I have taken several tours with Brian Judd Tours. They have been great to travel with. I love that they send an escort with each tour to make sure all goes well. When our Panama Canal Cruise was cancelled because of COVID, they worked hard to get nearly all of our money refunded.

We were signed up on a tour for 2020 and looking forward to another fabulous tour with Brian Judd Tours, but then covid happened. We have been nothing but impressed with how thoughtful, concerned and professional Brian Judd Tours has been. We can only imagine how hard it must be in the travel industry today, but Brian Judd Tours has stayed at work, working for their clients. We can only imagine the stress on their family, but they have been nothing but wonderful to all their clients!We were very nervous to travel with the virus, but the Judds have made it possible that we do not have to travel this year and instead will be able to travel next year at the same time. Our deposits paid to the airlines, hotels and more have been secured and are being held so that we do not lose one dime. They have worked with the airlines to secure credits for future travel, they have worked with the hotels to secure credits as well and even worked with the many different vendors on our tour to make sure that we are all able to use the many credits issued next year! We even purchased optional Travel Insurance and Brian Judd Tours has worked with the insurance company to extend our policy to be in effect for our travel dates in 2021! Can you say WOW!! They have done such an excellent job during this pandemic and have really taken care of all their clients health and safety.While we wish we could have traveled this year, we are grateful that we were signed up with Brian Judd Tours who are looking after us! We have many friends signed up with other companies who have not been so fortunate and after all we have heard from our friends, we will now only travel with Brian Judd Tours!Thank you for all your hard work!!

I used Brian Judd tours two times, Nauvoo and LDS church history tour then U.S. and LDS church history tour. Both tours were spectacular, so well planned, most major sites visited, great hotels, beautiful bus and very capable bus driver. Both tours ran smoothly, timely, and exceeded my expectations. The 2nd tour was July 2019. Im hoping to take another tour in 2021. If you use Brian Judd tours, you will enjoy every minute!!

I feel it is important to remember the small family businesses that have provided wonderful services to our communities for many years during the covid pandemic. We hear all the time how we need to support our local restaurants, mom and pop grocery stores and other stores like that and we do, but the travel industry has been completely forgotten about because it is viewed as a luxury or a rich person only item and we need to support them as well.My family and I are not rich by any means. We have worked hard to provide for our family all of our lives. After the kids moved out we felt that we deserved our dream vacation to Italy. Our neighbors recommended Brian Judd Tours as they have traveled with them about ten times and have only said the most positive things about them. I have to be honest that we did not want to be part of a group tour as we have heard so many people say they went on a tour with another company and were part of a group of 200 people and never saw their tour guide, felt left out and even were put on a bus that was terrible while the other 100 people lucked out and got the premier nice buses. HOWEVER, after speaking with Brian Judd Tours we felt so excited to go on a group tour! They guaranteed us that the group size would be no more than 45 participants and that every single tour member would be on the same bus with their Brian Judd Tours guide. They limit each tour group to a specific number and do not go over that amount. The Brian Judd Tours guide goes with you from SLC and is with you the entire time to ensure that you are being looked after as if you were part of the Judd family. On top of that they also have a specialized local guide who meets the group in Italy and is with you as well the entire time. The local guide gives the local history, gives you the local insight rather than having an American try and teach you about Italy. We thought this was fantastic!! Not only would we be traveling with a professional Brian Judd Tours guide from Salt Lake, but we would also have another local Italian guide with us as well. Brian Judd Tours Italy package included so many sights, meals, museums, tickets and more. So much is included and when we compared their package to us doing it by ourselves we found that not only was Brian Judd Tours less expensive, but they were able to do so much more than us and get better hotels, meals and more as a tour group provider. They have pre-purchased tickets so that we would not have to wait in line which gives you more time at the sights vs waiting in line for those sights. They have their local guide to teach you about what you are seeing through personal headset receivers. They use great hotels and explained why they use certain hotels in the city and then some a bit out of the city and it is all about timing. They want to give us the most time at each sight without us feeling rushed so they have planned this tour out so carefully down to the last detail.We traveled to Italy before covid and everything that we hoped it would be, IT WAS and that is thanks to BRIAN JUDD TOURS. Everything was absolutely perfect! Our group was 44 members, our guides were the very best and we learnt so much! The hotels were fantastic, the bus was incredible, the food was wonderful and everything that was on the brochure we saw or did! It was such an incredible experience and we loved every minute of it. Everything was so well planned that we never felt rushed at all, we even had plenty of free time to go and explore on our own without the group. The Brian Judd Tours guide, their local guide and their local agency worker were absolutely knowledgeable and incredible. They handled everything so perfectly and took such great care of us from signing up, to the per-document meeting at their office before the trip, to the airport, all the way through Italy and back to the SLC airport at the end.Support Brian Judd Tours and travel with them! This pandemic will end and they will need our support just like all the other small family businesses!

My spouse and I came in to ask for directions for an afternoon errand (little did they know we also were looking for their services prior to that errand!) my wife and I were very rudely asked to leave and not bother them and we ended up going with another travel agency which was very accommodating. Based on our brief ordeal I would not give this place another chance!

We have traveled with Brian Judd Tours on 3 cruises and they were all wonderful. The Judd tour leaders can answer any question and truly care about every person on their tours. I could go on and on but the bottom line is that it would be very difficult to get abetter tour experience.

Looking for the best tour guide ever,,, Look to Brain Judd and his son for the best and knowledgeable around... You meet them in Murray, Ut and they become your best friends ... the entire trip, you dont have to worry about a thing, your taken care of from the first meeting until you get home...your the best Judd tours....
