Went for a truck, saw the truck, fell in love with the truck, bought the truck! Nicolette was amazing. Superior customer service, made us feel like we have known each other for lifetimes. Chris in the finance department was also amazing. Great experience when signing your life away lol.

Salesman was nice and not pushy. They however falsely advertise “$3500 more for your trade in”. They said our Toyota with low miles was $6000 according to the KBB but they could do $7,000. We mentioned their advertising and the salesman checked with his manager to see if they could do more, the manager said since our car wasn’t one they had in their lot, they wouldn’t offer more. Just false/misleading advertisement in the end.

If youre looking for an awesome salesman, ask for Isaac! He is truly the best. My husband and I have purchased multiple vehicles from him and he is GREAT. Always working with our needs/wants. Very respectful. 10/10 would recommend.

Worst experience ever. Worked at a dealership myself for over 10 years and we never treated our customers this badly. Yes, we bought a vehicle as is due to them charging more for the warranty than the bank would finance. After one week the car broke down at a stop light due to a bad alternator. They still wanted almost 700$ plus a 100$ tow to ‘help us fix it’. We bought it as is with a supposed cleaned bill of health, I don’t believe for one second they tested the battery or they would’ve known. They also put over 200 miles on it in the week it took to fix a screen… why that takes that much drive time is beyond me. Probably to charge a battery in a alternator they knew was bad. Run far away from this place.

From everything they did, the following was the most frustrating: They lied to the banks saying in the application that the car had premium tires, premium sound system, and premium interior seats (we found this out by being asked directly from the lenders). The truth is that the car has the most basic setup of basic tires, sound system doesn’t have Bluetooth, and it didn’t even come with a working key fob or a spare tire…

Sam was great to work with and kind I was able to get a new car the day of even though my last 5 paystubs sucked and a similar car to my previous one that got totaled!!

So we went to there used car lot it had a sign that said 9999 lot so we stopped because my girlfriend was approved for 10000 dollar loan through American first. So they knew that to begin with. Not only was not one car in the so called 9999 lot anything less then 15000, they brought us the keys to a gmc that was supposed to be 13500. We to the guy it was out of our price range. So he continues to tell us to let him talk to our bank America first and beings it was only a couple thousand over he was sure he could get our bank to allow it. We go in and he pulls out an application for funding. So I called him on it i told him no we had fund. So Carlos does it anyway doesnt evendont even go through our bank. Totally blows off what I said and lies about it . So we go in t finalize not only was it not our bank our payment is now 515 dollars wich I told him 350 was the max and America first told us 280. So now there saying 515 a month so I call to complain Carlos gets hhyphy with me hangs up the phone so I call back and speak to a manager. He continues to play it off and make it my girlfriend fault. I said it 3 times we had funding. Now weve sold her other car were kinda really stuck. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there its only about making sales there they do not care about the customer not do they listen. They just want the sale so they can get payed. You guys are not only the worst customer service Ive ever seen . You guys are liars and scammer s. If I could Id give you a 0
