This is my second time contacting this company the first time they charged me 150 and my carpet looked exactly the same this time they charged double of what I paid last time I thought well maybe I need to get a better package which I did and honestly I’m extremely disappointed I paid 340 dollars and my carpet looks horrible!!!!i won’t ever contact this company again !!! My money went straight to the trash !!! 😡😡😡 oh and he was almost an hr late .

I can not say enough about the service I received from Chandler! He came out on short notice to clean the carpet in a room and closet that was soiled and had a bad odor. He was so personable and professional from the beginning to the end of his service here in my home. He went above and beyond to satisfy our cleaning needs. This company uses a smooth floor polisher for carpets? I mean what in the world. I should have taken a picture of their machine so you could see how absurd it is. Our technician, Blake, came out and I was showing him the job and he tells me its going to be around $400 dollars, I am shocked because the add says 3 rooms for $88. So I politely inform him that my max is $150, and that we are so far apart that it would not be feasible for either one of us to accommodate the others offer. So I thank him for his time and send him on his way. He comes back after speaking to his manager and informs me that he will do 3 rooms for $88 dollars. He did end up buffing my carpets, you cant call that cleaning because Blake used no chemicals just water as he tried to tell me it was their super secret formula (I must look extremely gullible or something). This was a rather useless endeavor to say the least. Safe-Dry actually did more harm than good because Blake, in his frustrated hurriedness, chipped my door frame. Blake seemed rushed and frustrated once he realized he was not going to be able to con my mother out of $400 in my presence. OLDER FOLKS PLEASE BEWARE! Safe-Drys smooth surface buffer did nothing for cleaning my carpets, I know because after Blake left I went and rented a rug doctor and proceeded to clean the carpets. There was a ton of dirt/dust in the dirty water of the Rug Doctor. All I got from Safe-Dry was a useless product, piss-poor customer service, a chipped door frame, and $88 poorer. Dont fall prey to these snake-oil salesmen, look elsewhere or rent a rug doctor for cheap. The owner or manager said he was going to provide a refund which he never did. Terrible company with a terrible product.Update: I received a refund the day after this review was made, so make of that what you will. Unless Safe-Dry will also come fix my door frame or pay me to have it fixed then the honest review is where it will be.

We had one tech that came out, Blake, who was in and out in an hour. Initially our quote was around $200 but he said due to a few stains etc., we need the deeper cleaning with carbon absorbent features to get the clean but also smell out of the carpet. After less than an hour and $540 later, he said it’s the best he could do and most of it was due to the ventilation system causing it. I called and complained snd they said they would have another resolution tech come the next day at 10. Chandler I believe is his name, came and looked and said it’s the best that can be done and there was nothing he could do. He also said he doesn’t get paid to move anything to clean around. I said I was escalating it to higher up. He said to talk to his boss, so he called him. Well, it was Blake so I declined. I called the office back and escalated it higher and they sent out a third tech, Derek. Derek was PHENOMENAL! He was here over 3 hours and takes his work very seriously. He has a great work ethic and went above and beyond my expectations. If I wouldn’t have been persistent, I would’ve never called them again. But thankfully I did and Derek was a lifesaver. I will make sure I always request him in the future! Thank you so much Derek G.!! We appreciate your expertise and kindness to get this resolved!! Blake snd Chandler need to find a new career path, Derek deserves a huge promotion!

We bought a house and needed the carpet cleaned before moving in. There were some scheduling conflicts on our end and Safe Dry kindly worked thru them with us. I like that they set exact appointment times instead of making you deal with a 2 hour window - its more convenient for the customer. Our technician was Erik Ellis - he was wonderful! Erik was punctual (even early), courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the process and it was nice to know that there would be no harsh chemicals used in my home. Erik did a fantastic job and there was quite a noticeable improvement when he was done. From start to finish, Erik made our first experience with Safe Dry a great experience and we wouldnt think about calling anyone else now. Thanks for the great job, Erik!

Breydon from Safe Dry showed up same day and deep cleaned four bedrooms for my family. He did an awesome job and we’re happy to have the rooms clean!

We started by calling to see about the current specials. With the specials quoted, the approx price should have been $400 at most. When the tech arrived, he quoted over $600 for a couch, two small rooms, and an area rug. We politely declined to which he dropped it to $500 “ for being a return customer.” During his cleaning, we cooked breakfast. He had multiple phone calls to which he went outside to get some supplies (as we had assumed). However by the time we finished eating, we realized he had just left. He didn’t even clean the area rug. The couch had crumbs and stains still noticeable. And literally he had just left. We waited a couple hours thinking maybe he just had to run and get something but no. He was gone. Called and voice our concerns to a polite and apologetic staff, who scheduled another tech to come out a few days later. Matt Saylor was who they sent-phenomenal.I showed him the lack of details as well as the untouched rug. We even voice our concerns surrounding the quoted pricing vs the prior tech. He assured us he would look into the situation. He spent over an hour and a half on the couch and rug. Showing us every step of the way where the prior tech had not done the work (huge clump from the vacuum, filthy pad from the buffers, etc) Matt went above and beyond to fix James inadequate job. I especially felt bad since he probably didn’t receive any of the credit or commission for the job. When he finished, the difference was night and day! He made sure we were satisfied before even leaving. If we need further cleaning we will be requesting Matt to ensure the correct pricing and amazing work ethic! The company seems to care, just be cautious of the techs. Just ask for Matt though. He’ll take care of you!!

They quoted one price over the phone and it doubled when they came out! I had my stairs cleaned 13 stairs and an area rug, they charged $300 rug didn’t feel wet like it had been cleaned, stairs looked ok but all the debris was left on the floor and wall for me to clean up! They are a rip-off and when I called I was even more frustrated! I will never use them again

Was quoted $300 when I booked. Guy shows up and tells me it will be $2000. Total scam outfit. Classic bait and switch. I threw the guy out of my house. Then, I get a phone call from another guy asking me if I want to reschedule because the dude I threw out of my home lied to him and told him that my wife had a car accident and I canceled the appointment. They hire some real honest, quality people. Now Im glad I didnt use them, even if it had been for only $300.

I booked my appointment online, and was given a quote of $88 for stairs, 1 room (bonus room) & 1 hallway. Since bonus rooms are bigger than bedrooms, I expected to pay a little more... maybe $150-200. But Ill be honest, I was a little taken back when Chad started talking about packages and ala carte services. The more I listened, the more I realized he was actually knowledgeable and honest. Im not impressed with this place at all. The customer service was spot on and the cleaner arrived earlier than anticipated but thats a good thing. The bad thing is we paid way more to have the deep clean and it looks like they may have just vacuumed the carpet. I do not recommend this place at all. $320.00 flushed right down the toilet.

The Worst Carpet Cleaning Business of ALL TIME. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Told us 80 got here changed to 240 but said we will remove every stain and deodorize. Stayed 30 minutes. I could have done better with a rag and resolve. They literally Vacuumed basically and left. Manager Came by 3 days later. Said well this is just high traffic nothin can be done about this. Sprayed a little liquid again Buffered it then got a a broom basically to move fibers..told em it was ok just so they would leave not going to beg you to fix it. Bunch of teenage lookin kids running a carpet cleaning business PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC DONT LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE PLEASE!!!
