We’ve used this company’s lawn services for a while now and today was the last straw. There’s been problems in the past with their workers not following through with direct information that’s not hard to understand and the actual employers have proven to be difficult to work with and can get very belligerent. My mom has flower gardens that she tends to every year, she’s very proud of them and tends to be very protective of them. In the past, we’ve had to complain about some of the guys using a weed-eater through the beds. We were told the problem would be handled. There have also been times where the yard was not cut correctly or even nearly half-decent. It was uneven everywhere and looked terrible. Today, my mother went out back to take the dogs out and noticed that they had used a weed-eater yet again on her flower beds. They had completely destroyed the two new azalea bushes she had just planted and the day lilies were completely wrecked. She was furious and upset, so she called the owner of the company who proceeded to tell her that it wasn’t their fault because some of their workers would hear stuff and it would go in one ear and out the other. He also told her that it was impossible to keep a list of everyone who wanted to have their flower beds cut and who didn’t. He ended up getting very hateful and challenged her to fire him, which she did because we can find better companies to give our money to. My father was not happy about the way the owner had talked to her, so he called again and the wife picked up. She tried to play the sympathy card and claimed it had been a rough year for them, basically trying to paint herself and her husband as the true victims. Look, as someone who owns a company, you need to have more integrity and realize that you have to hold yourself accountable when you’ve messed up. If your workers aren’t following your orders, here’s an idea, get other workers. Don’t stick with the same ones who can’t do a job properly because in turn you end up losing customers. We promoted their business when they first started out, we got most of our neighbors to hire them and then they turn out to be total trash. Everyone is struggling in the economy right now, that does not give you an excuse to be lazy. In fact, it should make you more determined to work for the money you earn. Do better.

Got in touch with them in April to help with some landscaping and spring cleanup needs at our home. They were good to respond initially and do a visit at our property as well as setting up a plan with another vendor to spray our yard for weeds.After that though we went over some initial selections for new bushes in our front yard but after asking them to find alternative plants that would be pet friendly it was pretty much total radio silence on their end. Got ahold of them once after 3 calls and never heard back since then.Would’ve loved to work with them based on the reviews here but I can’t recommend them after getting no communication from them in any fashion for months now. They had mentioned some issue with workers not being available but if they wouldn’t be able to follow through with working for us it would have been a good courtesy move to at least tell us as much.

I have a lot of trees they got up all of the leaves in the yard and cleaned out the gutters the same day we spoke, it was a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them!

I wasnt going to Post this on social media, but the guy I talked to decided to take my picture as I was driving off. So here we are. One of the drivers for American Dream landscaping tore though my neighborhood this morning. He was going about 50 miles per hour. People along the road screaming for them to slow down. I saw them pull in somewhere so I decided to find out what the hell was going on. Driver did not care at all, nor did the lead for the crew. So if you use them, they might treat your neighborhood like a nascar track. I did let the home office know and they said they have gps in the trucks, they should take care of it. But beware!

Fantastic company! If you want your lawn taken care of and look great they are the way to go!

Company employee failed to maintain social distancing with me and employee got up inro my face without a mask on in a physically aggressive manner. Told them to stop handling objects in the yard I was in the process of picking up but employees failed to respond to multiple verbal request to do so. This company fails to take the health of their clients seriously. They were fired following this incident.This is three doors down from the owners house. If they act like they in his neighborhood, I can only imagine what happens once they leave.The owners response below is a LIE! The employee did hear me and the employee talked back, giving me lip over telling him to put my property down. But that part was conveniently left out!

Steve & his crew did a wonderful job on putting down Bermuda grass and new landscaping around the house. They provided quotes within my budget for each job and when the finished products was delivered, my 1st thought was money well spent. Lastly, I never once had an issue with communication, be it via email, text, or phone. The response time was fast with either method. Id highly recommend everyone to give them a shout if/when they have any lawn care needs!

Steve and his team have done a wonderful job. Today was the first time that we have ever used him, but we will be utilizing his services from know on. Having a dog that is allergic to grass, we had to start from scratch. Steve is knowledgeable and steered us in the right direction. Steve and his guys do an amazing job. When speaking to his wife one time I said the lawn looks so good you can tell they keep all of their lawnmower blades nice and sharp. She said he sharpens them every night!Guys are always on schedule and they keep the entire place looking great.

Highly recommend Steve and his team, Ive been using them for several months now. He is quick to respond to messages, and will go the extra mile to fit me into their schedule. Biggest thing? Hes honest. One of his guys accidentally kicked up a rock in the driveway and broke a window in a vehicle while I was out of town. He called immediately to let me know, apologized, and had it fixed within a day once I got back. Yard always looks great when they are done with it, nice and clean, even trims up inside our dog run. Steve and his crew have been maintaining our lawn for 2+ years and we have received nothing but professional, affordable service. Steve does a great job communicating with his customers if there is an interruption in service or schedule change due to weather. In addition to our weekly mowing service, we have had American Dream aerate and over-seed our lawn the last two years and the results were fantastic. This season, with the long dry spell, Steve noticed that the aeration did not do very well due to the tough soil so he made a second trip out to aerate at no cost. It has been my experience that American Dream will go out of their way to ensure that you are satisfied. The online invoicing/payment via paypal is also very convenient!
