I requested she not cut the fade as high as the last person that cut my hair. I showed her what I didn’t like about my last haircut. She then cut it much higher and when I saw how bad it was I politely requested she just cut the rest of the top to match/blend it. She became frustrated and started making excuses. I didn’t complain or even get upset. I simply started in a polite way what I didn’t like about it. Her response was “I’ve never had someone complain about the way I cut hair.” I didn’t respond and let her finish then I paid and even tipped her. Maybe she’s just having a bad day or maybe she’s just not good at cutting hair? What I do know is that she definitely needs to improve her customer service and learn how to take constructive criticism. Possibly the worst haircut I’ve ever had!

This women was amazing today with my friends little boy he was very upset about his hair getting cut and she walked him threw it and took her time to be sure that he understood and got he wasnt going to be bald afterwards. She was amazing
