Chris Reid at Wasatch I.T., helped our law firm through an extensive Microsoft audit in 2012. He did an excellent and efficient job, with the end result being a successful audit with no problems. Wasatch IT maintains our software licensing, upgrades, and other related issues, and they have done a superb job for us. We all know there are hundreds if not thousands of Microsoft platnium resellers to buy from but in my 20+ years in IT, no-one has been better at providing 5 star service and pricing than Wasatch IT. They may have office hours like everyone else but chances are if you email them at 10pm on a Friday night, youll more than likely get a response. Not that I recommend doing so but it proves the dedication and service they provide. I highly recommend the folks at Wasatch IT!

Im the IT Manager for a Law Firm in Salt Lake City with about 150 users. I have been using Wasatch IT for about seven or eight years. I buy all my software from Wasatch IT because they can answer any software licensing questions. Chris Reid is our contact and he is super friendly. Last year we had a software audit from Microsoft and Wasatch Software took care of most of the leg work for the whole audit. I cant thank them enough for making that go smooth. Highly recommend using one vendor for all you companies software purchases. Try out Wasatch IT. Our server died and everything connected to it was having problems. They have been quick to respond and fix all the problems. We were able to turn it all over to them. (They even were able to recover all the data.) We call them very often and I was worried that it might be a problem, but they are always friendly and helpful. We are treated like valued customers.
Chris Reid has been our account manager since the beginning of the year. He has always delivered what he has promised. He is very thorough. The entire staff at Wasatch is amazing.
The tech support at Wasatch IT have always been great. They are equally nice and helpful whether I have an issue/difficulty because of a network/email/computer/software problem or a user error. I have not ever been made to feel dumb when talking with them about my problems. I get follow up phone calls to make sure a problem has been resolved a day or two later and it is nice to know that they care if I can do my work or not.If they are unable to fix a problem over the phone and remoting into my computer they will come and work on the problem in person. They are friendly and professional and I really appreciate that.I also really appreciate that if I have had Sean or Spencer work on something for me, I can call and ask for them to help me and the others dont get offended. IF the tech who worked on my computer is not available for some reason, Wasatch keeps notes on the work they have done on my computer and another tech can jump in and help at anytime. Spencer the Tech is the man! Helped me figure out why my Outlook would not work from home like it does at the office EVEN IF I open the remote desktop and log onto the server. Nice job guys. Even working with a Microsoft product, no less!!!
