Id give 0 if I could. Have gone way downhill over the years and everyone acts like they are interested in helping but their actions prove otherwise. Ive gotten worse since going here, so just save yourself the trouble.

Been treated there for three years. After the care I received there the last month, I am actually worse than before. Do not waste your time, money or, efforts here. They will mislead you and pretend to help, when all they see is a dollar sign when you walk through that door. My life is now worse because of their idea of treatment, and all I received was a sorry.

My daughter has been a patient here for awhile. She was having a few problems and just needed someone to talk to. I’m so glad that we brought her here. Ms Amy and Ms Samina have been so much help in all of this.

Ive been going to Lifecare Murfreesboro for about 5 yrs. Ive never had a bad experience. Everyone has been courteous and friendly. I liked it so much my mom even goes there now. I highly recommend it.

My wife came home crying and almost in a full on panic attack after being berated and bullied by the office manager Simina. This is unacceptable. She was never contacted about an appointment cancellation. We have phone records that prove no contact was made. I plan on contacting the director after this incident.

2nd review: They recently cancelled my appt. & never told me. (Read another review that this just happened to someone else too.) They told me that I called & cancelled it, but NO, I did not. They cancelled it & never had the decency to tell me. With the medication I am on, I have to see the doctor every so often or she will not refill my script. So why would I cancel my appt.??? The only thing I will do with my appt. is RESCHEDULE it for the same week, but at a different time. This isnt the 1st time that they have done this to me, but it will be the last. I am currently seeking another doctor.------------------------------------------1st review: Love the doctors & the nurse there, but the girl(s) at the front desk are disorganized & dishonest. I was informed that I needed to give them my new insurance info. before my appt. so that they could run the info. & verify that its valid. So I called my insurance & they faxed over the info. to them. I called them twice (& left 2 voicemails) to confirm that they got the fax, but they never called me back. The day of my appt., 1 of the girls told me that she tried calling me, but my voicemail box was too full, so she couldnt leave a message. Funny b/c they called me 2 other times about my appt. & were able to leave a voicemail both times. Furthermore, I had to leave after my appt. b/c I had to leave for work, so I couldnt finish filling out my ppwk. (I guess I had to fill out updated ppwk.) I called so that I could make a pymt. (co-pay) & they mentioned how they couldnt process my insurance until I came back to finish filling out the ppwk. Funny b/c they were going to run my insurance info. before my appt., but now they cant run it until my ppwk. was completed??? If the ppwk. was that important to them, then why did they tell me they were going to run my insurance info. before my appt.?? I wouldnt have wasted my time calling my insurance if this was going to be the case. Furthermore, they shouldve told me to come in 10 minutes before my appt. to fill out the ppwk.

Everyone af lifecare family services is kind and compassionate. They truly want to help people.

Such caring ❤ staff. I looked forward to my appointments with them.

No doctor there after I drove an hour one way to get there and paid my babysitter to watch my kids, the front desk lady was very rude
