Positive: Close to shopping and restaurants, modern feel, convenient parking. The rooms had a keurig coffee machine. Negative: The mattress seemed old and very uncomfortable. The lighting in the room is set up weird, hard to figure out where to turn things on at. I also dont like the wall unit ac / heat...its either way too cold or way too hot.

Positive: The gym and pool area were clean and empty. My room was near the elevator. Nice room decor. Attentive front desk staff. Negative: N/A

Great hotel, clean rooms, and kind staff. The room was spacious and had all of the amenities I’d expect and more. Clean bathrooms, nice bed, and nice layout.I’ve come to realize as a traveler that I can count on Marriott properties over the Hilton. Stayed at a Hampton/Hilton in Florida the previous two nights and it was a terrible experience and only 25% less cost with 75% less quality and space.The value at this hotel was amazing. The room was like a 5 star hotel. Will definitely stay here again on our way to and from Florida.

The stay was fine until the end. I’m a Platinum Elite with guaranteed late checkout. I asked to checkout at 12 PM rather than the standard 11 am. The property flat out refused, citing limited housekeeping resources. I spoke to multiple employees, manager was unavailable, and corporate customer service kept directing me back to the property.

The hotel was in a great location, and the decor was modern and looked nice. The staff was friendly and quick with check-in, but I was not happy with the cleanliness in the bathroom of the room. It felt like it was just spot-checked, and for us to still be dealing with COVID, that was a big turn off for me. The housekeeping could definitely do better, but as far aesthetic is concerned it was good-looking.

The noise from the interstate kept me awake all night. The bed was very hard. The rooms were very clean however.

TIP: Ask for some fluffy/firm pillows. Expect to get your own breakfast, as it is not served.CONS: My shower was not very clean. Still dust on soap ledge and hair in shower.. kind of grossed me out. Wished there were more towels available in room. Pillows were thin and not very firm.PROS: Rest of room was very clean and smelled fresh. Linens smelled  fresh! Smart TV was wonderful. I was able to log into my Netflix account and watch shows. Liked the charging ports throughout room. Loved the available Paul Mitchell products in shower - wonderful shampoo and body wash! Staff was friendly. Lighting was great and my room was spacious. Hotel as a whole was clean, quiet and nice! Decent quality for the price!

Its a nice hotel but they dont offer you no breakfast and there pool small but it was very clean., but I was on the back side you could here traffic from I 24 nonstop in your. Room. But it was clean. To me it was a little over priced they had one price the next the price went up 25.00 dollars I dont understand it cause I stayed on Wednesday and Thursday. I probably wont stay there again myself. . But there was nothing wrong with the room its self. .just the price.

Amazing experience!! The last time I visited this area back in July/August it wasnt a pleasant experience when I stayed at a Marriott Brand Hotel. However, this property was the complete opposite! The staff was friendly, pleasant, helpful, and professional! The hotel look fairly new. It was clean and well maintained. The room was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Speaking of relaxing, it was extremely peaceful and quiet. I had a few questions upon check out, and Katie was very knowledgeable and nice. I will be back! Awesome job!

I can only give the place 3 stars. There is no room service. It cost my wife and I $29 at the inside bistro...all we had was a cheeseburger, a quesadilla and 2 pops. We stayed in room 310 and the traffic noise from the nearby highway was very annoying. Also, I am still baffled why they put our king bed perpendicular to the TV. We had to turn our heads sideways just to watch TV. The shower head had very low water pressure as well. Also there wifi is super slow. The front desk lady explained to us how to sign in to the wifi but when I attempted to get on the wifi, my phone kept on saying there was a security error. For the price we paid no free breakfast was included which was shocking.

BEAUTIFUL. the swimming pool is so clean and fun and the rooms look so fancy!

Called ahead to confirm they had a Tesla charger and when we got there the sweet gal at the front desk had put a cone with our name on it saying reserved! That is customer service! And our room was great.

I spent my first anniversary here and my experience was nothing but magical. My boyfriend and I stayed in a 1 large bedroom and I was fall completely in love with the decor! The only downfall was no bathtub but overall my experience was great!

When you come to this establishment you will feel live a valued customer. The General Manager named George will ensure you are well taken care of. He is very professional and compassionate when it comes to not only his guest but his employees as well. George is a true example of someone that is honest, trustworthy and person that is unforgettable. Thank You George for being understanding while I stayed at your establishment. You truly made me feel like I was a part of the Marriott Family.

For the $$$ terrible place to stay. Room walls, ceiling is paper thin!!! It was so bad, after a day or two, I had to switch to a 4th floor room, which was good for the last couple of days.But, this could have been better, much better for all the $$ I paid for the room. Hell, they could have at least given me a discount, something, for this level of non-comfort :(

Much needed rest at a pleasant stop.

We were visiting from Cleveland, Ohio for our nieces wedding. Our entire stay was perfect. The staff was more than accommodating to our family. We were able to gather outside - safely - to visit both Friday and Saturday night. And the setting was beautiful around the outdoor fire.

Good clean rooms. Restrictions cause for some inconvenience,but they do well with them. Restaurant was pretty good 👍

Newer hotel that needs a cleaning procedure. We have stayed here for a total of 9 days, the pool area, pool bathroom and elevators have never been cleaned yet alone satirized. The pool area since day one has had dirt and garbage all over the floor and there is garbage and sand in the pool. the pool bathroom has had a cockroach in it since day one and they have never serviced it including adding toilet paper. There was never anyone at the front desk and you had to constantly search for someone. Also just as an FYI as of 7/5/2020 the restaurant and bar (The Bistro) is closed. No breakfast available except cold bagels, non refrigerated cream cheese, granola bars and apples.Positive:Next to a large shopping center with plenty of food and bars.

Very nice property in a very nice location just off I-24. Perfect stop on the way south to Florida. Checked in by Katie, who was on the ball with a smile for everything I needed. Never seen a shower without a door, but oh my gosh the water was hot with just the right pressure and spread out equally. Great shower! Slept well, came downstairs and whos there to check me out? It was the same girl, Katie. She seemed happy but I dont know how a girl can look as great and be as enthusiastic in the morning as she did after working as late as she did the night before. Shes a keeper Marriott and I wish there was one of her everywhere I stayed!

We had breakfast at their bistro and the made to order coffee drinks were spot on and the service was excellent! They made sure we were satisfied with our order! It was a great stay!!! I had an amazing experience from the moment I stepped through the front doors to the moment I left the building. The front desk people were personable and helpful. The entire building was clean. I loved how fresh the bed felt after a long day of traveling. The food at the bar was fresh and delicious. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel if they are looking for a relaxing stay.

I have been in this hotel 3 times in past 2 months. All good, modern and clean. Stuff is polite, rooms are tidy, bistro (surprise!!!) is great too. Serving quick, fresh and tasty. Even the fruit salad looks and tastes like it was just cut. Unbelievable.Great job, guys!

The Courtyard by Marriott in Murfreesboro is very moden, fresh, and clean. We love it. Have been twice and will stay there again. The only thing that could make it better is a free breakfast. We enjoyed the pool and outside courtyard area as well as the laundry facilities. Very nice place to stay and highly recommended.

It was perfectly fine however it was a bit annoying that the charges for incidentals are not an even number (usually 100 200 etc) instead of a percentage of the roo. Rate. So had to call and verify the charges when they hit our card and it was clear this question has come up numerous times. Corperate Offices should take note this creates extra work for employees and customers and lowere overall satisfaction... hence they only get 4/5 stars

Beautiful resting after a demanding long business day. Very quiet and up to state of the Art style and ambient. As much as I do appreciate and like the Star Bucks, it would be wonderful to have additional Breakfast options to match a European, full of varieties, style breakfast.Thank you very much to a very much appreciated Courtyard Team!

The hotel features a beautiful décor and well appointed rooms. My room also featured a much needed refrigerator and microwave for the family. Its location is ideal for convenience to the expressway, eateries and shopping. My only caution is if youre requiring a quiet weekend. Beware of sports teams, buses or cars stating that a team is staying at the hotel. Unfortunaly, the sound proofing isnt that great and you want get the opportunity to have a peaceful night.

From reservation to front desk to comfort of beds and speed of internet - this hotel didnt disappoint. The parking lot, entry, lobby very nice. Lovely interior and exterior sitting areas. Great spacious fitness room with great equipment, indoor swimming pool perfect temp....but probably my favorites? The front desk staff were just wonderful and the beds were so comfortable.

This is a fantastic hotel. The superior staff makes each guest fell welcome and appreciated. They are very attentive to details and extremely helpful. The crew at the Bistro is absolutely the best team I have ever experienced. The cook prepares each meal in a caring and friendly manner. The bartender seeks to make each customer feel unique and appreciated. This is a fantastic hotel that I highly recommend!

The hotel was convenient with a comfortable bed. The price was good. Breakfast service was a convenient Starbucks type counter with a really comfortable sitting area where you can sit and plug in your laptop, use wifi, etc. That was my favorite feature of the hotel. Breakfast is not included with the stay, and it is equivalent to Starbucks prices. The only reason I gave a good rating instead of excellent is because I would have preferred a bathtub, and my room only had a shower. I dont know if they have tubs, but if that is important to you, ask!

The individual working at the front desk was beyond friendly. Warm and professional. Checked me in early without a hitch. The room was inviting and incredibly comfortable. After a long road trip I fell asleep almost immediately on the king size bed, which was the perfect blend of cushy and firm, . The shower was perfect, both relaxing and refreshing. Fantastic.

I love staying at Courtyard by Marriott hotels. The Murfreesboro site is wonderful. I felt at home and comfortable! Clean and comfy beds. Friendly staff. And wonderful amenities make this my go-to spot when I’m in town as we relocate to TN.

This was honestly the best hotel stay I’ve ever had! Great customer service during check in and check out! Amazing decor throughout the whole facility and in our room! The cleanliness was suppurb! And last but not least, our bed was unbelievably comfortable! We could’ve slept in it for days! Thank you Courtyard for a first amazing stay!

D’Aris at the front desk went totally above and beyond to ensure that my stay was incredible. He sorted through some confusing stuff about who was paying the bill for my business trip, and called me later to inform me that he’d found the corporate account to charge the room to! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, pleasant employees. However, even though we requested a crib there was no crib, the heat was turned up ridiculously high so that we had to use A/C even though it was in the 30s, clearly designated parking spots were taken. Given that there were several other hotels in the immediate vicinity, I would most likely not stay at the Courtyard Murfreesboro again.

We stopped at the Courtyard in Murfreesboro on our way from Orlando to Chicago. We werent sure where we were going to stop, so we booked our room rather late in the day using the Bonvoy app, which was a breeze. We knew we would be arriving rather late so I called the front desk to find out what time the Bistro closed and was told that it closes at 10 but they stop taking orders at 9:30. I let the front desk clerk know that we would be cutting it close so she said she would let the Bistro know that we would be coming and that we might be a little late. We got there right at 9:30 and went straight to the Bistro, where we were expected. Both the staff at the front desk and at the Bistro were beyond friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were modern and clean and comfortable, and the gym was well appointed for my needs. I was very happy with our stay and will definitely stop here again next time we make the trip.

This is a good Hotel to visit all over the country because it is always clean. They may not have Gluten Free food but the other service is good. They have great hospitality. The General Manager at Murfreesboro Courtyard is really great and so is the front desk personel. The other employees are also friendly and will help if they can.

This is a great place to stay! Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows. The food is amazing, but lacking a normal type little kids menu. They do have options you just have to ask some questions to figure it out. I would stay again but would love it in cooler weather so I could enjoy the fireplace outside.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was very clean throughout; the lobby and my room. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was very quiet so I was able to sleep in and rest easy. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back.

The staff bent over backwards to take care of our needs - I wish I could rate them higher than five stars! The beds and rooms were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in Murfreesboro and the staff was knowledgeable about the area and all things about the hotel. The food - from the kitchen and the bar - was WONDERFUL! The meeting spaces were perfect for our needs! We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

I love Marriott hotels so I knew the Courtyard would not disappoint. The employees were are professional and accommodating, the room was great, and I was so glad to have a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy and well lit. Nothing but good things to say.

My stay at the courtyard was wonderful! The worker who checked me in was kind and knowledgeable about the area. We had dinner at the bistro where Lacey served us. I cannot day enough nice things about her. She was fast, attentive, personable, yet busy. She knew the menu well, and recommended some delicious dishes! She made our night! We will definitely stay at this Courtyard again the next time we’re in murfreesboro.

I am travelling for living for the past 20+ years. I spend around 250+ nights a year in Hotels, the Marriott Courtyard in Murfreesboro is by far the best experience in this class of hotels.The staff is by far the most helpful and best trained attentive staff Ive seen.Of course it is not a Marriott Autograph collection in Hawaii, it is a Hotel for business travelers or leisure travelers who need to stay a night in the area around Murfreesboro. Most certainly the best place to stay here in town.

The Good: Comfy beds. Room temperature control that actually works! Very convenient location. Bedroom feels spacious and comfortable. Good quality linens and towels. Extremely friendly and pleasant employees. Pleasant atmosphere in a nice new hotel. I didnt use the cafe but it seemed to have a good variety of food and drinks at a nice price point. The Bad: Very noisy -- walls are like tissue paper (bring earplugs if neighbors normal-voice-level conversations will keep you up), and doors have an auto-close hinge that make it almost impossible to close a door without it loudly slamming shut (I was mad at my neighbors for always slamming the door -- until I tried to quietly close my own door -- nice arm workout). Bathroom wasnt very clean. Wifi didnt work. Weird design choices, like cabinet doors that cant be opened without hitting a wall, and a mirror right next to the bed so that youre the first thing you see when you wake up in the morning. It wasnt a nightmare, but at this price point, noise and filth are unacceptable. Its a convenient location for my travel needs, but I probably wont come back unless I hear that theyve fixed the noise problem.

Myself and ( Tammy - cousin) came to Nashville to pick up two puppies. I am a breeder for almost 18 years and dont leave very often. But If we have to go out of town then Im always looking for a Marriott or Courtyard near by to stay in. Since I dont know the area once Im away from home I try to get as close as possible to a good area to stay in. I booked this courtyard on line before we left. There are a few reasons to pick the Marriott, they are always clean, friendly, have great coffee and to be honest with you, it makes me feel safe. I love walking into the place and feeling like we dont have to worry about anything around us. There is a nice safe place outside if you want to go sit by the fireplace, drink your coffee or even have a night cap. I only wish we could go more often. Even when your working you feel like its a short vacation. Thank you for the service and friendship during our stay. Patty Hughes

Stayed for four nights only had television for two nights. They blamed it on a storm the first night even though it wasn’t raining. Asked to have the manager George Harper to call me the following day, he never did. Asked to have the manager George Harper call me the final evening we stayed, they said he would. He never called.I have stayed at many, many hotel Marriotts over the past two decades. This is by far the worst one I have ever seen. The showers have zero water pressure, but still enough to get the floor wet due to the half shower doors (who also we’re freezing). Noisy interstate close by and spotty television completes this one star review I’m leaving, Only because it won’t let me leave zero stars

Beautiful new hotel with spacious rooms, flexible desk/ seating and lobby area with several nooks and televisions. We enjoyed the pool and utilized the coin laundry. It was helpful to do some wash on our long road trip. Located near several dining and shopping options. Road noise was slightly noticeable but the A/C covered most of it. Very clean hotel and friendly staff.

Nice location - we didnt have to deal with the traffic until the following day, which was fine. Overall a familiar environment if youve stayed in a Courtyard before. We enjoyed a nearby attraction before resuming our trip.

Front desk staff was very nice. The person who checked me in remembered me by name the next morning! The hotel is clean and well maintained. The hotel breakfast was sort of ok, but you can honestly do better within a short drive for the same amount of money (or less). If it were free Id recommend it, but this is a paid breakfast.

Service was superb. We were at the hotel for a couple of days recovering from a car accident. Jason and his staff were incredible. They helped us with our luggage. Had a wheel chair for my wife. Opened the Bistro when it was closed. They were very attentive for our entire stay. They made our entire stay very pleasant.
