This was my first visit with the Skin & Allergy Center and it won’t be my last. I mainly selected it because of Dr. Angela Higgins. She is awesome! I had seen her several years ago and just loved her. The whole staff from greeting me when I walked in until checkout was amazing and friendly and made me feel at home. Very caring people!

Very disappointed. Visit lasted 5 minutes. Dr was not clear about the situation, prescribed a very expensive treatment that didnt work and a month later, I received a bill for the visit that cost me over $200 dollars. I take responsibility for not looking up their service quality... but they should not rob patients this way...

First visit on self pay, meaning I have no insurance. A Veteran with no insurance or job! The nurses that I saw were quite knowledgable about eczema and prescribed me something that a dermotologist I know but in another state, prescribed. The nurses were quite friendly and informative. I felt that they were not rushing me at all. They looked at my skin all over my body and did what I expected any skin doctor (nurse) to do at the very least. Observe, discuss with patient, and prescribe a solution that is most economical to the patient. THey prescribed me using RX app the cheapest remedies.

I had a place removed from my chest to be checked for skin cancer. It healed perfectly. When I went in for my check up they told me that it was not anything to worry about but they wanted to “torch” my skin “just to make sure.” I asked if this would leave a scar because I really didn’t think it was necessary. She assured me that it would not. I have a very ugly scar now on my chest that I’m super self conscious about and can’t wear V neck tops anymore because of it.I did go back and have BBL on my chest and face. I made sure to ask the price before I scheduled it. I told her how self conscious I was about my scar they had created. She was very thorough and tried to work around the scar to try to somewhat conceal it. When I went to leave…I was charged about $300 more than I was told. I spoke to someone at the main office about the situation but nothing was ever done. Needless to say, I found a new dermatologist.

FNP-C Sheri Chapman has been a god send for my treatment. I only wished I had come to see her way earlier instead of trying to remedying my hives . Since I’ve start my monthly injections I’ve been hives free. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!Now about the office staff: one word “ Magnificent “ they are always kind and pleasant and eager to assist you . Other businesses in the area should model their staff after them.I would highly recommend the Skin & Allergy Center to anyone with any skin or allergy symptoms. Thank you for all you do and what you’ve done for me.

I have been going to this clinic for quite some time. Sara is very good at pinpointing the problem and using her knowledge to correct the problem directly, without dragging it out to keep getting your money. I have been to places that charge 3x the amount and drag out the area of emphasis to get your money. In addition to their knowledge, I have also experienced their kindness and great customer service and professionalism. The administrative staff has been very patient and kind when scheduling appointments and taking payments as well. I appreciate the kindness, as it is not uncommon to be treated rudely at a lot of businesses.

This was my first visit. The Doctor was very attentive to what I had to say and when inspecting my body found a couple of things I was unaware of.All in all a good visit.

I would give a 5 star except for the complete hassel of a hundred or more questions on a tablet you have to fill out first. Some of the offered questions were irrelevant and offered answers that were not a match. Why ask me to list numerous medications, (a lot of unfamiliar generic names) when you already have an exact list from my pharmacy? Just a hassel. Worst than a final exam in law school, and you already have the list from my pharmacy with perfect spelling, amount, and how often I take it! No way to add to that.But, that idea is certainly not in the decision making authority of the smiling, comforting, intelligent and trusted people there that took care of me. They kept the office area perfectly clean also, Very comfortable office.. Wish I could give them a perfect score.

Best dermatology and best dermatologist (Dr. Chris Robb) in Middle TN. Easy to get an appointment, short wait on arrival, and pleasant personnel at the desk and in the exam rooms. Dr. Robb is a first class dermatologist and has a great sense of humor to boot. The nurses are pleasant and professional. Its a pleasure to go there and get my skin checked and my blemishes frozen... and still be in a good mood when I leave. :-)

I followed Angela Higgins from another practixe because she is such an amazing practitioner.

I went in to have moles removed. I was very nervous about the whole thing. But, the nurse and dermatologist were both very kind and explained all the steps to me in a calming manner. Which helped to ease my mind. The process really wasnt as bad as I anticipated. Though I did go in hoping to get 9 moles removed, the dermatologist cared more about my financial situation and said to just start with 3 for now until we see what my insurance does. Which I found to be very respectful, comforting, and caring. I honestly cant wait to go back to get the rest removed now. And Ive already been recommending the skin & allergy center to a few friends and family. Excellent, quality, and efficient work!

I am a new patient. I called to double check if they were in network with my insurance before setting up the appointment. The front desk staff assured me they were in my network. So after waiting 3 weeks for my appointment, I arrive early to fill out the 4 pages of new patient info, wait nearly 30 minutes only to then be called up to the front desk for them to tell me they are no longer in network with my insurance!!! Couldnt have made a phone call?! Here Ive been waiting for weeks to be seen, only to have to leave and start the whole process all over again. Very unprofessional!!!

Dr. Angela Higgins, PA is wonderful. She has been my daughters dermatologist PA since they were barely in school. She is gentle, patient, and understanding. We switched to her new location just so we could keep seeing her. The staff was friendly and they were very clean.

I was very pleased with my visit to this medical provider. The practice is located in a new facility, so everything felt clean, warm, and welcoming. The staff interaction was great, too. Check-in and registration were fast and simple. The pre-exam interview with the nurse was comprehensive but not tedious. The provider seemed to be well trained and skilled in her area of specialty, and her patient interaction was top-notch. Treatment for my condition was fast and effective, too. Those are things that I look for in a health care professional, and I found them at Skin & Allergy Center!

I haven’t been to many dermatologists, but my experience here was phenomenal. On my first visit, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, and seen at the appointed time. Dr. Robb was very personable and seemed to genuinely care about getting me the treatment I needed. His knowledge and expertise were evident. He explained my skin condition and treatment in a way that was simple to understand and asked my preference as to how I would like to proceed. The staff members were all very courteous and professional. The facility was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

From the front desk, nurses, and doctor I have received top notch care with a smile. They listen to my concerns and treat me with caring hands. My situation was diagnosed and treated in an efficient manner.On my first visit I did not have insurance. Their fees were very affordable.Over all I had a pleasant experience and my problem was solved.

I was excited to try this office because of the great reviews, but my experience was far from great. I had an appointment here a couple of weeks ago with Angela Higgins. I went for ongoing skin concerns and I dont feel like I was taken seriously. The appointment was rushed. I didnt even have the opportunity to address some questions I had written down. She listed off prescriptions for me to use and was in and out of the room in a few minutes. I wont be returning here and will be looking elsewhere for a dermatologist.

I came here for my incessant year round allergies. Got an allergy test done, and started allergy shots the following week. I work in the medical field, and they worked with me so I could get my shots done at work. Incredibly helpful and kind staff. There is no question ever left unanswered and they truly care about you and your health. I’m so glad I found this place!

After seeing several dermatologists, Dr. Angela didnt dismissed my blisters as atopic dermatitis and worked to figure out what was wrong.

I really like this place. Everyone here leaves you feeling like they genuinely care about what happens with your health. I have some especially challenging and stubborn skin problems and the staff here has simply continued to address the issues. No frustration, no dismissing my problems as impossible and telling me Ill just have to live with the pain and ill health, none of that. I am so happy to have found this place!

This would have been 5 stars had I not waited for over 1 hour in the waiting room to be seen. However, once I did make it to my consultation, Brenda was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I feel confident she will have my skincare needs addressed and under control. I 100% will be back, but calling before hand to make sure they aren’t behind on their appointments. ;-)

I was not sure I wanted to go but decided I would go and al least hear what they say. Dr. Robb is like a Santa Claus every time I see him. He’s jolly, happy and the entire staff very friendly. His present was better skin in a short time and within my budget since we didn’t have insurance to cover this.

Best place for skin and allergy treatment. Honestly they took care of my son so fast I didn’t wait more then 10 mins and what they recommend help so much. They know what their doing and I’m recommending it to anyone and everyone.

I have had Skin Cancer removed now for over 40 years due to being in the sun growing up. In all these years and by various doctors, Dr. Christopher Robb and his staff at the Skin & Allergy Center is the best by far of any experience through these years. It is not fun to have this removed however, Dr. Robb has made my experience the best (if you can consider a thing like this best) by far! With less pain and trauma than any experience over these 40 plus years.

Wonderful experience! I had my 6 month old son with me and they helped entertain him while I was having the BBL treatment. They answered all of my questions and recommended great products.

I have a history of skin carcinomas and these folks have been nothing but considerate every time I have been there. They are very prompt on their appointment times. That are very thorough in their examinations and their solutions have always been great.I am very happy that I chose them.

They were friendly up until they wanted me to fill out 4 pages of paperwork just to answer questions on pricing. After I explained that I didn’t really want to fill out the paperwork and just wanted to know pricing, she told me to calm down and that she wasn’t the one that scheduled me. All in all, they seemed nice. Hopefully they treat patients better than they did me today.

Took a pretty good look at me. Gave me great feedback on my concerns. (Ive had past pre-cancerous warts and a mark on my face in the past. Also gave me great ideas and help for imperfections that are bothersome and hinder my confidence. Great prices & packages for cosmetic work. Best around.Its a good idea to get looked at once a year, especially if youre a redhead like me. 😁

This center is a billion times better than Stones River Dermatology. Skin and Allergy Center fixed the problems Stones River caused. The dermatologist at Skin and Allergy Center actually examined my face up close and personal. Stones River Dermatology just sat across the room and made assumptions that ultimately caused my face serious damage by prescribing the wrong medication. Go to Skin and Allergy Center if you want your problems solved fast and efficiently.

I have always liked going to this clinic. I did see a nurse practitioner last week and was not too impressed. I would recommend Dr. Robb but if you want a full body inspection, see the actual physician.

Although Im allergic to just about EVERYTHING, the ladies here were so sweet and very helpful. Ive never gotten my allergies tested and didnt know what to expect. They were patient and explained everything to me.Ive even had a few problems since the testing. I called up to the cebcen and they had a nurse on the line immediately to ease my concerns. I will definitely be going back, for food allergy testing. And maybe even allergy shots in the future.

Friendly staff, quick & easy skin cancer screening. I would recommend getting this done & wearing sunscreen. I was never one to baste in the sun but I had a few spots that gave me concern & had them froze off.Also a skin allergy, was prescribed a cream after 2 applications the itch, rash & hives are disappearing.

Punctual, knowledgeable and good availability. I’ll be returning for my laser treatments.
