Unfortunately we had one heck of a roller coaster ride with John Jones Real Estate. If I could post images I could show anyone reading this how horrible our situation was with pages of text messages which contradict everything up to the final day that we chose to walk away. And John yes my husband called and he isnt disputing that our agent is probably a nice person... I felt like I got to know him on a personal level but as far as business he is far from a good agent. I could share several conversations with you about things he said that made me stop and pause wondering if I heard him correctly. John, we did speak on the phone and Im equally shocked at how uniformed you are. Pushing people to use your mortgage company or threatening that our offer wouldnt be accepted is unacceptable! We decided for the sake of the offer to do it your way and soon realized we fell into a lie. When it was too late we found out the foundation of our offer wasnt even a possibly due to the timing which was another lie and it is documented. Realtors are a dime a dozen and John if youve been in business for 25 years and are as good as you think you are, why do we mainly see Parks and Exit Real Estate signs everywhere we look but not yours?

Horrible, had inexperienced realtor and they gave my brother the run around..flat out lied to him,tried to rush him into buying,saw place on Saturday and they wanted everything done on monday,they covered up problems with the home including septic permit..the county doesnt have one for this place, we called to verify..when things started to be questioned they pulled the rug out from under us and said they had a cash sale..John made excuses and tried to blow it off..much more to this story..but in an essence it was a blessing in disguise we didnt buy it..sad though that they would lie and produce undocumented paper work to try to sell something..never again with them..
