire freaking life! The men there are handsome and the toilets are clean and if they don’t have what you need they will get it for you.

I pass many other shops and dealers along my way to get to their shop, but I would never go anywhere else.Their buffoonery is contagious and I always leave in a better mood than when I came.Cool bunch of knowledgeable staff. Family owned/operated. Honest feedback and quick turnaround times. It’s literally everything you want out of a repair shop/retail store all in one.

Three strikes....first visit I was looking for small chain saw and they really talked up a small Husqvarna, so I bought. When it didnt work a year later, they said what a lousy model it was and wanted to sell me a new one (or repair it for the price of a new one)....next, my 20 year old and very dependable snow blower needed a new primer bulb. Said they couldnt fix it and I needed to buy new one. Went to other shop on State Street. Sold me the bulb for $10 and it works great.....Lastly, had top brand mower that stopped running in second year. A young man at the desk was very helpful and based on symptoms pretty sure of cause and said it was simple fix and covered under warranty. The owner came in and started ranting about how little the manufacturer paid for warranty work. His attitude made me worry because the other clerk was so optimistic.When they called with estimate, everything under the sun needed replaced amounting to almost the cost of the mower. I declined and received snide remarks about not spending anything when I picked it up. I decided to try replacing the part that the first clerk suggested, myself.Went to shop on Highland Drive where three friendly clerks helped trouble shoot the problem, sold me a part for $20, took me twenty minutes, and she is good to go. At least now I know where and where not to go.

Awesome crew, this guys are really helpful and they know their stuff well and make your visit experience worth your time, they are awesome at repairing any piece of equipment you may have, I will definitely recommend this Als the chain saw king sale and service to everione I know.

I was referred to these guys about 10 years ago when I started a small lawn mowing company. They have treated me with respect even from day 1 when I was just a kid who didn’t know what I was even doing. Now my employees go in there and always have a good laugh. The clowns at the service desk have always had my best interest at heart and are able to find me the best deals. I will always go out of my way to go to these guys.

The employees at the service counter were nice and at least honest, but this place is clearly not for the average person with a chainsaw, but geared toward commercial repair of high end chain saws. I have an older 14 chainsaw I had done a rebuild of most the parts and just need diagnostics on a flooding issue. I was given an estimate of $120 for them to have a look (they were not certain if they would even bother looking at it), and instead given the advice of just throwing it away and buying a new one. This place is probably great for professionals, but if you are the average Joe with a backyard chainsaw, this place is not the repair shop you are looking for (especially if its not a high dollar Husqvarna).

Bought a new Billy Goat aerator that had some unexpected defects bc it was not put together correctly. Stirling and his guys put it to the front of the line and made things right.

Professional service. Super friendly people! Why would I go anywhere else? I wish I could call myself a home handyman but havent even reached that stature yet. But when I went inside the store they didnt look down on me for not knowing and still took the time to help me with my machine. They didnt look at me like I was wasting there time. They were honest, helpful, and more importantly got my chainsaw running!

You wont find a better group of guys than the crew at Als. Those guys have bent over backwards multiple times to help me out. They have a ton of inventory so youre not stuck waiting for parts. The mechanics are top notch. Even during busy peak seasons when their yard is FULL of mowers they always do the job right rather than just crank out as many jobs as possible. They dont sell that crappy home depot equipment either - its all professional grade. Both my grandparents went to Als, my dad, I go there and I tell anyone who will listen. GO TO ALS!!!

Horrible service- take your business elsewhere. There are 2 clowns that work at the front desk of the shop and all they can do is insult customers. I really want to like this place and prefer to take my business to a local Murray shop, but until the two fools at the front desk begin to treat people with respect, they wont have my business.
