Highly disappointed with this business. I visited this location three years ago to have a shirt embroidered with my name and credentials on it for work - a whopping fifteen letters in total! Cost me $8 and it took about a week. Last week I dropped off a new version of the same shirt, asked for the same embroidery - again a whole fifteen letters. $34 this time!I’m not sure how something like this can nearly quadruple in price. I asked why it was so expensive since the corporation took over the cheap and friendly mom and pop business, AND kept the name by the way, the clerks exact answer was “well that’s why they weren’t making any money.” Not a very professional answer.On top of that, I placed my order and dropped off the shirt, which took around ten to fifteen minutes to explain what I wanted instead of just showing a photo of the exact same shirt they had previously done. And when I picked it up today, I found that they even stitched the name to the wrong side of my shirt! An $80 shirt with the $34 embroidery done exact opposite of the location I requested. When I mentioned this, the clerk said she had written down that I requested that side. I explained to her that if she remembers when we discussed this for fifteen minutes just a week before, she would recall that I requested it be placed on the right just above the pocket. Instead it is on the left, no where near a pocket. She basically said she doesn’t recall the conversation, even thought she knew who I was when I walked into the store and brought the order up to the desk before I ever told her my name. To fix this, after me explaining multiple times that this is not what I asked for and her basically ignoring me, she did offer to purchase me a new shirt and redo the work. Honestly, I was so frustrated by this point by being treated this poorly, I just wanted to leave.So my $34 embroidery experience was quite poor, to say the least. Don’t waste your money here. Find someone local who will treat you nice and do honest work.

Ive been dealing with Embroidme for the entire 8 years Ive been here in Middle Tennessee. Even when I moved to Brentwood TN for 5 years, I still stayed loyal to this company located in Murfreesboro TN. The customer service prior to the last 2 visits was OUTSTANDING to say the least! The WOMEN at the counter always took care of me, always understood my needs & provided exceptional customer service on every visit & even over the phone. And there were alot of visits because I own 3 businesses, one has 25 employees! Well, the last visit a couple weeks ago, I encountered a Male, that for one, had no clue of anything! And not just me, he couldnt even assist the Male customer that came in after me! Its sad that the world has came to people not caring about customer service anymore, just showing up to get a paycheck is sad in itself! I really hope he was just filling in for the day & not the owner. But I doubt that, because when I showed back up 3 days later, he let out a mouthful of lies of how he had called me numerous times. But when I asked what number he called, he got mad, he got smart & balled up my paper & trashed it in my face!! So, NO! I definitely wont be returning to the store. They lost a valuable customer due to poor customer service 2 times in one week. Everyone is not into animals, & Ive never had a problem of the ladies containing the dog thats in the store all the time. He let the dog approach me from behind the counter. I asked him could he get the dog. He told me that the dog is in the store all the time🤔 That actually wasnt the answer to my question. Ive found a new home for my embroidery services. Embroidery Specialist on Memorial Blvd in Murfreesboro TN. These ladies have definitely exceeded my expectations! EVERYTHING happens for a reason!
