I love the new management here. They work with you and they offer and gives you GREAT SERVICE. I am beyond grateful for them. Shameka the new manager is very sweet and understanding. Who calls and check to make sure you still like/love what you purchase. She went above and beyond for me. If I could give 10 stars I would.
After going through a couple different rent to own places and having, really bad experiences. When we went into Buddys everyone we dealt with was amazing and very helpful. Kurt was helpful in the process and helping us select the items we have needed. When we needed to call with a payment, issue kurt was so helpful. When we went and made a payment we left having in mind that we would get another item maybe two hours after we, left I made the call to tell them we wanted the item we had spoken to Kurt earlier about. I give them all five stars they are really good and have made a great impression specially since my husband is hard to impress. Thanks so much to everyone at Buddys.

Shelbie was awesome. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are super affordable and the process of approval was quick and easy. Same day approval with next day delivery. :)
Currently 11:30 I had set up an appointment for 10:30 for them to pick up furniture I’ve finished financing I tried calling 4 times with no answer. until around 11am I finally tried again without caller I.D and Kurt answered almost instantly and when I explained who I was he seemed to rush me off the phone saying his guys are on the way. Still no show at all
I would give them a 5 star. Matt is the guy that helped me today. He is awesome and really nice. If anybody wants any furniture or anything go to Matt. He normally at Lebanon store he is in murfreesboro store right now he is awesome.
I called in with a payment issue and spoke to Mike. He was very rude and condescending. Offered absolutely no help. I wouldn’t recommend!
Shelbie Tucker was real friendly and helpful. She explained everything to me and I really enjoyed doing business with her.
I really enjoyed the place and the people that work there. Shelby and Matt were awesome with all the help that they gave me and if they didnt have what I wanted they looked 2 see if they could help me find something similar 2 it.
I highly recommend this store, especially if your like me don’t want to pay as much the same day but perfectly fine with making payments! Shelbie is the best, went right in there and she helped me as much as she could! I told her I didn’t wanna pay a lot and she made that possible for me! A whole bedroom set for a lil of nothing. Haven’t gotten it yet but I’m waiting and I will update when I get the furniture. If your in need, Shelbie is who to see !

Asked for my sister’s landlord information when I had good references and a job that pays weekly that’s doing to much if I give you my social security number what else do you really need noones trying to steal or swindle will be taking my buisness elsewhere
We all know rent to own, has very hard finance chargers and that is understood. I don’t like the fact of how they try to cheat you out of your money. We paid our bill, but then scheduled a pick up... instead of giving us the full 2 weeks we paid for, they said they would be there to pick it up the following week.... Also I had a laptop that stopped working that I returned and they continued to charge me for... like I said the finance charges are high, but cheating someone out of their money is never a good business move....

I have called for months about. Y night stand. Still have not received it . I am finding out how horrible this place is now. They go into your bank account unauthorized before payment is due. Once my stuff is paid off never again will I go bere.
Absolute disgusting customer service. Never will I rent anything from them. I cancelled my order before it was even delivered because of the incompetence that I became aware of. Save yourself allot of stress and bs, and just stay away, far away, from the likes of these people and business. I requested the contract info for the owner of this so called business, and no one knew it, or just wouldnt give it to me. Screw this place and the people who run it.

Best rent-to-own place in town. They always have a good selection, and the best prices hands-down. And on top of their already good prices, they have cut me and my family some great deals. I will admit Ive had a few problems, such as cords or remotes not working, but even then, they make up for it by being extremely courteous and busting their tails to make things right. And theyve always been willing to work with me on payments if the situation arises. If youre looking to rent-to-own in the Murfreesboro, I highly recommend them. In fact, go look at the other rent-to-own places first, so you can see the difference when you get to HomeSmart. I promise itll be your last stop and youll be leaving with what you wanted at a great price.
In process of filing report with detective. I work during day so i miss them when behind on payments. Got a call and email today from funeral home next door with a video of them disconnecting wires from my home and beating on doors and windows and breaking into my covered back porch.
Great customer service. When I purchase items it doesnt take them long to deliver. When I have a issue they resolve it immediately. Im treated like a VIP Customer. Thats why I love this place💝💝💝

My mom let me pay my bill with her card one day they brought it amount themselves to save her card info. Next week they charged her card with 60 something dollars we called and told them to remove the card Jon said they would and never did her card has been charged twice since then. And we have called both times then I called today destiny claim she told Jon I was on the phone he had someone else get on the phone and tell me that he will call me right back. They customer service suck they unprofessional. I plan on during them for just saving someone card info and continue to use it

** RIP OFF WARNING ****Where do we begin? 😔In november our washer stopped draining. So, I decided to look around for a new set. With two kids not having a washer is not a possibility. So, i walked into buddys home furnishings and found what I thought was a decent deal. They offered us the set for $699.00 -- unlimited same as cash. With BOTH sales associates being witness to this. Here comes the first red flag-- they were 45 minutes late and sent one guy to unload them, as I watched him struggle to even get them in the house I joked with him about needing help and he said no, Im used to not having enough people .... Day THREE our dryer wont start. I call in and am told its probably the cord, they cant come out for two days. Second red flag. Guess what? They miss TWO service appointments. I had Patrick replace the cord for me. Call back in and let them know. They give me one week credit because I bought the cord with my own money. Great, moving on. February is here... My breaker keeps flipping. I call and set up a service appointment. Guess what? Yupp, THREE service appointments missed. When I call back in to reschedule the sales assosciate then tells me he doesnt have time to listen to my whining, and theyd get to me when they get to me. NOPE. So I call corporate. I receive a call back from Brett the regional manager. He informs me that was the associates last day and he was going to work for a competitor and sets up a service appointment and assures me that jeff, the new manager will take care of this. Ok great. Jeff calls and sets up the appointment, John then comes to swap with a loaner and assures me that He will give me a call soon and let me know whats happening as theyd have to send it off Two weeks pass, a weekend passes so I call in.. Jeff then informs me that he has been using the dryer to dry his cleaning rags and hasnt seen the issue ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS and they hadnt sent it off. Mind you for two weeks I have had a loaner and not had ONE single issue with the electrical. Moving on-- i get the dryer back finally after two more missed swap out appointments and guess what? My dryer is disgusting. There is dirt lining the entire inside and the lint trap is over flowing. Of course I call in and cassie tells me jeff is no longer with them WAIT FOR IT and they dont use cleaning rags Feeling my frustrations yet yall? Guess what?!?! THE DRYER STILL ISNT WORKING! So, I schedule ANOTHER service appointment. They fail to show up AGAIN. Mind you at this point my sister just had a stroke and I have five million trips I am making, way too much on my plate and here we go again THEY MISS ANOTHER SERVICE APPOINTMENT. DONE. I call corporate again. John calls me and we agree that the following Monday he can come swap out the merchandise (at this point my payment is due) and I will Gladly bring in my payment when I have WORKING merchandise. So, saturday Cassie calls patricks phone threatening legal action if I dont return merchandise yupp. Im FUMING. I immediatley call her back and remind her that John and I had a verbal agreement two days from that point and that I would not be making a payment until THEY COULD ACTUALLY SHOW UP. she calls me a theif . I remind her Buddys has failed to uphold their portion of the contract and that I had an agreement with John. Yupp, I called corporate. Brett tells me he is going to call the store and work something out a whole week passes -- no word from Brett. Yesterday chris the new manager calls and asks about payment, ARE WE KIDDING?!?!?!?!? Then tells me he will send the police to my house when I tell him I have been talking to corporate and was no longer interested in dealing with the store that clearly couldnt communicate. Today, today yall. Brett finally calls me back. Apparently just losing the $600.00 ive already paid in is okay. Buddys wont be honoring your agreement to unlimited same as cash you now have 52 weeks left Horrible.

Worst experience I have ever had. Rented only about a week ago. Just got a TV. Buddy took out 20$ out of my account 5 days later. I called complained with my husband and they said we will refund and fix it. My payments are set up to be every Saturday because that’s when I get paid. Not only did they take 20$ they overdrafted my account and my bank charged be a 35$ overdraft fee. So Friday rolls around and buddy takes another 20$ And I got charged another 35$ charge. So I called and complained and the OWNER said “well sounds like we can’t do business.” WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
BEDBUG INFESTATION!!The couch I rented had a bedbug infestation!Please have furniture inspected.They will hound you if you are ONE day late and they are late on deliveries and never call back. Just FYI
