I can’t say enough about the great work and constant communication I experienced with L&L Contractors. Brad and Ernie made sure that everything was done to specification and that I was happy with the work throughout the entire process. The roofing crew was amazing, staying on the job through the hottest days of the years. I very strongly recommend that anyone considering roof replacement give these guys a call. They are awesome.

I wanted to be able to leave a good review for L&L, but unfortunately I am not able to do so. We scheduled a quote with L&L in late June. Ernie gave our house an assessment as well as took notes of all the projects my husband and I wanted to do (which were quite a lot). We found Ernie to be extremely polite and professional, so we were excited to choose L&L as our new go-to contractors. Unfortunately, we never received a quote from Ernie and it has been over 2 months. We have since found a different contracting group to do our projects.

We used L and L for a small siding and soffit project on a sunroom addition. They were very prompt to come out for the initial consult and estimate. Work commenced promptly once supplies were available and was completed on time. Brad was available by text and was always quick to reply whenever we had a question or concern. After the work was complete, we needed an unexpected modification with a short deadline to accommodate a bigger light fixture. Brad got it done, even though he had to do the work himself (he’s the project manager, so normally others would do the actual labor). That is great customer service. We hired L&L Contractors to replace our roof and gutters. Our previous roof was installed poorly. So, quality was very important to us. Our project manager Brad was very thorough in explaining options and helped us pick materials that fit our needs. Brad kept us very informed throughout the project on next steps and scheduling. The work was completed on time, and the crew did a great job. The team cleaned up the site really well after the roof installation. What a relief to not have to pick up roofing nails for weeks after! The team noticed a column holding up our back covered porch was not providing the support it should, and they installed brackets to add support even though that wasnt part of the job! Top notch service. Highly recommend.

Wonderful job! Our roof was completed in one day! That is from preparing the area around the house so not to damage the house and plants. The reason I chose this company to come out and take a look at our roof is because they had the most and the best reviews on Google. The customer service I received supported these reviews Ive read. We had a small, inconsistent leak in an add-on part of the roof. They sent Ernie OBryan to come out to my home and inspect our roof. After Ernie took a look at it, he told us that they could fix it for a flat rate; however, it was such an easy fix that he really recommended that we would be able to save a lot money if we did it ourselves. He told us exactly what to fix, how to fix it and what to purchase to do the job! I was very encouraged by his integrity and the companys values to consider the well-being of their customers beyond the opportunity to make a profit. I will definitely use this company in the future and recommend them to everyone!

This was the second time we have used L&L Contractors and it wont be the last. Brian Pike has been our project manager both times and I cannot say enough good things about him, the company, and their workers. They all do a phenomenal job from start to finish. Their communication with us was excellent. We always knew what to expect and they kept us up to date on budget and time lines. Customer service is definitely one of their strengths. Their slogan, Your imagination is our boundary is fitting. We found an old sink and wanted to use it in our laundry room remodel. They made a custom cabinet and adjusted the plumbing to make it work. No suggestions or ideas are out of bounds for these guys. They can do it all.

The best! Highly recommend them. Very professional but also went above and beyond to help with so many of our questions and explain things. Owner helped us pick out hardie board colors and we love the new look of our house. AND we can sleep at night knowing that the work was done properly, so no more leaks and new dormers that look much better! Gutters look wonderful too. I dont normally do reviews, however - my experience with L&L provided the perfect opportunity to do a well deserved review. I was particularly impressed with the entire staff beginning with the initial intake call. The coordination of my request for services (roof repair) was professionally handled, and all players were quick to call back as promised and very responsive to my unique situation. Brad, who made the repair on my roof, was super exceptional - he was quick to respond on-site to my repair my roof. He communicated with me by phone, text and pictures prior to starting the work and throughout the process including post pictures. Their adjuster, Clay, worked with me and Farmers Insurance to make sure they covered all the necessary work. Clay kept up with the claim and kept me informed with each step of the process. Clay then handed it over to the project manager, Brad, to coordinate the job. Brad had the work completed within days of our initial meeting. Their professionalism was top notch. Any time you are vetting companies to handle a major construction project to your home, a big concern is always finding people who will go above and beyond. Treating the project like it was their own home. L&L did just that.We built a 2 story/cedar columed deck with a roof, composite flooring and a complete retaining wall overhaul in our backyard. Like any project with any company, there were inevitable ups and downs along the way but no matter the situation, L&L was trustworthy to the core. Eric Huber was our project manager and Id give him 6 stars if I could. Super professional, great communicator, and he got stuff done.We are thrilled to be enjoying our new backyard. We used L&L contractors to replace the roof on the Church of Christ in Auburntown TN. The original building was built in 1922 and over the years had two additions. The roof is very steep and complicated with a lot of valleys. Our project manager was Brian Pike who worked diligently to insure that every thing was done properly and to our satisfaction. The crew was very professional, and the quality of their work was exceptional. We are making plans to use L&L on another project next year.

This is my first negative review I have ever left but feel character bound to share my experience with L & L Contractors, including sharing my name. I did not have a great experience. I had a few exterior home (small) items and was in need of a straightforward estimate that was slightly time sensitive as I was heading out of state a week later for military service. I was informed by the service provider, Sam, that this wouldnt be a problem. A week later, I hadnt received a call or email on the date that was agreed upon (Friday). When I did touch base with the service pro, I was told that the he was behind which I understood but that I would have appreciated a response if the deadline couldnt be met. It wasnt until the next week after I had left that I had any call back after several phone calls to the business office. I was then told that an no estimate could be provided. I value integrity and professionalism highly and my experience with this business was not encouraging, and is not in line with what was expected nor agreed upon. While I did have a cordial conversation with the CEO Mr. Lester, he still refused to take accountability for the failure of his representatives to communicate appropriately. In the end, the right call was made, because I witnessed how the CEO does business and will not consider business with L & L again. Our house is 20 years old and it still had the original roof, vinyl siding, windows and gutters. Needless to say, it was in bad need of a facelift. We contacted several home improvement companies but we went with L & L because of the knowledge they had about what we wanted done. Our sales person, Clay, was knowledgeable and answered every question we had. His knowledge about Hardie plank was exceptional and that was something we were interested in instead of going back with vinyl siding. We wanted our house to pop. It was boring and dull and we wanted it to shine. L & L was able to do that for us. After Clay went over all the details with us he put us with the project manager, Brad, and he was ready to get everything lined up for us. First the roof was done and the roofers were super friendly and fast and we love the new architectural shingles. (Brad helped us pick the color that would look best with the iron gray hardie) Then we waited about month for the windows to come in so the rest of the project could be completed. Our home was literally transformed in 4 days. New windows, Iron gray hardie plank siding with arctic white trim, soffit, fascia and gutters. It looks amazing!! The window and siding crew was an amazing group of men that worked solid every day till it was completed. Brad kept up with it all to make sure it was going the way it was supposed to. He checked in with us often to make sure we were happy with the work and asked if we had any questions and even brought us donuts one morning. 😊 We are in love with our house again and couldn’t be happier. We are having so many people stop by and compliment our house now. People out walking/jogging stop by to compliment it, neighbors are doing drive-bys to check it out. It’s beautiful! Even Clay stopped by to check it out after it was completed and wanted to make sure we were happy. After it was completed the quality assurance guy, Ed, came by to check it out with Brad and gave it his final approval. He was super nice! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than we had with L & L. If you are needing a house facelift like we were don’t hesitate in calling L & L contractors. I was directed to L&L Contractors by way of recommendations from multiple people and my research showed they have an excellent and well established reputation. They lived up to it. They removed and replaced my roof this week and they did a fantastic job. I had a great experience from the start when I called the office after hours. I had planned on just leaving a message and to my surprise; Kelly Rediger, Project Coordinator, answered the phone ready to roll. She took my information down and connected me with Clay Gill, Sales Specialist. Clay called me the next day and answered all my questions. He was friendly, polite, and professional and even gave me a crash course in choosing shingles. He was knowledgable about all the brands and presented information on several different choices. I ended up choosing Atlas shingles and left the conversation feeling confident that I had made an informed decision. Clay came to my house and introduced me to Brad White, Project Manager. Brad told me everything I needed to know about how the project would go and was thorough, personable, polite, and professional. I had a certain week I wanted to get the work done; and Brad was able to accommodate my request. The work crew showed up on time both days. Everyone was very friendly to me and my family and patiently answered my inquisitive 5 & 7yr old boys questions. Everything was done by 2PM the second day and I couldnt be happier with the work. I chose a color with some brown in it and it matches the color of my brick better than the original roof did. Im attaching a picture. I had an active leak in my roof and called L & L for a second quote. Despite being booked, they made time the same day to inspect and seal the vents. They were prompt, courteous, honest and reasonable.

After using L&L Contractors to replace our shingle roof with metal, we had no hesitation calling on L&L to enlist their services after a fire broke out in our chimney. As a result we feel like our old log cabin home is new again! L&L took the time to make sure our project was done right and the way we wanted it. After our flammable fireplace problem, our project manager, Brian Pike, took extra care to make sure it would never happen again. Our new fireplace was constructed completely of non-flammable materials (which is hard to do in a log cabin!) with a new and improved substructure that will likely outlast the home! AJ and Brian made every effort to ensure we were happy with all of our color selections, from floor to ceiling. There were some bumps in the road along the way, as one could expect with a project of this magnitude, but Brian and AJ did everything necessary to meet those challenges and found viable solutions in the end. At the end of the day, we couldn’t imagine using anyone else on a project of this scale with the results we received. Thanks to Brian and AJ’s meticulous attention to detail we can now enjoy the comforts of our new-old home like never before! Theyre like family! Thank you L&L Contractors and crew!

Brad White did an outstanding job as Project Manager for extensive repairs (roofing, windows, gutters, fascia, drywall, paint, hardwood flooring) to my mothers house as a result of the March 3rd tornado in Nashville. My father was a home builder and I am an engineer, and I feel I have a good sense of being able to identify 5-star performance: professionalism; doing the job right; pride in workmanship; attention to detail; good communication; meeting all deliverables on-schedule and on-budget; and treating the customer fairly and with respect. Brad White is honest and upfront. While I have not had the pleasure of him completing a project for myself (because has been honest with me about what is the right job for him and his company). That said he has taken care of both my mother and mother in law. I feel confident in leaving them in his hands. I know he will do what needs to be done and it will be done right!

After reviewing and meeting a few roofing contractors, I decided to go with L&L, not only based on the reviews that I read but also because they are local to the general area. Met with Marc and Brad who happily guided me through the process. Very professional and they made good suggestions throughout. We got lucky since even after mentioning that they would install the roof within two weeks, by some miracle they were able to schedule us after a few days of signing the contract.The work was performed professionally, and within time. For those working from home, construction may get loud and overbearing but the inconvenience was merely some hours with good trade-off, a new roof! They even replaced one of our missing shutters.The entire customer experience was great and Id like to say thanks to the entire team for making this a pleasant experience!

We could not have been more pleased! We started out just thinking we would just paint and do flooring inside our 1950s ranch style home but ended by really updating it by adding crown molding, new trim work, new hardware on doors and changing some of the lighting. They also enlarged our water heater and laundry closets to accommodate our larger washer & dryer. They also cleaned up EVERY day from whatever they were working on. We were kept informed each step of the way. We already have a few more projects we will be talking to them about!

Brad and his team did a great job on our new gutters and fascia. Our old house looks much better, and it is good to know that we will now have a properly functioning gutter system. We had received quotes from several companies, but decided on L&L because of a friends referral. Glad we did.

We contacted L&L contractors to fix a water leak we had and then renovate our bathrooms, laundry room, mud room, update countertops, and replace carpet. We ask for a time line from the get go and we’re told it would take 10 days to get an estimate. That was on June 11 and to date we haven’t received anything. I have had to try to contact the estimator and 14 days after he saw our property he sent a drywall and painter out. He said he received the bid but has not submitted it to us.For a company that has lots of good reviews we have had an awful time with communication and just getting an estimate. If they didn’t want the job they could have just told us.

They came in a timely manner. Brad kept in constant contact with me and even checked to make sure there was no leaks after a recent rainstorm. I will use them in the future, and I would highly recommend them to others for roof repair.

Had a New Roof, Gutters and some interior drywall done by L&L.Brad White, from or initial meeting all the way thru the project completion was amazing. We had a great experience with L&L. We had a roof leak on our back porch that caused drywall damage in the garage. Brad was our project manager and he came up with a plan to address the low slope areas, replace rotten wood and was very knowledgeable about the products and installation. He really set us at ease about the whole process. He was courteous and professional, always arriving when he said he would be there and staying in contact with us throughout the whole process. Magic Mike and Wonder Chris came out to fix our drywall. It was like watching a show to see them work together and crack jokes the whole time, you could tell they really enjoyed their work and they were good at it. When our new roof went on, the crew found some areas of concern, alerted us, and resolved the issues quickly. We felt like we were in great hands the whole way. At the completion of the job Brad did a final quality inspection with us, explaining everything. Everyone at L&L was friendly and a real class act. Brad and his L&L crew completely replaced the roof on our 35x25 outbuilding in about 3 hours. My wife and I were sold on these guys after completing the site survey with Brad who impressed us with his straight talk and work ethic. We are well satisfied with Brad and his team. The new roof looks great. We expected and we got a professional result from L&L. The day after the roof was finished a strong storm revealed that there was still a leak. This turned out to be due to rotted wood behind the dormer window fascia, which had gone unnoticed, not part of the roof job. Brad and his team made it a priority to come back to inspect and take care of problem promptly. Our house is 110 years old. We will likely be calling on L&L for future renovation jobs.

Nothing but good things to say about L&L and my project manager Dave Gilday! They replaced old, rotted wood siding on our dormers and added gutter screens around our entire house and did a fantastic job. Dave communicated clearly and accurately with us on timeline, job costs, etc. He was great! Would not hesitate to use L&L again.

Contacted L&L Contractors by referral regarding a leak we had near our chimney. L&L Contractors came out promptly, gave me an estimate which included pictures of the damage area, cost of materials, labor and deposit needed to start the project. The price was fair based on other estimates I received. I waited a few months to fund the repairs then contacted them. They came out within a few days did the repairs. They sent me pictures of the process and completion of the chimney - which involved a little more repair than what they originally seen, but didnt charge me any extra - they held to their estimate. They were professional in all aspects of the job. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.
