I highly recommend this company. I called Ward Septic service late at night and they answered my call and scheduled to pump my septic first thing next morning. The person that answered the call was very helpful and provided me some tips to do to avoid backing up our toilets. I will sure use them again in the future.

DO NOT USE this company. Will never return calls. If i could give them negative stars i would gladly do so. i needed to get proof of services. Called for 2 weeks and nothing. Again, DO NOT USE this company. You will regret it.

I can not emphasize enough: Do not hire this company!!I hired this co about 3 months ago to empty my septic tank. I was not having any problems with it at that time. Ever since they were here, every time it rains, my house smells like the inside of a septic tank!!! I have to leave the house because the fumes are so bad!!And I have been trying for 3 months to get them to return my calls!!! I even had someone else call from a different cell phone, they answered that call, but as soon as my name and address were given, they were all of a sudden too busy, and now wont answer that phone number either!!!

We hired them to do a septic inspection for a house we bought. The inspection was great, but it took almost a week and multiple unanswered phone calls to get the report back. When I finally did get the report, it was an empty email with a picture of the report and a picture of the bill. There was no link to pay and there is no option to pay a bill on their website. It took another few days of unanswered texts and calls to figure out how to pay them. Just a huge pain trying to get details that should have been provided to me in the first place. Im sure they do good work and are kind enough, just very unresponsive and in my opinion pretty unprofessional.

We are so thankful for the quick response and friendly service provided by Wards when our septic tank needed pumping. Highly recommend!!

Had an emergency call to them at 9:30 in the morning and they were here by 1:00. Terry was fast and very polite and made sure everything was working before he left. We still had a clog and he unclogged it for FREE. Any time I need septic services these guys will get my business! Thanks again Terry!

Robert helped me to understand just how our septic system works and what should be done to keep it in its optimal working condition.I was on the fence on what to do and Robert spent 1 hour (in the off/on rain - outside) talking to me about what our issue was and what I could do to remedy it.Excellent service. I cant recommend these fine folks enough.

Tried charging us an extra $300 saying our septic tank was a large lid that would take a truck and more equipment to get to it after they had dug a hole to the tank. Said they would come back that week to do it. Had to call 3 or 4 times and kept getting oh they might be able to make it out tomorrow or the next day and would never hear back. Ended up calling someone else and turns out the guy dug in the wrong spot and missed the door. Saved me $300 by calling someone else.

Called several septic services on Saturday afternoon for emergency service and Ward Septic was the only one who took my call and came to cleaned out my septic tank. The guy was very knowledgeable and provide useful information about septic tank maintenance.
