I have bought from this store twice and had problems both times. First experience I bought a brand new watch. When I got home battery was dead and Gate 28 refused to let me exchange it for another. Second experience bought some one a Christmas gift(coat) and the person did not like it and Gate 28 refuses to let me exchange it. Awful customer service
